Update: The hotel finally refunded the money, but only after intense social media pressure and awareness of this issue. My friend @ibike1world had a prepaid reservation at this place. The hotel cancelled the booking and have not returned the funds. Please think twice before booking a room here.

The place was nice, breakfast was delicious. Had some problems with mold in the bathroom ceiling..

A city I heard little about, but what a beautiful surprise, it was spectacular, beautiful beach, the sea, the pier was full of nice restaurants, roads for shopping, everything was good. Then we arrived to the hotel and wow, it was so nice, had even an automatic receptionist, the staff was nice, the room was beautiful, the bed oooh the bed. We had to go early morning because we had to get a train and we were going to miss the breakfast. So we told them an they made us two happy boxes of meals for the breakfast, what a nice people. Really really a must to, stay.

Simple room with all you need for a short stay. The price we paid was in line with what you get. I didn’t like the smell of the room, very strong. The shower doors didn’t close well. Breakfast was just ok, good choices but not great quality.

Location is absolutely central. You can walk to the beach in minutes. I’ve asked for a room in the top floor and got one with an amazing view from the 8th floor. This used to be a historical hotel built in 1963 then acquired by b&b. It has been only partially renovated and it looks in some way tired. Eg the ceiling of the bathroom. The bed was comfy and in my room there was a great balcony with unfortunately no furniture to enjoy it. Staff is kind and breakfast is really basic with industrial products. I d better skip it to enjoy some nice cafes around, eg historical cremeria la bresciana. Overall, great ratio price/quality, german style, no frills.

Excellent location, neat and tidy and nicely done up place. In walking distance of the things you really want to do/see and shops are around the corner! Only thing is that they have very limited hotel parking available and we literally had to spend an hour navigating all the one-ways to get a free parking (turns out parking in Italy is an incredibly ridiculously complicated thing!!!)... we found one relatively close by in the end, but it felt like unneccessary stress. Otherwise, loved the place and breakfast was excellent!!! Thank you!

The location is pretty good off of a quiet street. It is not handicap compliant, since there are about 5 steps to go up to the lobby. I didn't see any ramps anywhere. The room is ample, the shower small. The hotel has a continental breakfast which is very adequate. There are several pedestrian only streets nearby with restaurants, bars and other stores. All within walking distance. Both the river and the beach are within walking distance. Everyone is very nice and customer service is very good. I recommend it.

Our flight got cancelled due to a pilote strike. We contacted the hotel to see if we could cancel (although it is not their policy). First they lied, claiming that booking.com did not allow them to. When booking.com said otherwise, they changed the story. Now they just didn't want to do it. I can accept a policy, but don't like liars. Finally, they offered to change the date of the booking. I accepted that offer but told them it would be impossible to get there this year (duh). All of a sudden, they told us we had to decide before the day ended and it could only be 2023. It was very unreasonable to ask us to plan a holiday, within a couple of hours and let them know. In truth, they just wanted to keep the money and be done with it. Again: I can accept a policy, if they would have been honest about it. I don't like scheming liars.

Good option at very fair price. Called on a last minute phone reservation. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and efficient. Given a room with terrace and sea view it has been enjoyable.

Honestly, such a great hotel! Rooms are clean and staff are incredibly friendly! It's In the middle of everything you need too! Definitely coming back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The mattress isnt nice. It was quite old. However, it's a nice hotel. Nothing fancy but it's a good place to stay. Nice big balcony, but unfortunately didn't have any chairs. Their was only one chair inside the room. While it's a 2 person room. So we couldn't d sit outside at the same time. Good price, good location.

Very good value for money. The staff is very kind and professional. The chambermaid was impeccably clean and also folded my pj. The room had been sanitised and was sparkling clean. The bed and pillow very comfortable. I was a solo traveller and took a single room which has a nice size bed in a spacious room and equally spacious bathroom. Next time I ll try to stay longer if I can. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with comfortable and nicely decorated rooms! The receptionists are very friendly, especially Ylenia who went out of her way to help us with any query that we had during our stay, and also can speak perfect English! Hotel is in a very good location as it is surrounded with shops and is around 10 to 15 mins away from the sea by walk. Will definitely visit again and I highly recommend it!

Great stay! Only little downside is that my room haven't hade table and chairs out at the terrace.

Good breakfast, beds are a little tired but overall the stay was good. Aircon was nice and strong

Great in terms of service and quality, awesome breakfast for 7.20€ ! I just wish they wouldn't change out the soap bars every day like.. i can use the same one two days in a row lol
