לקוח של קליניקה כ5 שנים, התחלתי להגיע בעקבות בעיות שונות בשיניים. נשאר לקוח כי מצאתי לנכון לתחזק את שיניים כל שלושה חודשים, עקב קירבה למקום מגורים. היום הופתעתי משירות שקיבלתי! קבעתי תור לשיננית לפני שלושה חודשים לשעה 17:00, קיבלתי טלפון יום לפני שמבקשים ממני להגיע ב 17:10. בשעה 17:10 התקשרה אלי מזכירה ושאלה אם אני מגיע, אמרתי לה שאני כבר כאן, מחפש חניה, הבהרתי בפניה שהיו פקקים בלתי רגילים לכן טיפה מתעכב. בשעה 17:21 בריצה הגעתי לקליניקה לאחר שעשיתי כ"כ הרבה מאמצים למצוא חניה באזור ופתאום מקבל מענה ממזכירה ושיננית שלא יוכלו -לקבל אותי כי יש לקוחה אחרת שמגיע בעוד 10 דק! לא הצלחתי להבין במידי על מה מדובר... אני הגעתי באיחור של 10 דק ולא מקבלים אותי כי לקוחה שאחרי צריכה להיכנס בזמן עקב טיפול מורכב שלה. כאשר הייתי בעבר ממתין לטיפול שלי 10-20-30 דק - קיבלתי את זה בהבנה, כאשר שיננית הוציאה לי קטר ולא הצליחה להחזיר לי אותו למקום והשאירה אותי עם הדבקה לא מתאימה - גם זה קיבלתי בהבנה (הלכתי למרפאה למחרת על מנת להדפיק את קטר בתוספת תשלום!) והיום כאשר במהלך 5 שנים אני מגיע כמו שעות כל 3 חודשים של הם טוענים בפניי שלא יכולים לקבל אותי כ איחרתי ב 10 דק!!!! כי יש לקוחה אחרת שתצטרך להמתין... אזי הבנתי שאני כבר לא לקוח או לא לקוח שווה!!! רק שתדעו, אותי כבר אבדתם בתור לקוח (כל שלושה חודשים כמו שעון) וגם את אישתי שגם אצלכם כול 3 חודשים וכמובן גם את ילדים שלי לא תראו אצלכם (יש לי 3 ילדים) בגלל השירות "המעולה" שלכם והעדפה ללקוח שווה יותר!!! מי שרץ אחרי הכספים - ימשיך לרוץ אחריהם כל החיים!

לא מומלץ בכלל - שמרו על הפה שלכם ואל תתקרבו, נראה מהודר מבחוץ, יום אחרי הטיפול שורש שעברתי, החלו כאבים חזקים ומוגלה, התקשרתי למרפאה, הסירו אחריות, כשהתרגזתי ניתקו את הטלפון - נשארתי עם כאבים, ללא מענה ממי שברא אותם, ואם פחות 1450 שח בחשבון.

I arrived at the clinic for root canal treatment, the structure they made fell apart in my mouth on the way home and they added to my years of anxiety from dentists, after I got over it I found out that they did root canal treatment without a post that holds the tooth and it weakens my tooth so it broke/inflamed and is now at risk - also my parents who were Patients did not tolerate the treatment and we all passed, not recommended
