Bus stand cum shopping centre. Not much shops, but almost all shops are there. Convenient for travelers to purchase. Lack of a good restaurant is eminent.

Shopping haven for the North and North Eastern labourers working in Ernakulam district and its surroundings. Some of the shops in the vicinity are run by Bengalis and Assamese. Madeena Masjid, Fish & Mutton Markets, Amal Palace restaurant and Private bus stand are at stone's throw distance from the mall.

It's more of a bus stand than a Mall, it has stood it's ground since before I was born (21 years back) so it's basically a cluster of small shops and business bordering the bus stand.
