Great ambience. Staff is very cooperative, well-behaved and trained. Food is good too. Just like all McDonald's have. No complaints so far. Very good environment for working alone/groups. Indoor all the sockets are provided for laptops and chargers which is a good point. Suggestion: They should provide sockets for outdoors as well. Also umbrella over outdoor chairs. Much needed on sunny days. Overall great place in Peshawar.

I don't usually visit McDonald's, however friends decided to eat in. Staff were very friendly, service was excellent and although I'm not a fan of the food, I enjoyed my order 😉

It has a good playing area for kids but parking is a bit smaller in size. They have a very clean WC inside without charges . The person on counter Afaq was kind enough to give us details about the food items but honestly the chicken wings were stale and cold. Bbq wraps were okayish but fries and burgers were fresh. We also ordered cookies and vanilla ice-cream and they were really good along cardamom tea. I was surprised when they handed over fresh orange juice with happy meal which I've never seen in Europe.

Some restaurant dont need reviews, they were and always be one of the best fast food chains around the world. ❤ Fries, burgers and Mcflurry everything was pure love.

1. The franchise owners need to work on the parking. It gets too clustered and packed. Secondly, bikes should be allotted a separate area. They choke the parking as well. 2. No proper security check at the entrance. They need to to sensitize the guard standing there. 3. Self ordering kiosk stands have a credit card machine, but it doesn't work. That needs to be worked out. 4. The staff is helpful and kind. The are very courteous. Bravo! 5. Seating for gents and families should be separate. On peak hours, men are sitting all around and no specific space for families to sit. This needs to be worked out please 6. Food was tasty, service was good. 7. Play area is good, clean and safe too 8. 4 stars for excellent quality and ambience 👍👌

Mcdonald's is the best brand in Peshawar. The quality of food is the best in al foods. I checked different foods at different restaurants but the food of macdonalds is remarkable. The service is very quick and can serve the order within 5 minutes. Atmosphere is amazing. Cleanness everywhere.

The customer service and atmosphere are very good. The area is big and better, with having drive through facilities. This outlet is better from some of Dubai's. Play area is available for kids to enjoy.

A very good location besides garrison Park but they need to improve the quality as it is not like the other branches of McDonald's.

This mcdonalds joint is placed very conveniently on shami Road. Accessible easily. Has a good parking. Houses a play room for kids. It has all the facilities to make your visit worthwhile. As for food, no surprises here as well. The taste is the same all over. I only recommend grand chicken spicy, spicy mccrispy and their coffees. Not a fan of the rest of the menu. Although others love their shakes and ice creams. I'd rather say ice cream and shakes are more of a highlight for a greater part of the population. Not sure if I should say its recommended to go here because everyone reading this would already know what to expect.

Despite their advertisements showcasing oversized burgers, what you actually get is a small piece of bread housing a barely palatable, plasticky-flavored patty. Don't squander your hard-earned money on this so-called "finger-licking good," expensive restaurant.

The world's best fast food chain including a lovely location but they need to educate their parking staff. They don't even bother to guide you remain quite rude and irresponsible behavior due to which I stopped going there.

A very nice burger joint, that’s given. What I like about this branch is the ease of access, literally. It has a wheelchair ramp, a wheelchair if you don’t have yours. Perfect service time, taste is consistent and portion size are getting smaller at a constant pace. Nice indoor and open air outdoor seating and drive thru are a great attraction as well. Be advised it is loud in there, music, people and everything else. #Breakfast Update: Nov 7, 2019 Absolutely disappointed. The portions, man it isn’t enough for half a human, c’mon! Secondly Coffee machine wasn’t working, like seriously? Why else would someone visit you? Staff is awesome very cooperative except for one guy at the register, he seem to be irritated all the time, maybe he hates his job more than everyone in the world. Who knows 😬 Highly recommended

Always a fun place. Management is v cooperative. Once I had to get the breakfast for my Kid's lunch. Had no time. So I called the manager to prepare my stuff before the driver comes. And he did so. Then when my drvr reached there... everything was ready. He just pomade the payment and picked up the stuff. Plus they offer 10% to army personnel 😉

Yes McDonald has kept its standards well. Well behaved staff and good service. Food was good. i took a drive through. I had to explain the order taker that i want regular meal, not large. I was not asked about the drinks I would have. Also they gave me just 2 packets of ketup with 3 meals..... Service was poor.

I had guest so i ordered 5 burgers5 fries and 2 coffees, at the second window they took the receipt do they can prepare my order, then they told me to wait and gave me my bag and coffees , when its fast food and specially drive through that means you are in hurry and you dont want to waste time. I came home and there were no fries, had to face embarrassment but who cares. Went back in the evening to ask so they pull my order and found out that he did not take the order for fries. I want to know when you do mistake like this then who is responsible? You took money you took order so you should double check it, or is it my duty that i am paying you , standing in the line, driving the car, holding 2 cups of coffee and then i should open my bag and count my order??? Anyways went back in tge evening and asked a lady and she said we will compensate you so i asked for 2 fries, i got happy that they are human but then came Mr Adeel the manager and he started talking, first of all he was not listening then after i got my point across he admitted that it was their fault but i have to pay for the fries now and that was the compensation for him. All i want to say is where ever you go in the world where they have Mc donalds if they do blunder like this they try to make their customer happy except Pakistan. Mr Adeel you should train your staff first that how to take the order snd then you should go for training too that how to satisfy your customers.Very disappointing coming to your own country and dealing with this kind of behaviour.

The food is good as. Always with McDonald's but the service people are not that much hospitable sort of rigid and due to its locality most of the people were like gazing and that family friendly where you enjoy your food in a comfortable environment.

I had a very bad experience today as i have some guests from gujrawala and when i ordered a burger there was fungus on the bread. Staff is cooperative and ambience is good. Need a proper check and balance on the food items.

McDonalds is living upto their standards. Visited with family and found it very welcoming. Despite of the customer traffic, washrooms were very clean. Well done team McDonalds. Keep it up.

Honestly in my opinion the staff is extremely careless. I ordered bunch of stuff from the drive through and later found out that there were several items missing. Meaning we need to check after we receive our orders. Well the management needs to consider training there staff to the real standards of Mc Donald. I have been to all types of Mc Donalds in different country but this one is not even close to what I have tried. Worst expierence , check your orders before leaving the drive thru, make sure your food is hot cause the staff doesnt care!!
