Mic volume in the first room we got couldn’t be adjusted, couldn’t find any staff at that floor but the receptionist helped us change the room after we looked for her help. There’s chocolate and strawberry ice cream, sadly diet sodas are out of stock quite often.

My friends and I came on a Sunday afternoon and paid RM26/pax. Since it was our first time here, we verbally confirmed with the reception staff that we could bring in outside food and drinks, we decided to order in alcohol since there was a slight disparity in prices and we had already gotten confirmation that we could indeed “bring in outside food and drinks”. It was only after our karaoke session that the staff came in and insisted we pay them a penalty of RM40 since we had brought in outside alcohol. Even though they agreed that they did NOT specify that alcohol brought in from outside would be penalised, they still insisted on charging us. If you’re still considering on visiting this branch, I’d honestly advise otherwise. Perhaps another branch may provide a better experience but this was a disappointing service.

Prices seem to be a bit higher than previously. And this branch doesn't seem well run. A lot of mics were out of battery, our first room had issues with the sound controls and the lighting. If possible, visit other branches.

I give 2 stars because we cannot change the key/tone as usual, cannot choose to +1,+2 and so on anymore. I ask one of the worker they said it’s the new system but seem like the system is downgrade. Very disappointed with this, luckily didn’t take 1 year membership. I have so much good memories with loudspeaker and one of the reason because their changing key/tone is very good before but now it’s not anymore. I don’t know it’s only for this room (49) or all of the room is the same bcs they said it’s new system. Hope you can upgrade for the key/tone change. Plus the mic keep interrupting when singing. Very bad experience here. We checked in at 7.07pm but our singing session end at 10.01pm, not even let us to finish our last song. We ask the receptionist why this issue happen, since our session is three hours, the receptionist is rude and doesn't even want to explain. He just said "another customer is waiting". We paid for three hours session, and there are still six minutes left for our session, the receptionist can just give us back the six minutes or do anything to compensate. In the end he shows he doesn't want to solve this issue. Btw there are alot of empty rooms because is weekday night, the 'customer is waiting ' is totally unacceptable reason. Won't come back again next time

Very bad system and services especially the sign up of membership. Dealt for half an hour just to sign up for a membership. Very bad system used. Keep getting errors and errors but cant manually signup instead while insisted on using website. Improve your system if you were to introduce digital membership and provide an alternative solution when problems arised. Unfortunately the receptionist told us temporarily because there's only two of us (and there's no small room available) - we-re giving an option to go for a bigger room for four pax (but in return we are required to pay for four people price instead only both of us). My partner also noticed that the price charge for one pax is differ from what has been stated in the price list located nearby the reception table. The place smelled a bit. Worst part was the staff kept peeking into the room every few minutes. When we called them out, they said they thought no one was inside. The worst karaoke place I've been. Sound system faulty, room has a foul smell, service is slow, and your staff is rude. When assigned to the first room, sound system was so obviously terrible. When we requested to change, they made us wait for a good 30 minutes, and kept asking us to 'sabar sabar' (be patient). When the 2nd room was assigned, also same problem. Then tried for the 3rd room, also same problem and I gave up. Especially seeing your staff's rude behaviour as he was seen very impatient and even complained to 1 of my friends that we were being fussy. After looking at the reviews of this place, I'm very sure that the owner/management of this place is fully aware of the faulty sound systems. I have absolutely no idea why they still choose to turn a blind eye to it. Would not return and would not recommend anyone to even try as well. The mic quality is the worst one I have ever seen, can barely hear my own voice. The room smells really bad, we asked to switch room but they are all the same. The ac isn’t working normally too, the room is really hot. Overall a terrible experience for this price…

It’s cheap especially if you’re a member and you go on a Monday and the drinks are somewhat decent compared to other karaoke places. The toilet smells really bad though and not only for the man’s toilet. However a word of warning if you try to extend your hours after 11 PM they will tell you cannot because they have to do “maintenance”. So just book for 6 hours straight next time if you know you wanna sing for a long night.

Visited on 1/10/2022, 10pm. The receptionist (Malay girl with long hair) was rude and impolite. We've made payment but she told us need to wait 2-3 mnts to know the room number. Almost 10 mnts of waiting but no one update us anything. So i went to the counter to check for the update. She replied me the room number with a very impatient tone, and within like 1-2 seconds, she repeated it immediately again with impatient tone and even showing me an angry/impatient face like I'm a stupid or something . A very bad experience.

This place needs an upgrade. The fittings and equipments are worn out. Wouldn’t come here if we able to book Tropicana gardens loudspeaker (their hotline forever can’t be reached). Booked 1pm - 4pm on first eid 2023, overall experience was good actually. The sound system was great, mic was awesome, couch was spacious and comfy, there were a lot of new song choices and service was fast and polite. The only issue I have was I wasnt informed of the whereabouts of the free flow drinks and icecream. 1st floor only had the normal drinks, cold and hot. 2nd floor have the ice dispenser and ice cream with soft drinks. Would be nice if I was told about it. Also, I couldnt get the soft drinks cause the buttons was not working? Probably, im not sure. Again, everything was great except for the icecream whereabouts and soft drinks mechanism hahaha.

Called ahead to changed the booking to a later time, specifically asked about the ending time of our session, was told 3 hours from the time of new booking session When we arrived, they blamed us for being late and then told us they cant accommodate date us to sing for 3 hours due to system settings.

Not really a great experience this time. No more free food included in the fee we paid but they give free flow of drinks at the 2nd floor. I had to change room twice, due to connection problem.
