I'm vegetarian and don't like meat substitutes (like the majority of other veggies & vegans), I tried the truffle plant based burger and it wasn't good, way too strong & left a bad after taste 4 hours later. Bring back the Field of dreams mushroom burger! Having only one non fake meat option (garden goddess) and 6+ fake meat options doesn't make sense... Do field of dreams, garden goddess & black bean burger and maybe 3 fake meats max.

So disappointed with this place. I've only ever been there twice. Both times for a take away build your own. Both times i get home and things are missing. Today i paid $2.50 for egg. No egg. Make sure you check your take away orders before you leave the shop. Wasn't even busy. Just careless.

Rude, unprofessional, trying to make an order so don't have to wait for 40 min after ordering, after picking up the phone they put me on hold and didn't give a s***t. The attitude we are full (scumbag) come in, order and wait like a good little doggy. It's much faster to sit in a proper restaurant and have a nice meal than to pick up "fast food" from this place.

Very fast turn around from ordering to food being on table. Standards at Grill'd are consistent. The young lad bringing the food out did a great job. We had an unhappy camper who didnt get chips and she took it out on him but he handled it well and professional. Great service, very well done.

This Grill'd store was nestled downstairs down one of the city's many alleyways. We visited the store for the first time in the evening and were able to enjoy the atmosphere and vibe created by the shadows cast over glittering red and gold lights reflecting of off nearby buildings illuminating the alleyway. The store staff were friendly and we got fantastic service and food was great. Incredibly fresh too. The store members were conscious when allergens were mentioned too which is a nice surprise. 10/10 loved this place. Great place for a bite on a night out or for lunch or dinner even.

Grill'd restaurant offers a mixed experience with its Barbie burger. While the presentation and display of the burger are impressive, unfortunately, the taste did not live up to expectations. On the positive side, one staff member stood out for their excellent hospitality, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience.

Great staff, atmosphere and food prepped to perfection. Compared to another Grilled a few blocks away this one is run properly the food cooked, prepared and tasted amazing. Recommend this one to anyone in town. Had to wait a little bit for my drink to arrive while I waited for my food, but still solid and friendly service.

LOVE meat free Monday! Don't take it away! The burger was a good size and twas tum. They did however forget the avocado in the garden goodness (let's be honest...avocado is half the reason to get garden goodness!) And they did forget the beetroot in the other garden goodness...they must have been distracted. They brought out the missing ingredients for me to add when I asked, so all good. The onion rings had nice flavour but were very oily. Chips...you can't go by them hey 😋 Friendly staff and nice variety of areas to choose from to sit.

I love that it is possible to have a burger and still eat low carb. Many different ways to have a burger here and all of them are so good. I only wish they still had the avocado chips as.the zucchini chips are not at ally favorite I am sorry. Otherwise, I do recommend Grill'd for a low carb meal.

Extremely fast service, Jesse who waited on our table was absolutely lovely, went out of his way to chat with the kids dancing and having a good time all the while clearing tables, serving food delivering water. The food was delicious and hot when served. All the team were doing an amazing job and the fun and energy in the restaurant was brilliant. thankyou for a great night.

Came here Saturday last week with my Aussie friend. We both ordered “Wild west” hamburger set at the counter. The girl at the counter took my friend’s order first and she asked him whether he wanted some sauce for free. I ordered the same set like my friend but when I chose the sauce, the girl said “Nah nah that’s not for free, you need to pay 1 dollar for each pack of sauce”. Maybe I was treated that way because I’m Asian. So for those who are non-Aussie, non-white people: PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!

I ordered a burger with chips today for a late lunch dine in and when it arrived I bit into it straight away and the meat patty was cold. The chips were perfect temperature though. I kindly asked one of the young guys if they could just microwave the burger a bit or get me another patty that was hot and replace just that part of the burger as it was the only issue. I was sat near the grill and could hear the kitchen staff whinging and bickering over the best way to deal with the issue and they decided to remake the whole thing. When I got my replacement it was burnt to a crisp and I couldn't eat it, when I kindly asked for a refund this time they said they couldn't give me one and instead gave me a gift card. the burger came out burnt after I overheard one of the girls say to the guy remaking my burger "make sure it's HOT" in a rude tone. I then left and the girl shouted out from behind me in a sarcastic tone "BYE, HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!"

