I want to thank whole Hardy Brothers team! I haven't had a hudge budget and my dream watch for sure wasn't the most expensive one... but despide this I was treated with respect equally with other customers who were spending 20x more than I did - that's really important for me. My first serous watch! I'm really happy and hope we will see soon again!

I went to this place as I was looking for a watch to give to my boyfriend for his birthday, I didn't feel welcome as no one seemed to want to assist me. When someone finally assisted me, she made me feel I couldn't afford to buy their watches so I just left and went to buy an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch at Kennedy Crown Perth instead.

Disappointing customer service, I bought a Breitling a few years ago and was promised the leather presentation box at a later date as they didn't have one in stock, after chasing them up several times, without a even a single phone call for an update, finally got one a month later. Then bought an omega first watch in space limited edition over a year ago and it was missing the pillow within the presentation box, again was promised a call when it came in... Again no word, after several calls which were virtually ignored, I went into the store, the manager wrote it in his diary, but to this day the omega is sitting on a piece of foam in the box.. I have spent over 20k in watches and jewellery in this store over the years but obviously it doesn't matter to them. So until they pick up their game I shall spend my money down the street.

Went to purchase a watch, but found the gentleman super 'analysing'. He had a cold demeanour and began to read my actions and my attire (work). My overall interaction was very short with no real rapport being built, he just seemed disinterested; possibly felt I had come there just to pass some time or didnt seem to have the capability to buy a watch - hilarious! He even opened the door while I was on my way out even before I reached the door. His loss, I was put off with the treatment, went to Kennedy's and bought a great timepiece! Not coming here again....

The service is extremely arrogant and does not respect customer neither Australian consumer law. I bought a 8000 dollars watch which does not give time accurately. I brought the watch to repair 5 times for different problems to be told by Hardy Brothers at the end that watch cannot be accurate. There are many other jewellery and watch shops in Perth who respect customer this one is not one of them.

Customer service at Hardy brothers in Perth WA is amazing. I always get my OMEGA watch service there. I am from Albany and they cater for all your needs and always with a smile. It’s makes it’s so much easier to come back to them over and over again, simply cause of their polite customer service.

Thanks to the all the staff at Hardy Bros. I had an excellent experience. My salesmen were Jim and Ivan. I was given a friendly welcome and some refreshments upon arrival. Fantastic service given by both salesman. Jim knew his product well and assisted me in trying to find the most suitable watch in my budget. Ivan did his best to look after my 2yo son, so i could spend some time looking at the watches! I would highly recommend them if your looking for a new watch. No pressure just good old customer service and I couldn't resist the deal they gave me! I purchased my new Tag Heuer and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Thanks once again Jim and Ivan. Service is both slow and hopeless once they’ve sold you the overpriced watch. Also don’t buy Longines. I bought from here - watch was faulty within a year, took 6 weeks plus to return under warranty. Died again 2 years later, but this time they wanted $650 to fix it. Charged me $30 to deliver that quote, which wasn’t mentioned when bringing it in. I’d expected quality and service but got neither. Go anywhere else to buy, and Gary Fulton in Carrilion arcade to repair

Arrogant and condescending salesman. Feels like a used car dealership the way you are treated and the deals you are given (ie. If you buy right now...). The salesman asked how much I bought my watch for and when I hesitated I was told oh I can call the other store and just find out anyway. Just go to Swiss Watch Box and save yourself time and money.

I really can't understand the negative comments on the staff in this store. On entrance we were greeted with smiling faces eager to help. They treated my five year old daughter to cookies and chocolates, and offered drinks to my brother and girlfriend. I finally settled on my new watch on my second visit and they were fantastic. I will certainly go back on my next trip to perth. I can't remember the ladies name who looked after me, but thank you very much.

Best avoided if you are looking for advice and a pleasant experience. No knowledge at all of the watches and no interest in the customer. That said, they are very willing to negotiate prices (ie offer discounts), if you are looking for that. Given the aggressive rudeness if you're not immediately buying, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Edit: looking at the other reviews, it seems that the general consensus is that their only interest is making the sale, at the expense of everything else. I had great experiences in all the other watch shops in Perth so would recommend you try your luck there first.

