    12k per room is a good deal, and you can live here with 5 to 6 mates, to reduce rent and hotels are also near so it is Good deal

    There is a boys hostel. The rent is not too high. The rooms are clean and there are attached bathroom with each room.

    Clean rooms and availability of attached bathroom. The upper floors get super hot in June / July. Coolers won't help.
