I
recently
visited
Shiraz
Restaurant
on
University
Road,
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
left
much
to
be
desired.
Despite
its
appealing
indoor
seating
arrangement,
the
restaurant
fell
short
in
terms
of
food
quality,
prices,
and
variety
of
options.
Let's
start
with
the
food
quality.
I
found
it
to
be
rather
average,
lacking
the
distinct
flavors
and
finesse
that
one
expects
from
a
restaurant.
While
some
dishes
were
decent,
overall,
they
failed
to
leave
a
lasting
impression.
This
was
disappointing,
considering
the
reputation
Shiraz
has
built
over
the
years.
One
of
the
major
letdowns
was
the
exorbitant
pricing.
Shiraz
Restaurant
charges
significantly
higher
prices
for
what
can
only
be
described
as
simple,
unremarkable
food.
For
example,
a
seven-person
platter
containing
a
variety
of
kababs
and
chicken
comes
with
a
hefty
price
tag
of
11,000
rupees.
Given
the
quality
of
the
food,
this
seems
unjustifiably
high.
Customers
should
be
able
to
enjoy
a
satisfying
meal
without
feeling
like
they've
been
overcharged.
Additionally,
the
limited
options
for
beef
items
were
quite
disappointing.
While
the
menu
promised
a
diverse
range
of
choices,
the
scarcity
of
beef
options
left
beef
enthusiasts
wanting
more.
It
would
have
been
preferable
to
have
a
better
balance
and
more
variety
across
the
different
meat
options.
On
the
positive
side,
the
indoor
seating
arrangement
at
Shiraz
Restaurant
was
pleasant.
The
ambiance
was
cozy
and
inviting,
creating
a
comfortable
environment
to
dine
in.
However,
it's
important
to
note
that
ambiance
alone
cannot
compensate
for
subpar
food
and
high
prices.
I
conclusion,
I
cannot
wholeheartedly
recommend
Shiraz
Restaurant
on
University
Road.
Despite
its
appealing
indoor
seating
arrangement,
the
overall
experience
was
marred
by
average
food
quality,
inflated
prices,
and
a
lack
of
variety
in
beef
items.
For
those
seeking
a
memorable
dining
experience,
there
are
better
options
available
in
the
area
that
offer
superior
quality
and
value
for
money.
