I
have
done
one
treatment
so
far.
First
meeting:
the
senior
Russian
doctor
spoke
in
a
disdainful
and
offensive
manner
that
I
held
back
a
lot
not
to
respond.
Minus

stars.
Second
appointment:
root
canal
treatment
by
a
very
nice
doctor
who
gets
5
stars
and
is
the
main
reason
I
wanted
to
continue
treatment
there,
as
well
as
the
proximity
of
the
clinic
to
my
home.
A
third
appointment
that
did
not
come
to
fruition:
I
had
an
appointment
for
root
canal
treatment
for
Monday,
on
Sunday
in
the
morning
I
was
called
a
number
of
times
and
after
I
was
not
available
at
2:26
PM
I
received
a
notification
that
the
appointment
was
canceled.
The
reason
I
didn't
answer
is
because
I
was
working
a
night
shift
on
Mochash,
so
I
slept
in
on
Sunday
in
the
morning
and
when
I
woke
up
at
15:21
I
immediately
replied
to
them
on
Whatsapp
and
called
the
clinic
back.
But
the
answer
I
received
from
the
clerk
that
the
appointment
was
canceled
and
transferred
to
another
customer,
they
are
not
interested
in
the
explanation
they
received,
for
them
you
need
to
be
available
on
the
phone
the
day
before
during
the
hours
they
will
call
you.
This
move
is
really
brash
on
their
part,
they
have
to
trust
the
customers
who
scheduled
treatment
and
will
come,
if
not
that
they
charged
a
cancellation
fee.
At
the
very
least,
they
should
give
you
the
option
to
get
back
to
them
during
your
business
hours
that
day
(20:00)
before
they
cancel
my
treatment
on
their
own
accord.
I
saw
the
unilateral
move
on
their
behalf
as
an
act
of
disdain
and
canceled
the
continuation
of
the
treatments
at
the
clinic.
I
will
look
for
another
clinic
that
respects
its
customers,
both
in
terms
of
human
attitude
and
in
terms
of
service.
