Staff was pretty friendly. Price is dirt cheap but before 1pm. Small room is more for 1-2 people. I chose the med size room which is perfect for 2 people but can fit up to 4 comfortably. Song selection is ok. Sound system is not bad. Definitely better than your average red green boxes. Those are junk. Join the member is a no brainier since member price is so much cheaper vs the actual member fee. Cheers peeps

Worst experience ever in a karaoke. Imagine singing half way and suddenly somewhere other people microphone connected to your speaker and start their own karaoke and talking about private stuff. Be careful with this karaoke.

First, the food and the service are very good. The only problem is the room I using very smell smoke and alcohol…🥴 Other room Im not sure. Ktv room seems to become bar😅 I know here also provide alcohol… but are you allow your customer smoke here?🤔

The manager come in two times just wan me to giv review , so ridiculous and rude !!! And all the staff keep on come in and disturb , at least come in 5-7 times , and the staff accidentally pour out my soup , my whole wallet is wet !!! And didnt said any sorry !!! Please larr , just some simple common sense , please collect your things after we leave ( i don care u wan collect food or tray or towel ) , and please bring the bill along when you send food to us , so tat we can paid directly when we get our food ! And pls giv some respect and privacy !Worst exp ever ! Don come pls !

Went there twice for karaoke. The system is somehow quite updated, many new songs can be found but the screen is considered spoil as it hard to be seen. And also, the overall ID of the room and it's sound insulation really need to be improve.

Problem with the air conditioner with the first room. And after that change the other room but still same. Feels like sing inside the sauna. Paying for one hour RM63++. Should be worth it with the service. But disappointed.

It’s a non fancy family karaoke, good price , only $18 per pax for 3 hours, ala carte food was great too. Atmosphere is nit good, old and looks dirty , needs renovation for sure. If this hardware is improved, it’s a great place to hang out. Biz has been around for ages, time for a new leaf turn

Food is consider slightly above average for karaoke place. However the atmosphere and the cleanliness and the maintenance of the place is really bad. The rooms are often smelly and toilets are dirty. Even the common area to walk in are not clean and I’m not sure if they even mop the floor daily or not. Toilet is poorly managed.

We paid by the hour. Why would your waiter keep interrupting and asking us to fill out the surveys/like your FB posts?! 10 minutes is still precious for us okay. It really kills the mood. You could have asked after we are done. Seriously it’s really rude

One of the few places where you can singK and enjoy a variety of Japanese food :) Staff were really nice at recommending food items on the menu and were very efficient with changing the karaoke microphones when they ran out of battery but there are some times they will not attend to you when you press the request service button in your singing booth. Overall experience have been positive so far :) do recommend applying for their membership as it's alot cheaper.

Hardsale lounge and beer packages. Waiter come in room randomly once/hour to ask us to fill in survey. Turns out because they will cut the room when the final song of the playlist is running, so they ask us to fill in earlier. Smoky environment. Half of the Karaoke screen panel is damaged.

Private KTV rooms accommodate different size of group. Charge by hour. Attached with a Japanese restaurant where you can order food to your room. Great selection of songs, different languages available. Fun activity with friends and family.

The system is new and nice. Cheaper for members. Only RM 10 for membership card but need to come back and pickup in two weeks. Has a good selection of songs in most languages even sabahan songs. Lift is not working and the stairs is uneven a bit so be prepared to walk up. Agree with another reviewer that it's probably rushed job

Broken chair, waiter wrong order and spill water when serving beverage. Waiter didn't clean the area properly.

The food is nice, service is good. They open at 11:30 AM, which is abit late to me
