Nice hotel! Really really mix feelings, some staff very nice, some rude and unfriendly.
Safe didn't work, lamp in the desk didn't work, the app is almost useless (cannot control the room as advertised.)
Breakfasts Saturday morning chaotic!! Worst experience as a guest, 56 minutes waiting for the order, dirty tables, screaming and staff in a impossible task to give service!!!, 2019 in Israel a tourist country ,in a Dan hotel !! really, really must do something to change.
Check out, rude staff, (staff don't have name tags )never a smile, never "how was your stay", no bye bye, of course never thanks or sorry, very unprofessional!! I hope take the critics in a positive way to make changes!!
Good luck!! גלית וצוות מלון לינק תל אביב....an Dan Hotels

It was a good hotel! I give it 4.5 just because they promised to return the extra money I paid because I lost the small visa paper when I arrived in Israel, which requires me to pay extra to hotels if I do not have it! That is what they told me but when I emailed them, no response. No big deal, thus why I still give 4.5 stars. (I stayed here back in 2019 in my Israel-Poland solo trip.) Tel Aviv is awesome!

Very good hotel. Employees are nice, rooms are modern and comfortable, it's close to Sarona Market. Only issue is they only have vegan/veggie options. I respect people, but let me choose what I want to eat.

Clean and beautiful hotel with awesome staff. So helpful and nice. This hotel is the nicest one in Israel. Very new and everything works. Nice restaurant. The staff will help you with everything until you are satisfied. Thank you so much for an awesome stay. I’m coming only to this hotel next time I’m in isreal.

This has been the second time I have stayed at the Link and Hub Hotel in Tel Aviv. Both times have been FANTASTIC. The hotel staff is very professional but very personable at the same time, they made me feel right at home! When you walk in the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The management (I had the pleasure to meet) were unbelievable kind and helpful. The room staff kept me stock in clean towels and water, I haven't seen that with an American hotel. Looking forward to my next stay! Claude Jones

The room was clean and modern. Two things could be improved: Breakfast consists only of a small self-service area with a cashier, located in the dark basement. I did not find this comfortable/cozy and it also involved waiting. I ended up having breakfast at a nice café outside the hotel. Despite the relatively high price of the accommodation, breakfast would not have been included. What I also didn't like is that the hotel sends a quite high number of messages and emails asking you to download the hotel app, re-confirm your credit card details or make a review, etc. Because of another text message from the hotel on the day of departure, my mobile phone provider charged me for a full day of Israel mobile phone use ($10). I do not want to receive any messages other than the booking confirmation and the invoice, please! Anyway, I liked the fast Wifi and the coffee making facilities in the room.

This place is located in a very strategic place, near the train, bus lines and very close to Tel Aviv Museum, the Operah and the heart of the city. The hotel looks great and has a very modern and stylish design. The jewl of this place is the very comfortable and hi-tech styled hub, which is located just under the hotel's lobby and lets you work in a very calm and sylish atmosphere. The cafe in the hub has great stuff, with effordable prices and GREAT service. I love this place !

I am a guest who purchased two nights at this hotel. Although I had great interaction with the hotel team and management, I allow my self to write my complete experience as a guest in this hotel. I will start with the good part: The front desk girls are very polite, patient and nice which makes the checking in process very welcoming and easy. The team handles people and pressure well and do the best they can to provide solution. The manager assisted me very quickly with locating my finger ring and it was very pleasing. Also compensated me with a soda drink on the house. The units seem very clean and organized Now the bad part: Once I checked in my room I decided to take a shower and while I’m showering I find out that my feet are filled with water.Came to find out that my entire room was flooded with water. I had to move all my wet belongings and shoes that laid down to the driest spot. the experience was awful. Maintenance came in not prepared with the proper tools and I had to relocate to a different room while I’m being late to a Shabbat dinner. When I came back to my new room I surprisingly find it smells like a cigarette smoke, it was very late at night and I was exhausted so I slept in the room. Waking up congested and feeling horrible. The front desk never asks if a guest wants a smoke free or smoking room and that is not professional. comparing this hotel to many others that charge $200+ a night. I asked for the second time to change the room and I was transferred finally to a normal room but at that point it really wasn’t worth it anymore, not for $200 a night. I hoped I’d get compensated for something, I hinted i may need to but hasn’t received anything. Over all the units seem like they were renovated/built standard and cheap. First room had USB port by the bed that doesn’t work because some one messed it up. You can hear other doors closed loudly As if there is no insolation to the room. You get a room that look ok but a shower that is made with glass and silicon to save money on material. So cheap that you have a curtain separating you from the toilet plus it is so small they had to provide a sink on the other side of the glass wall close to the bed. Not to mention the lightning, why there is 3 Florescent lamps built vertically in the entire room ? It barely lights up the room and the outlet is located only in one place , for room and shower. Like I said cheap and standard.l know DAN hotels as a child and it is very sad and disappointing. such a good company, proving such a cheap experience. Also there’s no parking for hotel guests. Unless you are here for work I wouldn’t recommend to book a room with them.

