👍👍 Staff all are very friendly and helpful. List of songs, some updated but some not. Overall, i like it, the food was nice and the portion is very big! We even taken away all the unfinished foods. Heheheh.

👍 Not bad, room is nice and okay. Drinks here are unlimited and refill on your own. Also comes with unlimited soft serve. The only downside is the KTV machine, it is slow and laggy to control. Phone connection doesn't work too. Overall nice and recommended.

👍 Mic volume in the first room we got couldn’t be adjusted, couldn’t find any staff at that floor but the receptionist helped us change the room after we looked for her help. There’s chocolate and strawberry ice cream, sadly diet sodas are out of stock quite often.

😐 This is a high end karaoke entertainment outlet. It is spread over 2floors on floor 5 and floor 6 of the building. There is a jockey service for customers' convenience. The rooms are nicely decorated. Service is also very good.

😠 Worst experience ever in a karaoke. Imagine singing half way and suddenly somewhere other people microphone connected to your speaker and start their own karaoke and talking about private stuff. Be careful with this karaoke.

😠 Nasi Lemak with Egg and Rendang RM12.00 like this ? Fries RM8.90 but the portion to small.. I really not recommend this placed.. so expensive but everything not my expectation !
