This hotel has an excellent location, right in front of the public beach. It also has a certain age, with a distinct 70s feeling. You May feel you are sleeping in a hospital instead of an hotel. Our room was charmless, the TV was not working, the air conditioning was very weak. The door of the bathroom was not closing. The shower was too narrow to allow me in, so I was hurting my elbows with every movement (and no, I am not particularly big). But at least the room was very clean. The breakfast was a bit special because of the Covid measures, so they had organized a system of queuing. Hopefully the waitresses were very efficient so the wait was not too long.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Hotel breakfast was nice but the only issue was that it was mainly cakes with just a few fruits. Excellent for the beach 🏝️ view.

Staff at the welcomdesk friendly, rooms not confortable, old style and bathroom like in a hostel. Nice view to the beach. Breakfast was a disaster starting from the organsiation, cleaning, products, atmosfere ...

The best thing about this hotel is that it's located directly at the beach, and it offers a small private beach for hotel guests, where you can rent an umbrella for 12€ a day on a first come - first serve basis. You can rent umbrellas on the neighboring beaches, too, and that's what we did, because you get much more for the same money. Otherwise, the hotel is very basic - not what I would expect from a three-star hotel. Although we had a balcony, there was neither a table nor a chair on it. There's just one chair inside the room, you need to take it outside. More chairs are not granted by the staff. The restaurant is very strange - it looks like the waiting hall of a railway station. Next time, we'll surely look for a better place.

Friendly stuff, well located nearby sea beach, good support for airport transfer, bad room sound isolation, small shower box, loud air condition, poor breakfast. Good price/performance ratio.

It's close to the beach and to the bus stop, bars, restaurants and more. You have everything you need close. I had a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

The staff really make this hotel somewhere special. They are always helpful, obliging and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere.

Good location, really close to the beach and 30 minutes walk from the center, we enjoyed the room (it was cleaned daily, new towels every day, nice personnel). Main problem: a lot of noise. We could barely sleep, due to the noise from the street.. and the food was always the same, poor in vegetables - actually there was none (we had breakfast every day). However, if I had the chance i would return to this hotel, since we had a really nice vacation here.

Very nice rooms with caring Staff and located on Beach Front which makes it a must stay in Pescara.