Lovely hotel - I'm a single female traveler and felt very safe here, even arriving well into the middle of the night! I want to specifically call out Luba, Mahran, Anastasia, and Jaymie for making my week + long stay so pleasant and easy. Anything I needed, they were there. Don't miss the breakfast, that fresh squeezed OJ can't be beat! I can't wait to stay here again :)

The most amazing thing about the Link Hotel is that they accept dogs. I arrived with my labrador at the hotel and everyone received him with a lot of love. Traveling and work with pets is amazing.

A lovely place to stay for four days. It has everything you need , a gym , a washer and dryer , a cafe and workspace and plenty of spaces to relax outside of the room. This place is especially great if you have to work while traveling. It’s in a quiet location but a quick 20 minute walk to the beach . The staff here are so sweet they genuinely want to help you and want to make your stay perfect . The front desk staff and the cafe staff were so kind!

I came here with my family and had a great surprise. Room is modern and airy. Free coffee and bottled water. Cleaned to perfection in each day. It's situated a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town and very close to all transport links. Within an hour you can take the train and be in Jerusalem. The hub area was a cool place just to hangout and play free old school computer games. The staff were really exceptional. Warm, friendly, informative. Especially Mor and Valeria but everyone was great.

Staff was really friendly. I was waiting for 5 am flight. She gratuitously made me a tea. Top notch service. Rooms are serviceable. Not luxury but a clean room in tel aviv. Within a 2km of some top notch restaurants.

Modern and well kept. Bed is very comfortable. There is a Nespresso machine. I stayed only two very short nights so didn’t have time to check the gym or breakfast. Staff at the desk are friendly and helpful.

Clean and conformable place to stay. If you are a business traveler, going around is very convenient. Good food joints at a walkable distance and the hotel has a kitchen too for quick breakfast. Overall a very good experience and value for the money.

I’ve stayed here several times in the last 6 months. It’s a great hotel with friendly staff and great service! The area around the hotel is very safe. I’ve walked home from restaurants late at night with no issues or concerns. The staff is always willing to help anything…directions, recommendations, and in my case jumper cables to start my dead rental car battery. Also great locations near several restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to the freeway.

Amazing experience. Our flight got canceled at and we called this location around 2am. Luba at the front desk was very helpful and flexible. She helped us check in without any problems! Highly recommend this place

Highly recommended, great value for money. Very well located. I loohhooove the design of the Hub and the dirty pleasure of their snacks in the reception in the middle of the night. It's also the best place for a nice intimate pool game with a few friends over a beer.

Good things: - good location - good high bed, firm mattress - clean, spotless bed linen (in contrast to the towels) - rather spacious room. Enough space for two people. - decent price for what you get - good customer service and 24 hour reception - coffee machine in the room with coffee pads reloading - a decent desk and office chair in the room that do not take too much space of the room. - not too much street noise - bathroom is a bit weird (made out of plastic walls in a corner of the room) but works just fine. Good water pressure and shower heads. - nice small touches like welcome bottle of water, chocolate candies, a free shopping bag and coffee pods. Not so-nice things (but can live with them)): - towels smelt and felt clean but they had spots on them - walls felt like they are paper thin. Was woken up in the middle of the night from other people banging. My room was close to the service/janitor room and from early in the morning (6:30am) I would hear that door closing. Most doors were heavy and would close rather loud. - no air in the room if AC is not on. But then if the AC is on, it blows directly on the bed. Uncomfortable if you want to put the temperature to colder because the cold air blows directly on you while you are sleeping. There was no way to adjust the angle of the air blowing automatically, had to push the vents manually in another direction. - pillows sucked (big soft pillows) - hotel room safe/locker errored with my laptop inside and had to ask the stuff to come and reset the locker. - mirror in the shower - cuz who wants one??? - half of the electric plugs in the room didn’t work. At least the one at the desk worked. The one next to the bed didn’t. - One single big cover for the bed to be used by two people instead of two separate covers.

