The rooms are very tiny, and not very clean (my sheets were stained and bathroom had mould). They have all the essentials, including AC, hot water, but the WiFi was very weak. The surroundings aren't very nice, as there were roadworks in front of the hotel. However, it's walking distance to the beach, nice restaurants and Carmel market.

Well, yes, the person in charge is unfriendly, but that goes for everyone in TelAviv if you ask me, but the people in the restaurants, if you can afford them. The rooms are old too, but otherwise you can't get anything better for such a price. I didn't like it but it's still a valid choice. The location is perfect though, for a longer stay. Terminal 2000 bus station is 40 min walk Train station is 35 min away Beach is 5 min away "Center" is 5 min away There is a bus line to the airport close by Supermarket is almost next door

An absolute nightmare of a stay. First, the room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. The bedsheets looked like they were used, they had yellow stains everywhere, same with the pillows. The bathroom didn't offer soap and had the shampoo and bath gel already opened by the last guest. The sink was diminute and the bath was extremely dirty, with the footsteps of the last person that used it. Oh, and did i mention the cockroaches? It was full of them, not only in our room, but in the hall. The walls are poorly built and are decorated with a soft wallpaper that, in addition to being ugly and dirty, they peel off pretty easily. The hotel faltered even in the cleanliness of the electrical outlets and the heater was not working when turned on. When we complained, the owner treated us poorly, answering "what do you want me to do?", as if we had to offer him a solution, always speaking to us with an irritable manner. The reception is empty after 10 pm, so if you want to enter you have to digit a code that the owner gives you, no security whatsoever besides a flimsy doorway. Moreover, the other guest are extremely weird, and although it's not their fault, they should al least prevent them from entering drunk, screaming and fighting. The people at the room next to us were drunk and seemed like they were about to kill each other, we feared for our own security. Finally, when we tried to order a taxi to leave to the airport, the manager treated us like miserables for not accepting his ridiculous price. The only good thing, the location, but the street was in construction so the taxis never stopped. I cannot recomend it, and will never go back.

If I knew about the real look of the rooms in that hotel I would never reserved it. It was something horrible. Room was small and depressing. I couldn't wide open the door from the toilet because of space. In toilet you could take a shower and this same time wash your teeth because the sink was withe the shower. Dump room, needed big refreshing. Cobwebs in the toilet, stains on the walls. Breakfast 2 blocks from the hotel and no choice at all. What I heard from the others guests in the hotel the condition of the other rooms wasn't better. From the pictures of the hotel you can Imagine basic hotel but clean. But the reality is shocking.

The only good things about the hotel are the price and the location. 3 minutes walk from the beach. The room was tiny, as in two people can't walk side by side. Also only one available electricity outlet. The shower was less than clean. Needed to run water for several minutes before it got hot. Found live bugs on the pillow. The elderly man at the reception offered to pick them up with a tissue paper. Claimed cannot change our room. There's a 24/7 grocery near by and hotel has a nice internal yard. But it is dirty and unpleasant.

My stay at Central Hotel was an absolute nightmare. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a disgusting sight—a dead cockroach on the floor. It was a clear sign that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, we were not informed that the hotel had no running water when we checked in late at night. We were left without any alternatives or options. The man at the front desk, who is somewhat older and bald, was incredibly disrespectful in his interactions with us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience was. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to find another option. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Very poor, Disgusting Hotel i ever gone through, The man called yehuda, was very rude in speaking in very aggressive & angry way. I recommend to my friends not to book this Hotel. There was no wifi, no clean towels, no clean bed sheets with yellow stain, Disgusting bathroom with attach toilet with transparent glass door, very small room, no place to keep luggages, we were suffering in the room thinking like are in jail. Electric kittle was very dirty. No staff, no elevator to go upstairs, Dangerous staircases. Here is some photos i have uploaded. Please my friends do not prefer this Central Hotel ever. What we pay we don't get service.

A small room, but one night was enough for us. Very nice and helpful staff. Thank you for your advice on transport to the airport. We love Tel Aviv!

The rooms are dirty and the receptionist was moody on my check-in. When I arrived in the night I said Hello, he just looked at me and didn't bother to respond. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great small hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv, 5min walk from the beach, close to everything. The owner is very nice and helpful, rooms are small but very clean. Only minus is no realy parking near by, but other then that, you cant beat the good price and the location.

Please watch out for that place!! Room is extremely dirty, there is a mold on the walls and in the air. Cockroaches in the bathroom, stained bedding. Staff is not friendly. The only good thing about this place is a location, but I don’t recommend staying in that place. You risk your health.

It was our third time at that hotel. Nice and accommodating. Small room with little extras, but nice and kind stuff.

The reason we booked this hotel was first of all the price. And even for that price we wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else. Unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next to the hotel which is not the fault of the hotel but nontheless ruins the stay if youre waking up at 6am from extremely loud noises. At least inform the guests before hand. Another tip is to NEVER take room 110 which is basically part of the entrance and right next to reception. The door lets through EVERYTHING that goes on at the reception, so no privacy whatsoever. Also do yourself a favour and bring your own bedsheets and towels if you can.

Good location next to US Embassy. Helpful reception even though I arrived late at night. Quiet and clean. Wifi worked fine. Room was tiny but sufficient for my purposes.

Great place for the price! Small but clean. Air conditioner works great, water pressure great! If you're looking for a place to stay literally 4 minute walk from the beach, food, and the orchid hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful garden.

Really enjoyed the stay. Our room and the bathroom was modern, except the tub which was a little dirty from wear. The room was small with barely enough room between the door and the bed, though it was more long than wide so there was a little extra space at the foot of the bed to the bathroom for bags. But...for the price in Tel Aviv I loved this place. Staff were really nice, the garden patio was comfortable, quiet, and cozy, free self serve espresso machine. Free breakfast was not really something to brag about... Espresso, small raisin bread, toast, boiled eggs, and some yogurt. I'd stay here again and recommend it for budget conscious travelers. Location is really good. 4 min walk to the beach! Despite some travel website claims there is no airport shuttle.

Basically a hostel not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Look at the pics. Staff very nice but the room with no window a damp. Very noisy room and bad smell. Safe not working. Good points: central location and the garden.

Reception was courteous, helpful. Room was clean. Linens were sufficient. I'm disabled so having a first floor room was great. The television didn't seem to work but that was okay with me because I don't normally watch. I didn't ask for assistance about the television so I can't judge the inn for this. I thought it was quaintly tucked in off a busy area. Much more accommodating than several other small inns near by. I've stayed in plenty 5 star places that really never impressed me. I was quite impressed with this little hideaway.

The reception and location of the hotel is fantastic. However, the Wi-Fi did not work, the location (ground floor) was quite noisy, and the room was extremely dirty. There were spider webs in the shower, dead flies, And the toilet looked extremely dirty. It looked as if no one had bothered to check the room for weeks.
