Kudos to the uber delivery driver and Pretzel NB, it arrived on fleek, not a crumb out of place and a 2 for 1 deal! Amazing! So tasty 🤤! I wish I could eat one every single day! I love both the sweet and savoury ones, cant go wrong with anything on this menu 🎉🎉🎉

I was visiting from Sydney and am so glad I stumbled across this place. Best pretzels I’ve EVER had. They were freshly made, soft, chewy and fluffy. Only a 10 minute wait (and worth it). The girls that served me were so friendly and sweet. I got a half-half biscoff and salted caramel. Let me tell you, I was in heaven! 🤩 If you ever expand to Sydney, I’ll single-handedly keep this place in business because it was THAT good. Still thinking about it to this day…

Always look forward to grabbing a pretzel whenever I am in this part of Perth. had trouble remembering name of frosting that I had last time, which was cream cheese, so opted for cheese and garlic. Delicious as always 😋

Love pretzel cannington, so we had to try this one at Northbridge. Amazing here as well. Really amazing food, so tasty and filling. will definitely be back when in the city as I do visit Perth CBD often. thank you for an amazing first pretzel from your store

Had 2 pretzels and 2 ice coffees, they didnt have cooked pretzel so they had to cook it there and that rook around 20 mins in total, it was tasty in general. However it took a while to enjoy all the order despite it was not busy... anyway Enjoyed! Thank you very much!

My only experience of pretzels was Seinfeld 'these pretzels are making me thewsty'! I was delighted to receive a buy one get one free cookies and cream pretzel, which I ubered. The pretzels were delicious. I ate them over 5 days because they were so big. The glazing was to die for. Once my sugar levels resume to normal, I will be ordering again.

It's the nicest little spot. For a thoroughfare, it's so peaceful. Food is great, I've never had a bad pretzel (except for that one time I accidentally got a biscoff pretzel but it was still okay). Would love to have some fruity flavours or a Vegemite pretzel

Our family ordered 3.pretzels and 2 drinks. After paying for the drinks we were given 2 drinks that weren't even in a cooler. We waited 20 minutes for the pretzels to get 2. One of them was paid for but the server forgot to make it. Not a great experience on a hot day.

Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel, which is so simple. Tried of waiting for 30 mins. Asked the staff where is the pretzel as three customers who ordered 5-10 mins after us already got their pretzels. They tried to look for the ticket, seemed they lost it? No apology nothing! Horrible customer service! Plus the pretzel is over baked 🤦‍♀️

New menu Cream & Cream. Staff was lovely and understandably busy thus we waited for our food patiently. However, with the presentation and the price we paid for did not exceed or even met the standard we had experienced before at this location.

Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, especially Heather! Place was so clean and well kept, food was very clearly freshly prepared! Extremely happy overall! Will be looking forward to coming back 🫶🏼