Spent one night a couple of weeks ago. Left an item in room on the way out to Greece and called hotel front desk to ask if they had the item. They asked for a description and informed us yes it was just turned in by cleaning staff. Told them we will be back in a week to retrieve and front desk told us just ask attendee at front desk. When we returned, they informed us they can’t find it and admitted a staff member stole it. All we got was an it happens and a pathetic apology. We got a response from management, item found and awaiting its return.

Great comfortable central hotel, lovely personnel, all international, excellent breakfast. Two things- no cash! Only card. For me this was a problem as I traveled by chance without my card during this visit. Otherwise it’s close by foot to nice fun areas but the direct vicinity is mostly traffic. But it’s close and the hotel is really great and it’s worth it..

New hotel but not ready to take care of customers. Multiple emails unanswered prior to check-in, then when we arrived counter staff were surprised that we requested early check in. Checked in Friday morning, still waiting for room to be cleaned (first time) Sunday afternoon.

Honestly one of the worst hotel's I've ever stayed in. It is understaffed and lacks most of the amenities that were promised. While staying here it took them over a week to clean my room, replace our sheets, and replace our towels. Service is terrible, materials throughout the hotel are extremely cheap. While staying here a glass door in the lobby shattered due to the air pressure in the room! On top of all this the hotel is located in a very mediocre location within Tel Aviv. Stay anywhere else.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on a weekend. The room was not big, but it was nicely designed, had an awesome shower and a large smart TV. Service was excellent, they even allowed us to check out late. Breakfast was a tad small, but for us is was the perfect size without. We had the eggs benedict, freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Everything was super fresh and lovely. Location is excellent. Close enough for everything to be in a walking range, but far enough from the noise. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

Very easy and comfy hotel. The bar is the best place in it where you can have delicious breakfasts. Very good cappuccino too. Rooms are simple and tidy. Just the floor seemed not to be super clean but it was ok. I left in my room a personal item, so asked them to mail me it. The first thing is that they wanted to make me pay, but I can understand: no-one gives you something for free but I also spent a full week in this hotel. Then they wanted to make me pay giving them my credit card details via email in clear, also a full copy of it. No way, furthermore for a secured country which Israel is proud to be. I told them I will leave my personal item over there.... They have lost a Star in my feedback.

The Link Hotel was, overall, perfect for my needs as a business traveller who doesn't enjoy spending a ton of time in his room. I stayed at the Link for about two weeks, in one of the corner Queen rooms. The hotel seems to appeal to "trendy" travellers, and features Israeli street art and modern decor. There is a nice seating area/cafe with many tables and power outlets for people using laptops. Let's talk about the room itself. The mattress was two half-size mattresses put together, which is probably fine for couples, but if you want to sprawl on your own, it's a little uncomfortable. The sink was in a different room than the toilet, which made handwashing a little interesting, but was great for getting ready in the morning. The space was decently sized, though it was a corner unit and therefore a little larger than their standard rooms. I don't think I'd want a smaller room for a two week stay. The cafe serves a pretty decent breakfast, which may or may not be included depending on your room. My favorite was smoke salmon with poached eggs on toast. Delicious. That said, the cafe could probably do with a chalkboard menu instead of a printed one, because there were many substitutions. That said, what they did have was always very good! Especially the chocolate cake. The staff were all very friendly, and most spoke English without any difficulty. Felt right at home.

Rooms : quite small rooms and also quite small bathroom, but it is still really comfortable. The rooms are ultra modern and the style is a little futuristic. I personally like it very much, but that might not be everybody's cup of tea. It is the cleanest hotel I've every stayed in and I stayed in a lot of hotels. Everything in the rooms is in the best shape, so I guess it is very new. Gym: it is a very basic gym, but you can work your way around the different exercises and vary them, so you should be fine for the short stay. It is not a full equipped gym though. I also made some pics for references Bar / Restaurant: the bar and the restaurant is quite expensive (maybe all over Israel like that, but I have no experience). The beers are very small and the choice is not the biggest, but it is still tasty :) I only tried the smaller dishes, so I can't tell if the food quality is good or bad overall. Staff : here comes the best part of the hotel. The guys there are all very young and so helpful! It is just great to see such dedicated and motivated guys working there. You can see that they have great fun at work. Services: the hotel has a laundry at the gym are with ironing and washing machine for free. All in all this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in! It is expensive but totally worth it!

