Wasn’t told on the website purchasing gift vochures online took 24 hrs for fraud protection which means the gift came too late :( buying gift cards online was a last minute effort for a present and Pandora made it worse.

I adore this store. It's the biggest and the best in Perth and the staff are always suoer polite and helpful. Have never had a bad customer experience here and I've shopped her for more than 4yrs now.

Horrific. Where to start . Was not greeted on approach even when all other customers had left the store. I was asked from the till was I ok. I then asked for a particular item and no further questions were asked was it a gift/who is it for eg . It’s a nice purchase you should hope the sales person would invest a bit of interest to the customer. Then when my simple question was are you popping that in a box or a pouch the girl replied very cheeky “no I’ll just give it to you like this(laid out on the table)or if you’re lucky maybe a bag”What !! My reason for the question is that I’m posting it and wanted to know-if she took the time to ask she would have known this. All other staff heard her and it went silent. Absolutely horrific customer service, train her how to speak to customers, approach and deliver. Shocking ! I come from retail - I know what’s expected.This was definitely not it . Operator 105511

I've been shopping at Pandora's for years. I've even got a few limited additions from them. They now do Diamonds and Gold. Just love your bling and thanks for the awesome service you guys provide.

Bought a bracelet and couple of charms. Good customer service. One of the lady showed us all the items which ever we wanted to see and explained about each product. Good store with lot of variety of jewellery.

Was in a major rush as I shopped on my tea break. They ran out of free gift item but then called me as soon as it arrived so I didn’t miss out. The customer service there were great! Very attentive with great knowledge of products and stock! Thank you so much!

Great Location, right on the corner of Forest Place and Murray St Mall... Also in the stunning Commonwealth Bank Building of Australia Pandora has a stunning storefront with some really beautiful products. The lady seemed very friendly & helpful... Great shop & Great prices.

Had a really kind experience today so thought I’d share, went in the store because I broke my necklace and wanted some advice and the lady couldn’t help me but she did give me this little bag for free to put my necklace in so I don’t lose it and it made my day, it’s the little things Sorry I don’t remember her name but whoever you are, your kindness didn’t go unnoticed 🫶🏼

Amazing customer service. Went in completely clueless looking for a christmas gift. One of the friendly staff members helped me find a lovely necklace within my budget and she was very knowledgeable on pricing and really helped me out.

I came for replacing the fault product and the lady Amanda who serve me provide excellent customer service. Actually, I was a bit upset before I walked in, because earlier the Hay street lady was asked me how you wearing the product? And the Mickey bracelet condition should look better if you do not wear perfume or cream...she also mentioned if the condition likes this, she may not able to let me replace the product hat purchased on 18 June 2020. I am not sure she is right or wrong, but as a customer I can feel that she is checking on customer rather than providing the customer service that she supposed to be. If replacement has condition applied or the staff can make own decision, then it's going to effect your service reputation.

This is a location where people are free to express their opinions, even free to make money by entertaining visitors, almost every day there are street performers singing there, this location is very convenient for those who are just walking around, transportation to this location is also very easy

One of the international assistants ‘Jun’ even don’t understand ‘tight’ or ‘loose’ and became impatient as soon as I started to speak Chinese to explain to her, forced me to pay as quick as possible even I told her I would like to look at other stuff. I used to have good experiences here but I won’t be back anymore.

Super selection in downtown Perth

Visited this store whilst on holiday in Perth during December. The shop wasn’t busy. We purchased 2 Aussie style bracelet charms for our two nieces. When we gave the girls the Pandora bags when we got back one of the bags had no charm in - just tissue paper! Be warned and check the box before the sales assistants put your purchase in the bag. I have contacted Pandora and been given a refund but no proper explanation and that doesn’t make up for the disappointment we and my niece has. We cannot replace this Koala charm in the UK.
