This
is
the
second
time
I’ve
been
to
this
location
and
it
is
the
second
time
I’ve
received
full
cream
milk
as
opposed
to
oat
when
asked.
I
approached
the
young
lady
at
the
front
politely
(since
I
too
am
a
barista😉)
and
asked
if
there
was
a
chance
it
could
be
remade.
I
would
like
to
state
that
I
was
very
apologetic
for
THEIR
mistake
and
I
was
really
cool,
calm,
and
collected
about
it,
because
I
know
what
it’s
like
to
work
in
the
industry.
She
sincerely
apologised
and
informed
the
older
man
who
was
making
coffees
during
the
shift
4.30PM
(23/1/2023)
and
as
opposed
to
simply
replacing
the
mistaken
drink,
he
proceeded
to
loudly
complain
that
he
had
indeed
used
the
right
milk.
After
carrying
on,
he
proceeded
to
wave
the
oat
milk
in
front
of
me
and
state
that
“this
is
the
oat
milk
we
use”
repeatedly.
Had
I
been
given
an
opportunity
to
speak,
I
would
have
been
able
to
say
the
texture
of
the
milk
tasted
like
full
cream
but
whatever.
I
am
very
aware
of
my
body
and
the
difference
in
stomach
aches
caused
from
a
good
quality
coffee
bean
(which
this
is
not)
and
one
caused
from
consuming
lactose
that
I
literally
cannot
have
due
to
high
intolerance.
Lastly,
as
opposed
to
simply
apologising
for
the
mistake
and
remaking
the
drink
correctly,
he
proceeded
to
quickly
make
a
coffee
(that
didn’t
even
have
the
extra
shot
I
paid
for)
and
plopped
it
at
the
front
saying
“it
will
taste
the
same
as
before”.
At
this
point
I
was
incredibly
shocked
by
this
man’s
reaction
that
I
could
only
respond
with
“ok”.The
man
went
as
far
as
making
the
girl
smell
the
coffee
to
back
him
up,
to
which
there
was
clear
uncomfortable
hesitation.
The
girl
on
the
till
looked
so
embarrassed
with
the
interaction.
Absolutely
disgusting
behaviour
and
product,
avoid
honestly.
Most
watery,
non
flavourful
coffee
you’ll
have
made
by
someone
that’s
obviously
lost
their
passion
for
their
job
and
is
stuck
doing
something
they
hate
for
a
living.
Obviously
this
is
a
reoccurring
problem
if
the
other
staff
members
were
not
surprised
by
his
little
outburst.
If
someone
with
this
much
arrogance
is
allowed
to
put
customers
in
such
uncomfortable
and
unnecessary
positions
because
of
a
lack
of
accountability,
this
store
should
re
evaluate
their
staffing
choices,
because
quite
frankly,
I
felt
unsafe
and
afraid
to
drink
the
coffee
he
added
water
to,
so
I
ended
up
binning
it.
Used
to
visit
every
time
I’d
be
in
the
city,
but
to
be
honest,
you’re
better
off
saving
your
money
and
going
elsewhere.
