It's a market cum shopping complex where you can buy any sort of things.This building is located in the main town area, on the side of NH. But this buliding is not well maintained even if it is under the control of Perumbavoor municipality.

Construction of building is really poor. We have to walk down the steps and climb up stairs on the other side to reach rooms on different sides of same floor. This is due to lack of proper planning of the building. Moreover many rooms are still closed or not yet opened. This may be due to the above mentioned problem. The only advantage is the parking. It has an amble parking facility. Building is mostly occupied by computer shops (Laptop and desktop both sales and service) and other wholesale shops (like vegetables shop). It also has 3-4 medical shops.

Shopping complex in Perumbavoor . Not well maintained.

Situated in the most congested and traffic area. Authorities must have a long term vision on the future of the town and development.

Whole sale market for vegetables. Parking facility in Aluva - Munnar Road.

🧐Has got a lot of retail outlets and offices. Located in a prime location the Perumbavoor municipality vegetable cum shopping market offers adequate car parking for its customers. You can almost all kinds of stuff from here.

Though this complex is knows as vegetables market, apart from vegetable there is Neethi medical store, Computer and repairs, United Insurance, TV dth, & many more things. Access to many other shops like bakery, atm, house hold items, groceries are in walkable distance.

Location is great, lots of parking space.But poor maintenance in building. breaking window glass and hanging, Staircase is public toilet

It is the biggest shopping complex in Perumbavoor town. The place is not maintained well. The washrooms are very dirty. We can't even walk through the steps because of the smell.

Its located at the heart of Perumbavoor, where a number of services are provided. From vegetables stalls to computer hardwhare repairing you'll find all the services you'll probably need. All services under a hat!😀

Good location but lack of irresponsibility from the building owner. Not clean, wash rooms are very pathetic condition.

Very congested place, practically difficult to find a parking. Many wholesale vendors occupy the frontage. Sadly for fresh vegetables wholesale or retail, you have to opt for this place because the new market is bit far away.

Dirty surroundings. No ample parking area. No facility for wheel chair customers.Keep clean the shopping area and shops. Veg market area on the northern side is horribly filthy.

Petrol only costs ₹50 a litre.Diesel is ₹ 40.Climate is like in Switzerland.Lots of fun.You can get everything at half the price elsewhere.
