McDonalds is McDonalds. The cheeseburger has really shrunk. It still had the expected taste which is comfort food to me. The fries were the same. The price seemed high.

We ordered a cheeseburger and 277 napkins. So disappointed , Burger was perfect But I just got 4 napkins. Will never come back again, guys buy more Stock Please!

SECOND TIME BAD EXPERIENCE. We ordered via drive through again this time, and confirmed an order for a "large double quarter pounder meal with a sprite" and "two crispy chicken caesar salads", but we received a standard double quarter pounder and the salad didn't have dressing. We were lucky we checked both the salad, burger and drink. When we went into the store to let the staff know, they fixed the order, BUT only after eating did we realize that the Sprite was filled 3/4 with ice and the salad croutons were WAY past the best before date. Unacceptable for a franchise so large. Disappointing.

I ordered no salt fries but came full of salt I ordered pepper packet but it didnt come I can understand those 2 things because sometimes it happen. But what i cannot endure is that, there was fries with ketchup 😂😂 why?? Reuse the food? Or something happen inside?

today we ordered 2 frozen sprite drive thru. and on the screen it said 2 frozen sprite which is correct.after we paid and we only got 1 frozen sprite. we asked for another one and the lady at the handout counter nicely said, back to the payment counter. we went back and said sorry for the confusion, to the person at the counter, and she said “next time better check the screen” that’s all. how rude it is? we didn’t act or treat bad to them. more like we were nice. should’ve seen the name.

Hi folks, there we go. Last Sunday morning, about 3:30 a.m., after a good night out with some mates, we headed to this McDonald for a late bite. This place was such a mess, rubbish all over the place and short staff kids for sure. Anyway, I had my order placed and after 25 minutes of waiting for it I've decided to ask for a refund as the restaurant wasn't even busy. Terrible Mac's to go! Definitely do not recommend it.

I’ve had such a disgusting experience, I placed my order and the lady taking my order repeated what drink I asked for, when I drove forward to pick up my order they gave me the wrong drink I said sorry I asked for Fanta no ice and she kept saying I don’t have that one my screen so I repeated myself a few time then she snatched the drink of my hands which resulted in her scratching me. Worst customer service and experience. It’s not that hard to swap out my drink.

Give this place in Beaufort St, near the park a miss. Dropped in recently. Long line waiting for service. One girl only serving. Line not moving so we walked out. Drab place too. Won't be going back. Ordered a classic salad. I had to repeat it twice and they stillgave me a ceaser salad which was rubbish with wilted lettuce and the bacon in a whole piece with nothing else. The sprite was just soda no flavour and the mcflurrywas all melted soup and I had to ask for more fudge as it had barely any. They also forgot the cutlery. When I tried calling them the would just pick up and hang up without talking to me

How do you stuff up a choc Sunday and 3 soft serve cones? Forget the Sunday, make the cones all chocolate flavoured and only fill them just higher than the cones edge and still leave on the counter for enough time to let them melt. Would have been cleaner to go to the bathroom in the park. Aiming wasn't optional, there was a contest to see how much wall and floor you could hit opposite the urinal.

This establishment tarnishes the McDonald's brand. It's the worst one I've visited in 15+ countries. Filthy from the floors to the restrooms, which are worse than public toilets in third-world countries. Unprofessional staff, burnt burgers, and they only serve Coke. Even Perth Police officers jump the queue for a quick meal, which shocked me when I witnessed it recently. ** I've never been to a McDonald's that's as dirty, untidy, and lacking in hygiene as this one. Despite operating 24/7 with no income constraints, I'm shocked to witness the extent of neglect, bringing this place to the lowest standards. **

Continues to DISAPPOINT! Had to actually heat up my McChicken in the microwave so I didn't get food poisoning! Both burgers and fries were COLD. Also took over an hour to be delivered by DoorDash when the store is 4 minutes / 2.5 km away by car !?!? Received the order confirmation email 12.45 am, 2 Feb, estimated delivery was 12.58 am to 1.08 am. Called Northbridge at 1.54 am not long after receiving, of course no one answered.

Ordered two double cheese burgers and they might as well have come straight out of the freezer. Cheese slices were like pieces of cardboard still cold as. Joke of a place.

The floor was filthy, as were the toilet floors. I've never seen soap dispensers actually locked to the wall. No paper was available for drying hands. Chips were not hot, I had to return them and I was given fresher chips.

