Nice place, close to train station and on the main street, close to beach

5 stars to the personnel, both at the reception and from the room services. Breakfast was quite poor for a 4-star hotel. Rating the room equipment is more complicated. On one hand we had a spacious bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, 2 lavabos and a bidet. On the other hand the room furniture made the impression of disparate pieces bought on a sale. The wardrobe standing in the middle of a window is a total room planning failure to me. The mattress and the bed was ok, though. Another non comme il faut these days is the absence of the ramp for people on a wheelchair or with heavy luggage at the entrance. The location is good: in the pedestrian zone, 5 min walk to the railway station, 10 min to the beach.

Excellent location and the staff were really nice. Fine for a night or so if you're looking for somewhere central. However the hotel is badly in need of a face-lift, let down by its old fashioned decor. The rooms have a bit of an industrial feel too. Not as nice as I would expect a 4* hotel to be.

Hotel is in an excellent central location in a pretty square with good night life. Very close to the beach with a 5 min walk. Local restaurants are very good. Rooms are fine and clean. Bathrooms are fine though showers would benefit from higher water pressure. Air con works fine in all rooms. Wifi excellent and good for streaming. There is no restaurant in the hotel but it is not needed given the location. Parking is close and secure.

Hotel cured, clean rooms, bathroom is small, the room was a single, the refrigerator in the room was complete, water, snacks and chips, there's a kettle for tea, there s a little safe in the room. The bed is comfortable but a little short for me that I am tall, for one night but no more, I see it hard. Good hotel for work stops. A pity, good, good, but in ztl zone you have to be careful and remember to leave the car plate. Presence of charging columnina for electric cars. The hotel parking lot is far. Fairly quiet structure but not the maximum luxury. There's a small spa inside. Breakfast is good, both European and Italian. The hotel is located in Pescara in central position.

Nice place for a busines stay. Very helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. Fast Wifi. Closed parking nearby, do not hesitate to drive into the restricted zone to the hotel : the staff will add your car on the list of authorized cars.

Perfect location in the city center of Pescara. The parking is on the other side of the main road, close to the station. Pleasant reception and comfortable hotel.

Beside of the perfect location (in the middle of downtown and with a great connection to public transportation as well as parking areas) a great service. Always polite and smiling. Cleanness like as if you can eat from the floor. Would totally go back again!

The rooms are clean, but yes, they are dated. The location is worth putting up with the rooms being a little old. The deskservicee is great. The people are very sweet and helpful.

It was amazing! I’m from New York City, I lived in Pescara for one year, and this is the best place to eat and drink in Pescara in my opinion.

Nice hotel. Only parking space is at a different location 5min walking distance. Maybe give the GPS point or adres for it on your Website. But my colleague helped me.
