Well Build, better Managed Trade Center with serving offices and shops, among the main Saddar Road and Bypasses along with BRT. It is best for consultancy services in real estate, immigration, education, and management. It has a Masjid, banks, shops, canteens, washrooms and vast basements for parking. Among shops there are no big brands.

It's a huge mall but poorly maintained. I give 4 stars because of poor maintainance plus they didn't utilise it to its full capacity. If properly maintained and utilise properly it has enormous potential to become one of the best mall in KPK

This place was planned and advertised to be a great shopping mall, but it didn't turn out as advertised. A lot of reasons contributed to that failure. Most of them can't be discussed here at this forum. The location is good, if not great, and it can be revived if planned and pushed properly. The management can seek good practices from consultants around the world, bring in some good expertise, open their gates and hearts to new possibilities, etc. I would just state an example: the parking is not free if you're visiting this mall, that is against the consumer-seeking attitude. I know there would be a downside to that if allowed free parking, as the masses of Peshawar would negatively benefit from it, but that can be managed. It's just an example. A few marketing tools to implement here are to add a few good restaurants to the malls portfolio, among others.

Huge market shopping mall in Peshawar cannt. This is so nicely designed as everyone desires to see its beauty. Everywhere stair, lift and electronic stairs are available in this market. You can't see any waste material because they keep it so clean time by time. As about the car parking it has a large underground parking area to your car.

Deans trade centre is one of the most renowned shopping centres of Peshawar. Its location is great, parking system is good as well. It is also very well designed which adds to the beauty of the city.

The space and location should've been better utilised. It was meant to resemble the malls in Dubai but unfortunately is a disorganised mess inside. The only thing going for it is probably Shiraz arena (wedding hall).