Completely unethical and unprofessional! My parents went to Perth (from Singapore) on a holiday and went to Hardy Brothers. They are aged 58 and can speak basic English. My father went into the shop and was served by Ljijana Kandic. He asked to see male Omega watches to purchase for himself. The sales person then shown an Omega Aqua Terra 38mm meant for ladies to my father. She did not mention that the watch is for female and the male version is in fact another design. My father then decided to purchase the watch and paid for it. On the receipt, Hardy brothers falsely misrepresented their product by stating it as a Men's Omega Aqua Terra, which is inconsistent with the name on the omega catalog on the website (AQUA TERRA 150M OMEGA CO‑AXIAL MASTER CHRONOMETER LADIES' 38 MM) After returning to Singapore, we discovered that the watch is for ladies and my father was very upset and distressed about the situation. We called Hardy Brothers but their response was there is nothing they can do. They have purposely hidden important information about the product from my father and misrepresented their product. This is unethical and unprofessional business which should not be tolerated.

I recently bought a new Oris from the team at Hardy Brothers in Perth this past week. I have had my fair share of good and bad experiences while purchasing a new piece. My recent experience with the team at Hardy brother was exceptional, I went in and viewed the two units I had my eye on, Ivan was there to serve me. When I made my decision, Ivan made me feel very comfortable and at ease while preparing the new piece. Ivan took the time to explain to me the process of winding up the unit, setting dates and how to take care of the unit. They also took time to clean my personal jewelry while waiting. Overall, the team is friendly, Professional, and knowledgeable! Excellent service and I highly recommend a store visit if you are in the area.

Kang and his team were really helpful from when I first walked into the boutique in Perth. Not being able to buy this product in my home state - and with it not being the kind of product I would usually buy - they made me feel comfortable when I asked to lay buy the product etc. Kang rang me once I had returned home suggesting an alteration I could make to my order (but which also made it cheaper) and I received communication from the boutique after I paid each instalment. Once I had paid it off they range me to arrange it to be couriered to me, and it arrived in less than 58 hours in immaculate condition. Thanks for making what could’ve been an intimidating experience really comfortable.

I would give zero stars if I could. I made the Melbourne boutique call the Perth boutique this morning to make sure the watch advertised on their website was still available before buying it. The Melbourne store got back to me saying that it was still available but the Perth store was keeping it on hold for some customer who would come to inspect it in the afternoon. Since no deposit was handed in, and since the website was still showing the watch as available, I purchased it online. The payment went through, they got the money and the website reported the watch to be SOLD OUT just after my purchase. All good, then? Not really. Five hours later, I find out my payment got refunded without even a courtesy call from anyone. I called the main office and I was shocked by the guy on the phone (guys, you really need to understand what proper customer service is), who didn't even apologize ONCE for what happened and didn't even offered me a possible solution to fix the problem. Since they had an identical watch available on the website (just with the steel band as opposed to the leather band), I proposed to buy that one (regardless of the fact that was more expensive) with the condition that they would offer me the same discount they applied on the one I bought earlier in the morning. They refused once again showing an unbearable carelessness towards a problem THEY have created and a snobbish attitude that was really the icing on the cake. All I did was purchasing a watch from their website. And now I have no watch, no apologies, no valid alternative even offered. You tell me if this can even happen in a store that picture itself as a "fine retailer".

I came in on the weekend, ready to spend a fair amount of money on a special occasion gift, knowing exactly what kind of store we were entering. However as soon as we entered we were greeted by a completely arrogant, snobby concierge. Who not only made snide comments on what he thought I knew about watches, but also incredibly rude comments and assumptions about what I could afford. I have never felt less welcome or less willing to spend my money in a store than this one. If you want good customer service and a lovely buying experience take yourself to Tag Heuer on William street.... never coming here again!

What fantastic service! I have recently lost some jewellery and went through Hardy Brothers in King St to claim. The staff were superb and so understanding. I will be back to purchase some new things very soon!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced , the manager could'nt care less about the customer , and does not return phone calls , I dropped my omega watch ( I purchased from hardy brothers in 2011) into king street shop for a battery and service ... that was October last year...10 months later , four returns and nearly $800 and they still have my watch! Do yourself a favour And go elsewhere , I wish I had!

