My first visit to Skindeep was great - the staff were helpful and friendly and they carry a great product range. After an initial consult, Caitlin recommended the right treatment for my skin and my skin feels much better already. I'll definitely be back for further treatment.

Amy was phenomenal. She listened to what was important to me and addressed my queries. She recognised that I was looking for a long term commitment, so she recommended 3 month subscription and she did it at the right time. She explained all the options, but didn't force the most expensive one. We actually went for the cheapest as it offered treatments that my skin type would benefit from at this stage and prepare for something more intense later. Job well done on customer care aspect. In terms of treatment, my skin feels as she said it would. I understand that real results require time and I'm willing to work with her to achieve them. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

Tahlia is fantastic, she makes you feel welcome. She is also very thorough with her work, confident, and knowledgeable. I definitely felt like I was in safe hands, my skin is absolutely glowing from the alkaline treatment, love her skills.

Did facial for the first time, Amy is so lovely. She explained the whole process of what she will be doing to me, and gave me a wonderful treatment and massage. It was so comfy that I fell asleep. I've never been to a place so professional. The esthetician wouldn't do any treatment without a consultation and after that they were completely honest and wouldn't just sell me what I wanted, with the risk of losing the sale at the moment. I got a brightening facial and it was delicious, I felt suoer spoiled and could feel the difference in my skin even a few days after. I'll definitely go back to get the suggested treatment after preparing my skin. These girls have a 10!

Just went to skin Deep in Floreat, i have been going there for years, the staff are always very kind especially Margaret, but today i was extremely disappointed at the service, I went to have a spray tan, the therapist was not only rude but hardly put any tan on, my legs don't look any darker. I will try one more time and only ask for Margaret.

Krysia made some helpful suggestions without being pushy and kindly accommodated my early arrival by offering me an earlier appointment.
