Excellent experience, great skipper and service

Terrible service. We called the call center three days in a row. Every day they told us they would call us back and they never did. It was the worst service I have ever seen.

NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They guaranteed to things they couldn't give. They returned us 30 minutes before the time, the Bluetooth system didn't work, and they ask 50% more than other companies that offered drinks and more. We went to the office after the sail and they told us to contact customer service but they didn't answer and after trying few times they said they will check and didn't contact us again for few weeks

As I walked into the offices of Sea Gal, at their amazing location at the marina in Herzelyya overlooking the yachts, sea and sun, the VIP treatment i recieved was refreshing. The skipper who sailed with us was very proffesional and courteous , he made a world of difference since we arnt experienced sailors. The girls at the office were caring and attended to our every need and want. Definitly Going Back!

Good sailing club. Great instructors, reasonable price for club members. Old yachts, but maintained.

Wonderful service, reasonably priced, we had such a fun afternoon out on our own boat, easy to find.

As most are, we were facinated by the idea of going sailing. The price was steep yet we thought it will be worth it. We were told that we would be able to go swimming and that the price is including water sports like tubing. After about ten minutes the entire family started feeling sick and vomiting. When the skipper saw us he said that we are doing pretty well " you should see most people". As beatiful as the pictures are, the statistic shows that most people that are not used to sailing get sea sick instantly. We asked the skipper to do some tubing and he said all that they do is stop the boat for us to jump into the water (children..no life vests..) and hold on to a tube tied to the boat. We did so but we were unable to breathe because of the diesel engine blowing in our faces. The skipper warned us to hold on to the rope because if something happened he is not allowed to abandon the boat to save us!. The boat itself looks pretty in the pictures but is misrable when sailing. The cabin was dirty, deathly hot and stinky. Horrible experience. Save yourself the pain. Maybe pose for a nice photograph at the dock...