You know how they say buy the seller or buy the dealer and not the watch... well they aren't wrong. I decided to do my due diligence checks on both the Omega AD's in this state and not just rely on the opinions or reviews of others. Thankfully I did just that. I was already sceptical about the Hardy Brothers boutique on King Street based off of some of the reviews highlighting negative customer service. I must say that I unfortunately have copped that from the King Street boutique. I must give a shout out to Ms Bridges for good customer service though. But my negative experience all started when the Perth boutique tried to email me about an introduction. Their email bounced. Pretty hard to understand how that happens when all that you have to do, is copy and paste it from my customer enquiry form, anyway, they called me up on my mobile, then I confirmed the email address with them again and they said that they would send through. Nearly one week later and no follow up call nor a follow up email and I know spam filters back to front as I work in IT, needless to say nothing in the inbox nor the spam filter. If that wasn't enough, I then used a friend to see if we could get a decent price on the 2018 Seamaster 300m professional and what we were offered in terms of discount was quite frankly pathetic. Given the current state of the economy, these pieces are becoming harder to move, so I would expect them to bend over backwards to move these pieces. How wrong I was, best offer was a potential 10% to 12.5% discount at most. So I've spoken with other AD's in Australia and I've been offered more generous discount amounts on just one watch with no bundling required. My advice to fellow buyers, first time or not, is to avoid the Hardy Brothers boutique on King Street. If you want to deal with an Omega AD in Western Australia, go to Kennedy at Crown Towers, great customer service already and I haven't even made a purchase from them yet but their reviews promoting good customer service are legit. I've blocked the HB Perth boutique number as I don't want them calling me trying to claw back brownie points when the initial damage done is prohibitive to me. For anyone that wants to know about Omega margins, they usually range from 38% to 45% depending on the model.

From phone call, to my visit the care and attention was exemplary. A special mention to Liz. I read some of the others reviews and cannot understand anyone with negative comments. All the staff in the store regardless of the fact I was dealing with Liz were friendly, attentive and interested in customers even making an effort to say hello to me at some point during my purchase. Would highly recommend them and advise any interested customer to visit and see the good care they’ll receive first hand. Thanks again to all of you 😊

I recently visited Hardy Brothers to have a link removed from the metal bracelet on my Omega Speedmaster and my experience could not have been better! Despite the fact that my watch was actually purchased in the UK, I received a warm welcome and friendly professional service from Amanda and Ivan. Hi, I have just purchased a set of earrings for my wife from Hardy Brothers at their King street store in Perth. When I called to enquire with the staff, I was told the particular earrings were not In stock but they would endeavour to have them sent from one of their other stores over East. I dealt with Theresa who is the assistant manager, she was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress of the purchase on a regular basis.I was pleasantly surprised to be informed the earrings had arrived earlier than thought so I visited the store to pick them up. The customer service from both Theresa and Ivan was second to none. I was very impressed and will most certainly be looking to purchase further jewellery from the Hardy Perth team. Hardy Brothers, Perth Store has a great selection of jewellery and provides great customer experience. The Manager Ivan Quah has built a dedicated team who are keen to help understand the customer’s needs rather than selling jewellery. I first visited the store a few weeks ago and wanted to buy some jewellery for my wife’s birthday. They did not have what I was looking for. Ivan contacted me a few days later and informed me that they have got some additional pieces to suit my taste. When I went to the store, his Assistant Kang Lee was present. Despite other customers coming through the door, Kang spent time showing me the jewellery knowing that I was not going to buy it. He was more keen to understand what I was looking for. Two weeks later, Ivan contacted me and said they have exactly what I was looking for. I went in today and bought the jewellery. They do not stock this type of jewellery but the team went out of their way to source what I wanted. That is service not seen these days! Very disappointing service, quite dismissive and seemed too busy to try to sell me a watch, despite there being one of me and two of them. I’ve unsubscribed - when I received new watch promotions they never have them in stock.

I cannot express enough the whole experience that we received at Hardy Brothers. The Customer Service from Kang from first talking on the phone to completion was excellent. Professional, courteous and the individual treatment of taking time with a customer. The quality of the Jewellers is exceptional. The extra touches with gift wrapping and additional information was very much appreciated. I would 100% recommend Hardy Brothers and we will definitely be back in the future.
