Not comfortable for those who doesn't have a car. No public transportation pass through. A taxi cost 100THB from BTS Wutthakhad. When I bought this place they told me no animal allow but everyday you can see people walk the dog! Poop everywhere! The worst part is a dog in a store! I don't have a an issue with a dog but people who living here just rude and no respect for any regulation. And if you neighbour a cooking lover be prepare to smell every single dish they made cause you room doesn't smell prove! **Huge mistake to bough a room and living here**

Reasonable pricing. Great quiet area. Very close to a few restaurants that offer free delivery. Around 90 - 120 baht with taxi to Silom. Alternatively: 20 baht for van to the BTS and from there around 50 baht to Sala Daeng.

It's a really nice place to stay for those who prefer staying outside of racket in town. You can find full furnished big rooms with relatively cheap price. This place has couple of long swimming pools. It also has a mall attached with the building complex. BTS is 10 mins by driving and van services are also available for 20 bahts only. You can get motorbikes also if you're in rush. This is a quite place with quite a bit trees around. Medical store, saloon, spa, massage, MacDonald, Bank, ATM everything you can find within the complex. Only downside is this place is little far main city. It'll take around 30 mins to reach Siam from this place.

Very good residency with many amenities like swimming pools

Rent a room from a friend. The building was quite old, the room wasn't pleasantly nice, it may depend on how owners took care of their rooms. Didn't use their facilities though, especially the condo's selling point, the pool. Fortunately there is still Max Valu(a supermarket) and a community mall with some restaurants in front of the condo since there isn't any cheap transport passing by. You'd have to grab a taxi to get to places if you do not have a car yourself. Many dislikes but the place is quite cheap to rent.

Good atmosphere, great value price and nice environment for living

The location is not good. It's not easy to get to. The condos are mashup of different styles. They are only two or three stories and nothing is really special about it. I only live there a couple months because I couldn't stand it. The room I got was dated and had the ugliest wallpaper I've seen in a long time.

Cool place. The only problem which we had is to get to this place through the taxi. This is flat wit two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The view from the balcony is niece, the area is calm and guarded.

Great place to wind down and relax .. Shuttle bus service provided to Wutthikat BTS train station (20 Bht) 5 mins (depending on traffic) 25 mins on train to city centre .. large clean pools for all areas with lounges and umbrellas... Many food options easily accessable including 7/11 stores and MaxValue supermarket alongside McDonalds at entrance

The condos here are pretty nice and cheap. There is a supermarket and a McDonald's just under the building which makes it super convenient. If you dont mind living very far away from the city center this might be a good place for you. BTS is not close either.
