Very intimidating security guard at the entrance. The guard treated me horribly TWICE just because of the bag of an item I bought at a nearby shop. The guard attempted to grab my bag aggressively and treated me like as if I’m a shoplifter. It made the whole store feel unwelcoming. Your security guard need to know how to approach people properly and perhaps, fix your anti-theft alarm as well.

Just a thought, but perhaps you guys could consider answering your PHONES!?! All I want is to find out whether you have certain shoes in stock without travelling from pillar to post just to be disappointed if you don't have them. It's Tuesday morning so not a particularly busy time and I've made a total of 30 phone calls to 3 different stores ... not one of them was answered. Will buy our shoes elsewhere.

Went to the shop to return an item one of the staff told me I have to bring the correct box where the shoe was and they will change it, but by then I have my 11 months old baby I decided to go home from Perth to beechboro sneak out and left my son with the dad came back to Perth with the correct box soon as I reached the lady told me they won't be able to refund and one of the item was less than three months I actually didn't bring it for exchange all this while because I was moving house and was not feeling too well after having cesarean even when tears ran my eyes not about the money but my poor baby I sneak to leave with his dad they did not even have any sympathy for me. Bad management

Was overcharged $30 for a pair of shoes. Price sticker $120 but receipt said $150. When going back to get the refund Had to talk to too 3 different members of staff and got refused. They hid behind excuses like i had to go to the carousel store and money had to go back on exact same card. Very rude about it rather than just fixing their companies error

I bought some Jordan 1 Mids from here before school started, the lady that helped me with getting the shoes and giving advice with spray to keep my shoes clean was so helpful! Such a good store for shoes, definately going again.

Decent range of quality designer brands, so unfortunately they mostly come with the designer higher prices. Occasionally some alright deals. Staff are accommodating & happy to help with anything to ask/request them, with a smile. I keep going back there

Customer service, if you can call it that, is basically non existent. Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter online, which were too big. Wanted to change them at a local store, so tried over a few days to call both Karrinyup and Joondalup, but each time I would go straight5 to being on hold, stay there for a few minutes, then get an engaged signal as they hung up on me. I then called head office. Their explanation (with no "oh, so sorry about that") was just the staff were probably serving people in store. They were then able to let me know that one of those stores had the size I needed ... but were not able to contact the store or get the shoes held for me, as stores don't do that, so I'd need to go out to the store and hope the shoes were still there when I got there. It's very simple to offer just a little bit of after sales service, shame they don't seem interested in doing that at all.

Low quality, expensive and the chick at the counter was just rude. After 3 painful experiences of trying to return a faulty item I'm glad it's finally over

Went in to return a defective shoe with a tear in the forefoot material after less than 3 months use. Questioned me as to how the tear formed & then said they wouldn’t accept a return as I must have done it myself based on some obscure logic that the tear must form internally to be a flaw. Then told me to deal with Nike direct! Made to feel like a liar. Happy to take money but poor service otherwise. Will not be shopping here again & will shop directly from Nike across the road from now on.

Always canceling orders and never answer phone. I am so disappointed

I got a gift by eshop and I just only can exchange for the same product, they did not have stock checking several time along 3 weeks. Sadly, it is a bad reputation for #nike brand.

No happy!! I just got home with my 'pair of shoes' I went to get a nice white snickers, shopping everywhere I coudnt find what I was looking for, so checking on JD I saw this white/light brown strip from Puma brand I quickly try as I was on my lunch break but just in case I mention to one of the seller how many left,he check on the pad n said 3 so I asked plss to put one pair on hold, so I can try again Went back try it again and happy I left with my new sneakers. For my surprise when I get home !! After Almost 50m on train ! One of the shoes was dirty inside . He sold me the one they had on exhibition. Sadly I can't go back and I need the Shoes for tomorrow morning. How unfair it's is !!! So I'm very unhappy. For not letting me know. Never again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, however there were only 2 staff members around to assist with shoppers and also operate the check out, so was quite a slow process. The music was also uncomfortably loud, making the experience of being in the shop unpleasant and overwhelming.

First off the salesperson Paige was fantastic! The disrespect of store manager was pathetic. Initially refused to honour the instore sale price listed on the JD website! Was only when I asked for his name to make a compliant, that he honoured the advertised price. (All the muttering under his breathe wasn't appreciated) Paige, with her high level of customer service, needs to be promoted to Store Manager.

Bought the Adidas ZX 4D couple months before. Lace holder snapped as they were rings and not holes. Please don't get the 4D. Took it back to JD Sports and the manager was kind enough to give me options as to swap or a refund. The staff were also helpful in getting me another pair.

The worst retail business I've seen. How are they even staying afloat with how bad they are at all points. No store could bother answering the phones multiple times over days. With an ankle with torn tendons I'm looking for one specific shoe that these clowns claim exclusive sales to and they can't even do anything right. When I query the children they employ on things I get really dumb blank expressions, caught them out on arrogant lies but had to walk out of 2 shops. I blatantly refuse to support retail in this city what a joke! Just order from factory and save yourself momey, stress and time dealing with this shady business.

So impressed. Went into JD after another shop that had ‘assistants’ who seemed put out when asked to...assist. JD had a massive range, and the staff were very attentive. Very competitive prices as well.

Very bad service, female employees are very rude and disrespectful to customers. my husband and i just experienced a very unpleasant treatment there.

This shop is reasonable and staff is helpful and the collection is awesome in this shop.

Good product but the customer service is terrible, this one girl with brown and shady blond hair had white air force shoes, she had terrible service and was very rude.
