Faculty lecturers, professors, and teachers are extremely knowledgeable in their fields. I completed computer science from there. The entire province admires this university. The university student is responsible. They would finish their academic assignments by themselves. A student should ask their lecturer if they are having any issues. I meant that students shouldn't blame the institution.

This university is located inside peshawar university campus. It was established in 1981, it offers bachelor's, masters and PhD degrees in agriculture, DVM, microbiology, biochemistry, fisheries, biotechnology, computer science, information technology, BBA, MBA as well as it also offers a diploma in DVM. Faculty members of these departments are highly qualified from distinct universities in USA, Australia, China, Japan and the UK etc. This university has 7 hostels for boys and girls separately. A well developed farm known as NDF malkander farms is also located in the premises of this university for research and experimental trials of students. The farm has been divided into several departments such as agronomy, horticulture, PBG, and DVM. A cricket and football ground with sports complex is also located in here where students play indoor games such as volleyball, badminton etc. These are the pros of this university now the cons are that some laboratories are not well equiped where students can performan their experiments. Also politics among students and teachers seeped in which have also affected the academic activities of students. Also the number of students intake is increasing with each year and the faculty remains the same which also have negative impact on studies. Biotechnology and DVM are the two departments, which have set high standards for students and teachers. Over all, it's a good university but needs improvement.

Great university.Its lovely how female students are growing right here.staff is helpful and good.Class rooms are quite large ,seating is great.Hostels are amazing, its room are soo large.Canteen is fair (but forest bazar is near so).Teacher student interaction is very practical.Have a large range of depts.some of bad points are that student student interaction is not always so healthy.Alot of students need to work on their behavior.Specially for guys, they should know to respect their co students/mates.overall university has alot of goods to serve

As a student of this uni i would say dont waste ur time taking admission here .. no curricular activities, no other things which can boost ur confidence and ur grooming, u'll be kept deprived of everything which can help u adopt a professional attitude and how to proceed in professional life...teachers here will try thr best to demotivate u instead of giving u any motivation, specially the FST department..they got so much prejudice towards students like they are teaching u here for free lol ,not a friendly environment at all, teacher student relationship sucks here ...if this uni is the last option on ur list , better stay illiterate at home thn destroying ur future here lol

Studying Computer Science at AUP Agriculture University Peshawar has been pretty good. Teachers know their stuff, labs are updated, and we cover a lot in our courses. It's a friendly bunch of students, and we get to learn from industry folks too. Just wish there were more chances for internships.

I'm talking about it's computer science department. Excellent building, excellent library and class rooms. Good facility hostels and messes for food. Neat and clean environment. Studies are just average with average caliber teachers. Not recommended for bright students who want to pursue higher studies in computer sciences.
