The room is very nice and clean. The washroom is also up to the mark. The location of the hotel is easily accessible. Laundry service is fine too. But the restaurant isn't good enough. I was quite excited for the complimentary breakfast. But it was very disappointing. There was no variety. Only omelette and curry were there. And the tea was absolutely horrendous. Tasteless and watery. We had to do breakfast outside.

Grand Hotel situated on main University Road and charging 5k PKR per night. The services of Grand Hotel are very poor. No complementary except breakfast. It is very unhygienic. Staff behaviour/attitude is non-professional. No one is ready to hear your complaints. I am suggesting the travellers to please avoid this Hotel and choose some best guest houses in the same rate at University Town. The utensils of dinner were not taken back by the staff after 48 hours despite many requests. I have posted that picture. They charged 1160 PKR for dinner 🍽 of daal mash.

Awful bedding, unhelpful staff, tiny rooms, bad bathrooms. Nothing but discomfort during our stay. Paid for a mattress, didn't provide us with it. Didn't even refund it. Don't come here, there's a better place nearby (the exclusive house), with great people and good reception, I'd recommend it to anyone who comes to stay at Peshawar.

This hotel is located at University Road. The hotel is very easy to locate. They have a car park facility. Lift is available for moving up and down to different floors. The rooms have hot tubs. Rooms are well furnished. Mattresses are a bit old but comfortable. Rooms have fridges where you can store fridge items. Breakfast is included in room rent. Breakfast is served till 10am after that you have to pay for it. Staff is very polite. The cars are mofed by the staff. Rooms can be booked through telephone. You can enjoy there once you visit.

My first visit to Peshawar and i like this hotel. Hotel staff was good..Price is reasonable with breakfast included. Room was okay, provide basic amenity. TV picture not so clear. You may order food from room service. Ordered tea as well and tea was so good and tasty. Location was good.

Need to improve Room Service specially Restaurant crockery should be proper washed and clean.

We attended a seminar and there was evening tea but the tea was accompanied by cold and stale samosas and Rs 10 biscuits.

The services provided to clients are great. The rooms are clean and tide. It's located in a beautiful spot in Peshawar. The rates are very reasonable for what you get. Breakfast is provided by the hotel but they don't do room service which to me is not a good thing. They treat their customers just the right. The staff is available 24 hours so you can get what you need any time. The mini bar in itself is a lot better then other hotels it got it's own parking lot so parking isn't an issue. All in all I recommend staying there if one's on a budget.

Very bad behaviour of reception staff and they toke 30 min at booking and also at check out time and service was very slow and also location is not good because there is no any restaurant near by where you can eat food so hotel grand are doing monopoly and they are charging high rate for food.

Located on main University road in Peshawar city, Grand hotel is there for long. Except the name there is nothing grand here. Two star facilities with limited service options. However, reception desk is open always. Room service shops at 10.30. Parking is available outside and inside. Boring.
