Don't get me wrong, this place appeared as an outstanding lodging at 1st glance... until I slept over a bit late, then the electricity shut off a bit right after 1 PM! Yes, not even a sketchy ฿300 or less per night would do this, but hey, it might had a troubled past about the issue... so I let it slided. Then, right after I paid for the 2nd night and asked for a Wifi password for the Internet access, guess what, they ran out of the passwords!! Nooooooooooo, you thought you knew about craziness and how I might be one of those, try asking the frontdesk agent about this and you shall find the truth! How sad, I mean, seriously... Everybody is working so hard in this place, from the security to the maids, but then the owner seems to be careless about such issue that the frontdesk agent gave me a submissive response to post a complaint like this so the owner might start to pay attention like he should... such tragic for a fine hotel such as this. Reply like the owner cares, and I shall post an appropriate correction. Good day.

Checked put a day early. The place is decent enough but the staff are surly and extreemly lazy. I suspect racist even. Refused to clean the room. 90% of the menu was not available Was charged 100 baht more than the menu price,last night orderd food told a 20 minute wait after 40 minutes they called to say out of prawns so I asked for chicken and was told the kitchen was closed. Only stayed 2 nights despite paying for 3.

Arrived in carpark, checked with security that restaurant was open and we could get food and drink before bed, "no problem close 10 pm". Paid for 2 rooms in cash (8 July 20) at front desk, then popped into restaurant to find that attendant already on his second visible bottle of LEO, told me the Restaurant closed and no food or drink available. Nothing else in area. Didnt even get as far as room... Walked out with no refund.

Hotel 14 Resort, located at Petchkasem 35/1, is a three-star hotel. The interior is simple, large rooms have free Hi-Fi, parking is also provided.

Good hotel and resort in Bangkok Bang Khae. Many large, clean and well equipped apartments available. Friendly staff and service. Free wifi. Good parking. We recommend this resort.

Very very clean and big room, nice people but the receptionist just doesn't speak English well and it's far from the Bangwa BTS station (3km), u can grab a bike for 50b or so. But a huge mall nearby, and it seems to have a new BTS station under construction and it's to be opened. In all, cheap and clean but inconvenient!

Friendly staff, they speak some English and are eager to help you. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Quiet area just steps from the mall and a soon to open BTS stop. Its back from the road surrounded by tress so it feels like you've left the busy city. Nice place to stay in and relax, or to drop your luggage and head back out. We really enjoyed our stays here.

Moneywise, it would be a bargain. It was nice, clean and located next to modern shopping mall. This could be terrific for the bargain traveler. However, the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. I would give the room a 4 or 5 for its appeal to a budget traveler, but a 1 for the bed.

Nice location nice place and quiet. It's good for rest. Room service are friendly but reception are not helpful. If reception more helpful and more friendly I will give here 5 stars.

Nice and clean hotel with parking

I've traveled the world many times and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel has the unfriendly male staff I've ever encountered. no smile when you ask them something, no real answers or no desire to answer! 2 male employees at reception.

Not recommended for Non-Thai customers We stayed for 17 days, The room is quite good, there are refrigerator, television, dvd player etc. in the room but I tried dvd player in the room, it doesn't work. The wall is thin so we can hear if there are loud guests on the hallway. They gave wifi user and password everyday each user and password works only 1 day but we couldn't connected in our room, it's so weak, can connected in lobby but not so strong. We had to inform the receptionist to make up the room otherwise they won't clean, but still they forgot to clean 2 times even though we told them to clean. My boyfriend is not Thai and he has problem to communicate with them, they cannot understand him at all, even basic English. The male receptionists are not so friendly, seem unwelcome and the way they talk back is a bit not nice. The female receptionists are fine but they are more talking to themselves not so helpful. Security guard in the night shift is more friendly than receptionists... seriously. They don't have their own laundry service but they can call the laundry shop from outside to pick up your clothes but it costs 15 Baht each and they don't know when will you get the laundry back. They have washing machine near the entrance for 30 Baht, the washing machine is not so clean, there's some dust inside but it still better than the laundry service. We dry our laundry at the balcony. The location is good, it's next to the shopping mall and there's another mall not so far and restaurants. And BTS will finish soon so it should be easier to travel to central of Bangkok. Overall, the only thing that I like is the room, big and clean.