Such a great hotel. Only 15 mins walk from the tech district and the Azrieli Mall. Small am/pm supermarket right next door. Large comfortable rooms, powerful aircon, great bed. You can even change the colour of the bathroom lighting. Daily housekeeping that leaves your room sparkling clean. Nice and quiet at night. Easy to come and go even late at night. Friendly helpful staff who speak great English. Special thanks to Valeriya, Mahran and Gabi 🙏

Link is located in a great area with museums and shopping centers within walking distance. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a well appointed gym and and a rather unique feature of a free communal laundry. The rooms are comfy, bright and clean with the highlight being the shower “light show.” The Link is an art gallery with paintings and prints from local artists on every wall from top to bottom. Each floor features different artists and all of the art is available for sale. The 6’ Batman painting was tempting but a little too large to fit in my luggage. The Hub business center & cafe located in the -1 floor level is, as the name implies, is the heartbeat of Link. Here there is plenty of room to lounge and relax or if on a working trip, grab your laptop and get down to it. Grab a bite to eat or ask Hub Hostess Jaymie for fresh squeezed orange juice or fresh brewed coffee. She makes sure your leisure or work time in the Hub is quality time too. If you re traveling to Tel Aviv for play or work and are looking for a place to stay, you won’t find a better, more friendly value than Link Hotel & Hub. Enjoy!!

I had a short hectic stay having come to Tel Aviv for a quick wedding at the Hilton. The staff was fantastic, helpful, accommodating and went out of their way make my stay all it could be. The hotel is just 7 stops by bus, which cost $2, to get to the hotels on the beach which are more than twice the price so it's a must stay and they will treat you like you own the place. It's literally next door to the Tel Aviv museum which is Israel's finest. 10/10

Great location and nice modern design - this is an urban hotel in its best interpretation. Very reasonable price-value ratio, helpful staff and great young atmosphere. The room is not big, but we’ll organized with minimalistic furniture. The hotel perfectly suited our needs for a weekend and we will come back for sure.

This was my very first time visiting Israel and when I arrived I was welcomed by two very helpful men.I stayed 1/21-1/25 in room 103. That was honestly the only good part of my stay in this hotel. I was charged 80$ more than the price I was given on the Dan Hotel website but because of language barriers it was hard to relay that to the staff . The room was okay. It was very small and did not have a working TV but I didn’t come to watch tv so it wasn’t a big deal. The rooms are advertised as sound proof but that ended up being a lie. I came out for a baecation and was hit with several noise complaints. I ended up staying two nights else where with a friend just to avoid the rude lady that worked nights there. She told me I was inconsiderate and that people lived there and worked in the morning.Room service sucks. There were multiple times I called for water or towels and they didn’t show up for hours later. If you are looking for a place to have fun and relax in do not waste your money on this place. To be honest I will be looking into getting a full refund due to the fact I didn’t even feel comfortable staying there.

Really nice hotel and the staff super cool. Breakfast amazing and tasty. The only negative thing was that the glass of window in our room wasn't clean for 4 days! They may think that you don't look through it.

Where to begin? I think Link hotel makes a fine cautionary tale for any existing or aspiring hoteliers; you can have a unique concept, a robust offering of amenities to fulfill this concept known as 'the hub', and beautifully designed rooms - but if the service is bad you literally have close to nothing to show for. Starting with the location. Just 10 minutes away from the famous Azrieli towers, and the much-beloved Sarona market, you will find the Link hotel. For a tourist looking to get the full 'Tel-Avivian' experience, this is a bad location. You would want to be in the city centre and not in the outskirts. If you are a working professional coming to stay in a location close to the Israeli 'Silicone Valley' in the Yigal Alon vicinity- then this location is alright. Finally, the service. The service is absolutely, inarguably horrible. Simple requests that are otherwise honoured in other hotels, with no questions asked, were questioned and carried out in a cumbersome and unprofessional manner. We were made to feel as if we are almost a burden to the staff. When requests were honoured, the staff was very slow. The hotel's target audience of the working professional will suffer from the same consequence as the leisure traveller audience, and there comes a point where even your only saving grace can't save you.

I was planning on visiting my family in Tel Aviv and wanted a hotel close to their home. My sister found and recommended Link Hotel and Hub which was only a 20 minute walk to her home. The location was very safe, PERFERCT and as a women, I felt comfortable walking alone early morning or late evenings. The hotel itself was PERFECT as I found it cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed, easy breakfast, modern and although I didn't use the tec work stations they were set up for easy working and meetings. Having some difficulty getting an on-line reservation, I contacted the hotel directly. This turned out to be my extreme good fortune as I got lucky and had the pleasure of speaking with Luba. Luba not only helped with my reservation but, all throughout my 2 week stay was friendly, professional, fantastic, delightful and extremally helpful in making my stay feel like home-I actually thought she was the manager. Although everyone from the front desk, staff, housekeeping were friendly and helpful, Luba was outstanding. I am planning on visiting my sister and family again in a few months and will absolutely contact the Link.
