Rude dude with square glasses on tonight (sunday 1am) he forgot I ordered a burrito (as well as nachos : food was good) was made to feel like his forgetfulness was my fault , unnecessary attitude, he , asked in an awfully sarcastic and unwelcoming way “are you good” I wasn’t flexing, wild or intoxicated, I was just simply getting food. I watched his work mate doing her job , she took the customers orders , prepared their meals , gave amazing customer service ( at 1am in Perth’s clubbing central) and so I gave her my change as a tip !! She worked amazingly, which I saw from before I had even ordered my own meal from a different employee

Had a burrito bowl on Monday 9pm. No guacamole and black rice was uncooked. Pathetic quality of food. Not going ever again.

Went on a weekend morning, pretty good nachos, had one with grilled chicken. Service was fast and didn't take forever.

Ordered a Burrito and bottle of Pepsi Max. The burrito arrived and felt like it had been pulled out of the fridge, I payed for black rice and asked for no white rice, only got white rice, there was literally no beef in the burrito and a total of 3 jalapeños. To top it off the bottle of Pepsi was not there either. I shall not be going to this or any other Zambreros again. Clear inattention to any detail.

The female receptionist at noon 12rd October she seems like a racist. When I walked into and said 2 delivery orders, she gave me a poker face and a silence. But normal greeting to next white customer.

Fast service during lunch peak hour and yet very good customer service. They have delicious options of meats and fresh salads.

Ravi made sure we got what we wanted even after he had cleaned and was ready to close We really appreciate him compansating us as late patrons and will be happy to come back just for our main man ravi. Food was also very good!

I’ve had ordered many times before from other Mexican fast food franchises like this, GyG, and Mad Mex, but the guys here definitely tick the most boxes in consistency for time, food quality, and service! Absolutely would come again. Also, highly recommended for healthy workout bulking supplements.

Not recommend at all. The food and preparation are pretty sad and disappointing. For the same price you can get much better quality in Guzman & Gomez.

Waited for an hour for the delivery. Got a lamb burrito bowl instead of beef. And I don't even eat lamb!!!Only had one small bite, but still want to vomit😩😩

Someone gotta remember to turn on-off the delivery machines properly. I came to pick up many times and this zambrero always manage to accept delivery order even though the store is closed.

Went in for a gluten free burrito, it was not as full as other places I have been. Very skimpy on every ingredient, even the sauce.

I don't frequent this store as I don't live in this area, but the few times I have, the staff have been friendly and made great burritos! They are generous with the portions which is appreciated. Raj is the man :) nice fella and made a packed and delish burrito 🌯 😋 👌 Sadly no photos coz it got devoured pretty quick! Wish I lived closer to repeat that joyous taste experience! One of the best burritos I've had lately. 😀

The stingey-est Zambreros in Perth. I asked for and paid for a "Big burrito". I watched as the person serving me scoop one and a half scoop of the meat instead of two. When I emphasised that this was a big burrito with two scoops I was given a "yea" and moved on. I had other customers behind me so I didn't want to cause a scene, but I will not ever go to this particular zambreros again. I will go to the other zambreros around the place who have consistently been a lot more reasonable and sometimes generous with their filling. The end result burrito from this place ended up being the same size as a regular burrito.

NEVER TO RETURN!!! My friend and I went to this so called "Restaurant" and disappointed is a stretch for how gutted we both were with the staffs performance. They were slow, unprofessional and also served us yesterday's meat! My friend is also a celiac, and they were both completely unaware of what gluten free means, she basically had to climb over the counter and prepare her own burrito. Then to top it off, when we went to pay the eftpos machine was broken, then we had to leave the premises and get cash out from an ATM, then when we returned to pay with cash they did not have any change in the register and we waited another 5 minutes before we could get our food. After all this we finally go to sit down and eat our now cold burrito's and they really missed the mark, I have always been a fan of Zambrero's but what we received today is certainly not up to the Zambrero's national standard.

When me and my friend walked in the restaurant was dirty and unwelcoming. The fridge was unstocked and customer service was nonexistent. There was no lettuce so my salad consisted of onion and jalapeños. The meat tasted old and the counter was very unhygienic with what looked week old food sitting around the register. I have been here a few months ago and had a good experience but after today I will not be returning.

Frozen guacamole, tried this place again a few times. As maybe was a bad day first time. I could taste lumps of ice in guac... I’m veggie and got a bowl , maybe in a burrito wouldnt be as obvious . Overall , Disgusting food. Sauces super sweet instead of spicy. I get it’s a chain I can’t blame the sauces on this branch. but nothing is fresh.only mexican chain in city open late il give credit for that. Even on weeknights. I ordered online this time, requests weren’t met. Other chains and local food vendors always meet requests via Uber eats. I don’t want to be that rude person complaining but come on… I’ve tried other locations of zambrero, Scarborough, Hillary’s , Bayswater. Better quality and more staff. Go to Guzman in northbridge instead. You won’t regret it. Fresh, non frozen and LOTS more flavour. Mad Mex on hay street is great also.

Top service, very efficient! Pay these guys more!!! It was late at night, you had 2 guys on, they were dealing with a big queue out the door and under eats orders. Served very fast with great service. Really quick workers, very efficient. Pay these guys more, credit to your company. Cheers Pat
