One of the things that stood out to me was their economical rates. Despite the affordable pricing, the hotel did not compromise on the quality of their services or accommodations. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. They were always available to answer my queries and assist me with my needs

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was ok except the hotel location it's the busiest place of Peshawar . Food and services are better. I would recommend it to everyone.

Good hotel nice service. But resturant room service is not available after 12 am. Staff is really nice and accommodating. View from the dining hall is amazing and you can see the Fort Bala Hisaar directly from there. You get pretty warm water and bathrobes are also provided. Toiletry is good too, quick laundry service. But there is an issue related to parking on busy days you cannot find parking here. Rooms do not have any sort of view despite being open from all sides.

You people burned the dress of 65k and then promised us to gave the money. While checking out you were extremely rude and even not letting us leave without paying for the room. While discussing this matter with their seniors they kept asking me to forgive the employee who did burn the dress. Now who would spend a night for 20 25k with this kind of experience. Extremely disappointed

It's a good place to host your low-budget events. However, they are not too low on cost. The hotel from inside is much better than it looks from outside, situated at a crowded place of peshawar. Services are good, and people are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant at rooftop is a must visit, with their trade mark High tea.

Very nice ambiance and very good rooms. Neat and clean. Room service on point. I also lost a personal belonging in the room but after leaving the hotel. Management reached out to me with the picture of the item and told me to that I can pick it any time within 3 months. Very professional staff. I would highly recommend it to all the business traveling ppl and also for families. Keep it up guys. I came here especially to appreciate the good service because there are zero to very little number hotels like this anywhere in Pakistan. Some washrooms needed improvements because they had stains. Mine was all good but we booked 7 rooms for 10 days so reviewing all of them. Kudos!

Have been there multiple times. First of all the food is always amazing though plates are not always 100% clean. Staff is good except the guy with a rude face, you'll know when you see him around the meeting halls. Location is fine and the view could've been better if only the windows were clean. Although it is a well located hotel but has a difficult And uneasy access.. You need to come from a side road from the university road, if you are coming from University road., go under the bridge and then take a u turn along the wall of old firdous cinema. No parking.. The hotel staff will help you, they take the key from you and let you check inn. Lobby is good. Lots of lights and decorations. Ample sitting place. Two speedy lifts that can take you to floors and roof top. Different range of rooms, price range is USD 50 to 100. Rooms are small but clean. You can get a bigger room with more payment. Wash rooms are small, they provide you with a few accessories. Lights are low in the rooms and I didn't like it. Majority of the rooms have no windows. Window rooms have a poor view. They have small meeting rooms. Staff is helpful and trying to help you. Food taste is quite Desi and appreciable. The roof top restaurant has the best view of Fort Balla Hisaar.

Very pathetic service. We reached at 3:30am and got the room. Muslimshower and sink water was not working. Water from AC was flowing in room. Called 3-4 times to fix the issue or change the room. After 15 mins, a guy came to fix but he was not professional and didn’t know how to fix. Again called the admin to change our room as we want to sleep and you can fix these things later. At last they changed our room after 1 hour of continuous complaints. Breakfast was good but….

Peshawar is a historical city dating back to 250 BC. Its the capital city of khyber pukhtoon khwa. It homes Museum, Various Govt and private offices.

I was there for training of apex consulting, this hotel has multiple businesses like clothe stores, restaurant and hotels with halls for seminars and trainings. The food is very delicious here, The staff is also very friendly and the view from the top is amazing but it has been surrounded by a few buildings from two or three sides so the view has been blocked by these buildings.

We stayed 5 nights there. They have air-conditioner, fridge and hot water. The staff there is really helpful. We often use their laundry service which is very cheap and convenient. They can usually return your laundry in 1 hour. The food there is actually quite good. We are surprised by the good quality of their western dish e.g. pasta and chinese dish. They even have high tea buffet on Sunday evening. We will stay there again if we are visiting Peshawar in the future.
