We went to have our reunion dinner there, and it was a magnificent experience. Food quality was superb, and so was their service quality. We would be delighted to pay another visit to the premise on another occasion.

Okay ... hear me out, the food here is actually better than a lot of cafes out there. It's my 3rd time having the spring chicken. Of course the main purpose of visiting Neway is not for the food, but for the karaoke. Ideally there is better song selection but I haven't found better karaoke place so far. Loudspeaker's sound system sounds kinda weird, much prefer Neway's.

The always good things about Neways is every room got its own toilet that u don't have to walk out from the room. New songs available and they consistently upgrade the system and function with competitive promotion always. Cleanliness is acceptable compared to those public shared toilet. Just the parking rate had increased so much from RM4 to RM10 now

Great experience in CEO previously known as Neway Karaoke. The environment here are nice and comfortable. A big thumbs up for the big room with private toilet. Felt really save and enjoy here with a good sound system. Came for their K Lunch set which came with 4 hours of Karaoke and Lunch Meal. With free flow of drinks and titbits as well.

👍🏻 Considered cheap for weekend karaoke session inclusive of lunch & freeflows drinks - five stars for its sounds system even though the room is very small. They have better mics than loudspeaker does 🫣😅

I'm not reviewing for the CEO Neway karaoke business. Just wanted to point out for people to avoid parking the outdoor surroundings of this building especially when you're just here for a meal in ss2. They charge RM10 for small slots with not adequate space between cars. The jokeys won't care if your car got scratched or what. Park in the ss2 pasar street or somewhere else.

Amazing sound system. Good food, free flow drinks. Cheap compared to other places. Downside - difficulty to find parking, no latest songs. Anyway great time spend here.

Year end celebration with co-workers. Room is big enough for 20+ people. Sound system not say bad but acceptable. Food is nothing to shout about. Just avoid all cold dishes. Parking after work is super hard to find. Just try your luck.

There was a cockroach in my drink. Can you imagine how horrifying it was having a cockroach in your mouth?? When I spit it out it was still alive. So I believe it was in the straw. The staff changed another drink for me but honestly, if it was you, will you still drink it? LOL. In the end they gave us 10% off the bill, which honestly I do not think that will make me feel any better. There was a cockroach in my mouth dude... Please think of a better way to compensate your customer.

The best place for kareoke!! The place was clean, spacious and with private toilet. Good sound check with variety of songs to sing. And the dinner buffet was also absolutely delicious!!

One of my favourite place to karaoke. Place is clean, does not have the smoke smell, every karaoke room has their own private toilet which is a plus for me! Came here for the buffet; most of the food were a hit, very few misses. Price is reasonable too especially on Wednesdays!

Previously was one of the best but the quality and value of money dropped dramatically after that. We went on 1st July and the rate is like RM83 included tax for buffet session. Food quality and selection limited and the singing hour only 3hours (so called)..We reached on 7.10pm (it's okie is our fault to reach late) but the system closed on 9.55pm. Some technical issues during singing time and unable to fix the noise from "electric current" wasted our time as well. Imagine the main purposes is to enjoy singing together with friends but it is less than 2hours we can enjoy after dinner.

Six people were stuck in a small room, what luck is the room comes with a toilet. Variety of beverages available during the morning session, the set including a meal, I recommend their sweet and sour fish, definitely worth for a LIKE, meehoon and kuey teow is another MUST order, chicken chop is slightly small portion although it's tasty too. The 🎤 drain battery quite fast, thanks to the Malay staff keep change for us.

The best karaoke in KL. Their dinner buffet have good selections, and their room is comfortable. Love that each room has own private toilet. I always reserve with one of the manager called Shah, he’s very helpful and friendly. Service tip top

Food was okay. Many choices, but sea food are not the freshest. Other food are freshly cooked, taste quite good. The entry can be a bit confusing because it doesn't exactly labels the original store name. Very hard to find parking. Chaotic.

I’m gonna be honest, the receptionist told me it’s rm25 for everyone if one person apply membership for Rm25. So we all agree to pay for it. After that the receptionist handed out a receipt saying everyone will be paying RM78++ instead of rm 25. To be honest I really feel like this is such a scam. And we wanted to cancel it, we still have to pay Rm25 for the membership. The receptionist rolled her eye when we say we want to cancel it. I’m seriously disappointed for the services and the scams. Not coming to this place anymore, that rm25 is my donation to them.

Song choice was good. Not really updated but good enough. Majority of the staffs were friendly & nice. Just one or two who like layan tak layan je. Overall the service was really good! The room we took had a bathroom attached. So that's really nice too. Parking in SS2 is some time difficult to get.

The food was great.. we couldn't make it for buffet but the ala carte is still good. Place so cozy.. i love that we have our own bathroom inside the room.. so spacious and wide for 4 people.. song latest.. only the moc has only two.. wish it was three. Overall had so much fun and memorable moments

Parking at far away at a lorong however been asked to paid the parking fee RM10.00!!! the distance between parking place to there is FAR and didnt put at notice that need PAY

Song selection and sound system were good. I get that Friday nights are busy but lady at reception needs to have better customer service training. The system in my room froze so I went down to get help there but she just kept poking away at her screen and ignored me even tho I tried speaking to her. Only got help when another colleague came by. I bother leaving a feedback because I like this place.

The first time I came we had a great room (downstairs, the very end of the opposite corner of the entrance). So spacious for 4 people, en suite toilet. The second time we got room 038. It was quite cramped and the sound system was really bad. We couldn't sing without having feedback noises. The song choice is quite good, could've been better. The English song category, as compared to Loudspeaker, is slightly lacking. I love the gentlemen night promo on Monday, but personally, if I had to pay full price, I think it's not worth it considering to limited choice on the buffet. The food is passable, not much to shout about. The unlimited drinks though, they're so good. Parking is really hard though. You know how SS2 is.

Happened to be there the first time figured out one utama branch was full. The toilet is inside the room and I thought it was supposed to be outside as the door is not so obvious. Staffs are friendly, nice ambience. However, I somehow managed to hear exactly what the next door singing 😂

The lunch buffet was simple but very decent especially when considering the price per pax. The employees are quite friendly and our room was cozy. My friends and I had good fun on a Saturday afternoon.

Hard to get a parking here unless you pay. The buffet for food and drinks is not really nice. Environment is nice and staff are friendly. Price is expensive at night.

Unbelievable for the food, the price and the food can say 'the best', I'm always bring my mum go ss2 for lunch because you can listen song with the food together (rm18 to rm25) you can enjoy time and talk secret in a room too. This time I forget to take picture because too happy to enjoy my lunch

Fave place for singing, love that they have private bathroom for each room. Parking, depending on the time of arrival. But slight electricity issue as the lights n air-conditioning turned off suddenly (short one, few seconds) The food's great. Used to have buffet spreads, but change to meals during covid n maintained till now I guess. The food's OK. Lots of song selection, new and old.

Could choose the songs through your smartphone, so convenient that you don’t have to go over to the monitor. Self service for the drinks and snacks, just the normal chips. Price is above average. RM42 per adult and plus the RM1 for the mic cover which is necessary to buy.

Surprisingly good buffet spread. Room came with its own private toilet, service was good but a friend arrived 10 minutes before the buffet ended and still was charged for the food, forcing him to rush to get something to eat

Place is great, buffet food selection was decent. Great place for corporate, large gatherings. They have adequate rooms with suitable sizing to accommodate. Selection of songs is always good with Neway catering to the Chinese audience.

One night with my colleagues have a farewell party we enjoy so much in singing the karaoke songs and of course the buffet foods. It's a good place for gatherings there's a lot of rooms.