I got soft serve she didn’t give me back change she got money and said is that ok , she shows like she doesn’t want to give back change and ice cream was very small , hungry jacks serve better than this , I been in store 19/01/2022 at 8.40

Can't do a NO STAR review, unfortunately. Worse service I've ever experienced. Ordered via the Maccas App ahead to save time, upon arrival, order was unclear and was asked to proceed to the window. Where we sat for 15 minutes to no response from any personnel. Drove forward to the retrieval window and the immediate vehicle behind us was serviced. Personnel did not acknowledge myself or my order once until I had walked inside after a total of 40 minutes in the drive through and waiting bay. To top it all off, After an additional 25 minutes waiting in the waiting bay after walking in, I was asked to proceed back through the drive through to repeat the entire process, Pay for the entire order again. DISGUSTING!

Stopped on way back home from a Jazz Concert in Perth. Staff remained calm and polite, working efficiently to get orders out, despite being inundated by hungry customers after Foo Fighters Concert. Really impressed.

Context: I ordered takeaway and it took 5 minutes to get home. Fries were could be fresher, the coke I got was 80% water :/

Needed to use the bathroom, went into the men's, disaster. Went and spoke to manager who suggested using the locked disabled. She opened the door to an even more disgusting room. Thank God she went in first and got knocked back by the smell. Both rooms looked like they hadn't been attended to by staff in weeks.

The usual 'why do I have to be here?' staff look. Ordered a chicken wrap which was quite good. Staff were quite flustered with lots of people waiting for food. Female toilets were not sign posted and grubby and hand dryer not working.

Ordered an Aussie Angus burger on drive through, received a burger that doesn’t have cheese, onion rings, bacon and beetroot (key ingredients)!!! Seems like someone is learning to make burgers on actual orders without any supervision????? Better check your orders before leaving the site!!!

Fast Service, polite and friendly staff, the food is what you expect from Macca's although the Fries 🍟 need to be Fresher, Hotter and Crispy then they'd get my 5 Stars

Food was fine, There was a crazy homeless person in the toilets though, I thought I was going to get stabbed. Toilets were heavily vandalised too.

My family and I often frequent this McDonald's location for weekend lunches, and we usually have a pleasant experience. Despite that, the overall atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great spot to unwind with the family. The kids always have a blast in the playground, though it is a bit on the smaller side. I appreciate that it provides a safe space for them to play and burn off energy. However, there's one aspect that could use improvement: the number of touch points entering and exiting the restrooms. In light of hygiene and public health concerns, I would appreciate it if the restaurant took extra steps to minimize contact points and provide additional hand sanitizing stations near high-touch areas. All in all, this McDonald's location is our go-to spot for a quick and easy meal with the family. With a few minor adjustments, it could be even better. Keep up the good work, and we'll definitely keep coming back!

Why are my fries always cold/stale and my burger always disgusting. Dried meat patty and old salad, its pretty obvious that you're either giving me an old burger thats been sitting there for hours or haven't trained your crew properly to throw the old stuff away. 0/5 stars if I could give that. For such a big established corporate company, you would expect atleast a somewhat decent service. Don't bother wasting your time unless you're prepared to be disappointed

You gotta love MACcas ,but too be honest I'm not really a fan of the food I like the sausage and egg muffins ,and I liked the macfeast burger,and I like the service and the frozen drinks and the hot cakes ..I think there is something wrong with me sometimes because I find the food there very unappealing ,I wish I could like it but I don't sorry MACcas love ya anyways peace,

Slow, waited 15 minutes to get the food. No salted caramel even though it was advertised so false advertising. 1 person cooking food. Hopefully its a 1 off. Well came back on sunday morning and what a surprise, not a 1 off. Waited 12 minutes and one of the workers asked what i was waiting for and told them my order. She got it up and said my order. Seems someone got rid of the order on the screen. Worst maccas around. 1 year later and its still the worst for time. Only took them 15 minutes to get me my 2 double sausage and egg mcmuffin and a drink. Get more than 1 person cooking and then service will pick up. Multi billion dollar company and stingy on staff Toilets a mess. Probably havent been cleaned all morning. Not what u want to see for breakfast

I was concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant after noticing that the front dining area and toilets had not been cleaned in a while. Additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom. To make matters worse, I even found a syringe with a needle on the bathtub. It's hard to imagine how the kitchen could maintain proper hygiene under these conditions.

i older a large fries, but it’s even less then mid size. With out prices what’s the difference between the large and small? I’m really really unhappy with that. It’s not only once. Member don’t buy their sundae just buy cone well be enough cos they are the same size, but sundae you pay $5
