A relatively peaceful area which is developing at a good pace. The colonies developing shows that their is going to be a high prospective future of it.

Zone 3, Regi Model Town Peshawar has been recently inhabited by residents, mostly retired professors, civilians and civil servants. This is a facility not far from Hayatabad and University Campus, the two residential locations. I am enjoying it along with my family and neighbours. Allah bless us all. Amin.

Very beautiful park. 2 problems 1. The tiles used on the jogging tract are very uncomfortable. Normally such tiles are used on walls 2. A big cage built but no birds yet.

I am giving it 2 star because the concerned authority (PDA) is sleeping,, no such progress to impress the visitors as well as the residents,,poor management except gardening

Regi Lala development is limited to Zone 3 and zone 4 only. Still peshawar Development Authority has not provided basic needs for residents. LTV line are not available for those who are constructing new houses. Streets road are not proper and have been covered by misquote shrubs and no one fro PDA z bothered. Gas charges at higher rates and no one z daring to apply for gas connection
