Very busy and very badly organised. The staff are constantly rushing and throwing the subs together, their 4 stage assembly process is totally innefficient, you end up repeating your order constantly and subsequently end up with bad food. Avoid.

Since when is it the norm, to greet a customer with just a "yep" ? Old mate doesn't even smile. obviously loves his job! Half the salad selection looked like it was sitting there for at least few days. Don't think I'll be returning to this store.

Staff should give an ear to what the newbies are saying. As a newbie to Austrlia and havent caught the wiff of the accent yet, it was tough for me to get my order delivered correctly. Hopefully in few weeks i can make it 😅

Says they're open on Saturday. They're not. No notice on the door stating they aren't. The times on the door show it should be open. Lunchbreak wasted with no food to show for it.

This is probably the best subway I have been to, and is my regular work lunch choice given its proximity to my workplace. Even though the store is located in a high traffic area with a consistent daily lunch rush, they are extremely quick in preparing the subs without any loss of quality. Quick, friendly service, great subs. Can't fault them. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Lunchtime sandwich but they forgot to put the chicken in the sub.

A bit of a wait here, but they handle lunch-time pressure well. The sandwich ingredients always looks and tastes fresh.

I went here on thursday morning at 10am. It was so happy moment when im ordering. Staff is so kind and sandwich is great!

What a piss poor excuse for customer service... have you heard of a smile or even a greeting. Just looking at me and waiting for me to tell you what bread i want is not good enough. The only saving grace was the girl at the end who took my money. At least she new how to smile. The men all looked like they hated their lives.

The male staff member is rude, speaks to you like your a inconvenience, greets with "Yep" . The preparation board is always grotty, or empty.... Smile
