Strongly
reminds
of
those
gyms
from
the
old
days.
But
is,
in
fact,
an
enhanced
version.
A
lot
to
tell
but
I'll
stick
to
the
key
points.
1)
Tons
and
tons
of
free
weights,
multiple
power
racks
with
athletic
flooring
beneath
each
of
them,
numerous
benches,
an
impressive
collection
of
dumbbells.
2)
Plenty
of
pull-up
bars,
ladders,
several
pairs
of
gymnastic
rings
and
other
equipment
for
bodyweight
training
3)
Large
arsenal
of
small
tools
like
resistance
bands,
unusual
handles,
etc.
4)
At
first
glance
a
rather
short
but
an
extremely
smart
set
of
machines
that
are
going
to
cover
any
excercise
you'll
ever
actually
need.
5)
A
lot
of
space
to
walk.
Exercises
like
'farmer's
walk'
can
easily
be
done
by
several
people
simultaneously.
Also
high
ceiling
which
enables
movements
like
muscle-ups
and
so
on.
6)
You're
not
going
to
find
a
typical
line
of
treadmills
there.
Instead,
cycling
and
rowing
cardio
machines
are
at
your
service.
7)
Coaches
always
ready
to
assist
you.
Nice
and
friendly
atmosphere
overall.
This
is
one
of
the
rare
places
where
true
strength
and
healthy
physique
are
built.
Suits
both
beginners
and
profesional
athletes.
Would
highly
recommend
over
any
typical
commercial
gym
out
there.