Food and service was spot on! Our very large group was looked after by the very friendly staff who were all brilliant and so very efficient. Great space in such a nice precinct and so central. Thanks very much for looking after us so well!

We took the family (6 of us) for dinner before the Brian Cix show and spent $132. Very disappointed. The plus - some found their burger tasty but others The burger common negative- the bread was very dry. More negatives - the classic fries we had were very soft and limp. The Matso’s ginger beer wasn’t much colder than room temperature and they had no ice at all. The white wine also was too warm and again no ice available. Left feeling ripped off.

They do an excellent burger. Some pleasant outdoor seating is available as well as the indoor dining.

The burgers were tasty and fulfilling. Staff was kind and lovely to interact with. The only thing holding this restaurant back was the wait time, people couldn’t get seats, and they closed the kitchen, my impression was that there was too few staff to the amount of customers. On top of that delivery drivers were getting priority, to the extent that three or four drivers would get served before half that many tables were.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Grill’d tonight. I came to the city with little hope of finding a last minute booking or availability for a valentine’s day dinner but found this Grill’d nestled away in Brookfield Place. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by staff who offered us menus and asked whether we would like to order at the counter or from our table. We ordered from our table, and our drinks were brought out within a minute. Our burgers and fries arrived quickly, and were hot and delicious. Jay was absolutely lovely; brought us our food, came back later to check how everything was going with our meal, then took our used crockery and thanked us for dining here. In reality, he deserves thanking — he made our dinner experience absolutely perfect, we really felt cared for and valued as customers and that made a big difference. Thank you Jay and the rest of the Grill’d team :)

I was wrong about the place initially, but once I visited my all doubts were clear. Yes, they sell good vegetarian burgers. Being vegetarian I was struggling to find a good burger at Macdonald's and Burger king now I know the place where I have to visit with my family and friends. They have a maximum vegetarian menu content including plant based.

Tried to order at 7:30 on a Monday night…”sorry we got a big order so try our other store a few blocks away!!! Obviously customer service is not a priority in grilled. Voted with my feet and went somewhere else. Grill’d won’t be getting my $$ regardless of what store it is.

Found the staff to be really friendly, know there product's, the place was clean and kept that way when the staff weren't serving they were cleaning up. I enjoyed my meal, will visit again for sure. 👍

Nice food and good service. We have eaten here before when on business, only complaint is when ordering via the QR code at the table, the online menu can have stuff missing that is available on the paper menu which is frustrating as you then have to go wait at the counter. Over all though, good food, good service.

Dining here tonight genuinely made my day. The food was tasty, evenly cooked and with lots of flavour. The place has a comfortable atmosphere, and the local matters tokens are a fun, meaningful touch. The staff member who served me was absolutely fantastic. Lots of friendly, bubbly energy, and made me feel welcomed. I'm excited to come here again and try a new burger next time.

When I thought burgers cant get any more interesting, I went to this place and surprised myself. The flavors are really amazing, I had the veggie burgers that was delicious. The fried potatoes are homemade and the sweet potatoes too, with lots of flavour. The sauces were also homemade and I loved them. An amazing experience in something boring like burgers. Super nice atmosphere and place. Good attention.

Need better hygiene solutions at this time.

Took my Mum and two girls out for lunch and thanks to Google Maps found this hidden gem at Brookfield Plaza. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who gave us a menu and explained to us how to order our meal with out any prompting from us. My order was taken with out any fuss and our food came out in very quick time. Food was great and the staff looked after us as we ate our meal. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and as a bonus, Mum paid for our lunch. Highly recommended Grill’d Brookfield Place for Lunch or Dinner.

I love Grill'd but my only issue is they always overcook the chicken, leading to some pretty dry chicken burgers. I'd recommend sticking with the beef or the new veg patty.

The Beyond burgers here are amazing, would recommend. Chips are a little on the salty side but taste fine when you dust the salt off.
