Staff all are very friendly and helpful. List of songs, some updated but some not. Overall, i like it, the food was nice and the portion is very big! We even taken away all the unfinished foods. Heheheh.

Quite a good experience here. It was raining day, and the environment was quite cold. The staff prepared three blankets for us. The sound system is quite good. You feel more confident singing when there got a good sound system. Got a buffet here at night. But we came here in the evening. So didn't join the buffet. We booked a deluxe room due to we have the eight pax. The price was quite reasonable. Will come and visit again for the next round. Overall quite satisfying.

I haven’t been here for ages. Now I’m back to celebrate friend’s birthday…the room is nice, just that I’m pretty frustrated with the infotainment/software. The song search function just simply sucks & pretty limited!!! I hope they can improve their system.

- The sound system was so good - Their karaoke room was so lit!! Recommended - As for Muslims, i didn't recommended to order any drinks or food from here. Because they also serve alcohol beverage. If you didn't want to feel any Syubhah then better not order. But, if you confident then it's okay. I came here with my family at the weekend and got vvip room for Rm 58 for 1 hours. We booked the weekday promo RM 28++ comes with 1 meal + 1 drink, extended to 6pm. Kids friendly and sound system is good. Chicken sate, pizza are delicious. Roasted potato of the chicken chop set is too salty. Overall we are happy with the session.

Came in for 3 hours session...order drinks and pizza. Give pizza beef taste different and smells bad. Inform the staff, staff say will change another pizza until times up pizza didnt give. they just minus from the bill. Go back with empty stomach, please tell ur staff to serve customer better. I work at retail so if customer complain, change immediately. Not take time until forget customer order. counter also didnt say sorry, another staff guy look 1 kind somemore. Dont discriminate people.

Their songs collection is huge and nice. Foods are not too tasty but okay to share with singing.

Can call and booking before coming, or else you will be take what room available at that time, better come before 6 got discount .

This redbox is one of the karoke place that everyone should try. The room have a good sound system, a proper mic and the seat is comfortable. The room have a big space and clean. Verity of song can be choose. You also can realise the tention from work by karaoke at this place. This place also nearby other shop.

Limited song list. Took a while to get a room eventhough we booked. Mic battery run out many times and had to go hunt for the workers to replace it. Happened 4 times during our 3 hour slot. They are obviously using inferior or used batteries.

I went there yesterday night and it was SPECTACULAR the staff was amazing and friendly plus very helpful. First try calling staff didn't work had to try multiple times but..yeah one of the staff actually came in twice. My dad called the staff twice and a girl came in and took our order of drinks and food.The girl came in once again to take a look at the microphones because one of them had no sound yea so...lots of problems with le microphones.Stayed in a medium room for 3 hours and honestly the best karaoke experience ever. Definitely the best experience ever I really recommend!

No food served, kitchen is open at 3pm only. You can't order any iced drink. Songs from reality show are of poor quality. Only one front desk person. No one come to you for paymemr. The last time here.

The setting was a typical Japanese style karaoke, ie. Small individual booths with TV screen a table and a sofa. The styling was a little bit outdated and the karaoke videos more than outdated. The controls were not very practical and responsive. Good heavy duty microphones but the sound system was difficult to control. Sometimes the balance between music and vocals was off… Outdated low resolution karaoke videos with mediocre sound quality. The venue is was easy to clean and clean.

aircond super cool, sound system is perfect, touch screen is not really good, song selection is limited. we don't order food because it's a bit pricy. rm7.9 for mineral water.

Price wise I think this will be cheapest I can find in the town. The mic system works well and the music is loud enough too. Only shortfall is the song selection is limited where I cannot find some of the favourite I sing in others karaoke.

The staffs there are friendly and are ready to assist you. After-PKP charges are quite affordable and i like the sound system, with 3 mics provided. But if you do have a certain personal preference with the sound adjustment you can ask them to do it for you. The song selection system are simple, unlike other karaoke places where all of it are mixed and jumbled together. Here you get clean division, easy to choose. The do updates their songs so most mainstream songs are there, but since pkp they havent updated the malay category much. And i would love for them to add in more songs in the hindi section, i mean what about us hindi fans huh? Nice food, drinks. And do call to book beforehand, unless they might be fully booked.

Song selection was not great and it was sooo difficult to search for songs / artists. You actually have to scroll page by page. I also don’t know why our room’s karaoke set kept on changing from vocal to music on its own. I think it was spoiled.

One of the best place for you to go for karaoke. I used to be the best, the quality has gone down a bit but still one of the best so far.

I just love the ambience and sound here. The speaker & mic are very good condition. The playlist also up to date. The whole place is now under renovation. You should expect better when its done

The songs are better now. In the past, I searched for other karaoke establishments cause the songs I like were no longer available at redbox. I am pleasantly surprised in my recent visit that the songs are back and the selection has gotten better. The rooms also look refreshed and comfortable.

I always go to red/green box karaoke due to their playlist songs, good environment and food (last time its buffet style but after pandemic, ala carte basis). Whenever branch i go, the staff always friendly but the branch keep closing (no longer ioi puchong and sunway pyramid branch) . Hope they keep survive.

We had originally booked for a duration of 3 hours for a medium room. The air conditioning was warm and when we reported it, we were told that it was centralized and nothing could be done. It seemed amusing that they had never received any complaints about this before. I had to use a paper fan to keep myself cool throughout. One hour prior to the scheduled end time, the staff approached us for payment. We decided to add an additional hour to our booking. However, after confirming the extra hour, the entire playlist suddenly went empty. The receptionist mentioned that they had never encountered this situation before and they will add 15 minutes to compensate, but the time ended with NO extra minutes promised. Unfortunately, we were the unlucky customers who experienced this.

Sound system is really bad.and it's a bit pricy. It didn't include drinks as well, unlike other karaoke shop they include a free drink, and it can connect to phone to the system however Redbox can'tremote song through your phone

Great choice of songs also new songs available. Just that maybe can try improve lyrics for Kpop songs in normal english/readable ones instead of Chinese/korean lyrics only. Food was great too, love the portions great for sharing with friends and family.

Suppose to be premium karaoke, but now seems system outdated, voice quality not nice, equipment very old. Not sure if just this outlet, won't come again, embarrassed me who promise my family that this is a high class karaoke, should just bring them to Loudspeaker at Tropicana mall.

Friendly staff, clean and reasonable price

Bad sound system, the sensor interferes. Can't sing with peace. The tv screen is foggy, not really clean. Ordered ice lemon tea, almost no sugar and very cheap taste. Other competitors have improved their karaoke UI and song selection. Come on Red Box. So disappointing and never coming here again.

Not enough songs selection even in English. Price is reasonable. They require payment in the middle of the session in which I refused and insisted to pay at the cashier once I was done.
