    Before this gym even opened, I have been training with the head coach Julian for 3 years for functional movements and Olympic weightlifting. It’s the only and first time in my life that I consistently train for such a long period of time. Because it’s fun, I’m healthier, fitter, better at every other activities (basketball, futsal, trekking, running, biking...). So glad this place is now open!

    Great environment and nice and worm gesture from the coach! Definitely going here for next time as I really like Group Workout. Functional training classes conducted but buy slots through Glofox App.

    Trainers here are really professional. Workouts here focuses on form and technique rather than just drenching the place with sweat. As bro as the name of this place sounds, there are classes filled with girls so that makes me feel very comfortable. But most people who come here are generally friendly and welcoming..

    Great for beginners especially, but also good for people who care about moving well and functional strength and fitness in general. The coaches actually watch and correct your form!!!

    Really enjoy my workouts at Brolab. Both coaches, Julian and Claire are very passionate trainers - knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, helpful and great communicators. Love the facility for its cleanliness!

    Brolab is functional fitness at its best - spacious, clean, great equipment, and amazing coaches. Both Julian and Clare puts great care into fixing your form in every class that they lead. Classes will also push you here, but are thoughtful and are always scaled down based on your level of fitness. Brolab is probably one of the best gyms in the Klang Valley at the moment and I'd highly recommend training here.

    Amazing coaches. Teaches you on the right mindset of exercising, to have the proper form rather than being able to do heavy. Quality over quantity. Also has an amazingly friendly community going on there. Would totally recommend to everyone else.

    Excellent coaches who take the time to ensure you're doing it right according to your ability. Never overbearing and always there to assist. The community aspect at this gym is also welcoming and greatly eases you into your journey to get stronger and move better. Hands down the best gym I've ever attended and I can't recommend it enough.

    I had such a wonderful time having PT-ed by Jo-Ann. She is vigilant in the body form and makes sure every movement is targeting the right muscle and movement. In the one month, I’ve definitely gain confidence in the movements and able to feel my back muscle / lats working compared to the first time. Thank you once again for the training!

    I have tried and experimented with all types of fitness programs for the past 20 years. With that I can unequivocally say that the coaches here knows what they are talking about. More importantly, the structured strength and conditioning regime are designed to help you get results with longevity in mind.

    I was delighted by the short but wholesome process of PT with Jo-Ann. The workouts target specific muscles of the body. Always had good sores the next day. She is very attentive and corrects the form and posture in a calm and assertive manner which allowed me to stay focus on the set. Thank you for the positive experience !

    Came to do personal training with Julian. He helped me get back into weight training after a long bout with a back injury. The group classes are great too. Lost 8kg of pandemic weight in just 2 months. Highly recommend this place

    been with them since 2019 and highly recommend it! i’ve explored many gym group classes and their programming stood out the best for me. even if you are a beginner, they would always ensure you are well taken care of, not just providing you modifications but also observing your movement. if you are consistent gym-goer, i am positive you’ll see a change not just your fitness level but your overall body movement for your daily life.

    Been going to their group classes regularly with my partner for more > 1.5 years now. If you're looking to improve functional strength, move better, and be a part of a supportive fitness community - this is the right place. Attentive and professional coaches who watch and correct your form (and knows if you're cheating yourself) + a daily workout menu that caters to all while considering different fitness levels, goals and anyone with pre-existing health conditions = highly recommended!

    Did my PT with head coach, Julian. He is undeniably one of the best coaches around. His explanations and tweaking of movements make a huge difference in the workouts. Their group classes are also enjoyable. I am so glad to have rebuilt my strength here post MCO .
