It is a small two-story community shopping center. The parking is in a separate building with an elevator so it is convenient for anyone who is on a wheelchair. However, this place is rather small and nothing much to buy.

Good parking place, some chain restaurants MK, Yayoi, KFC. The hidden Somtum place is very good but you got to make an effort to walk to the TOP supermarket.

On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by its cozy yet well-planned layout in a high-end area. The mall offers good parking, a nice stationery store, and a main building that's clean and well-kept. It was calm and peaceful during my evening visit. Just be careful when driving in, as the entrance is a bit difficult to spot.

Got many restaurants to choose from. One big stationary store is located besides. No more food center after the COVID. They have lots of parking lots.

There are many chain restuarant. MK YAYOI KFC and more. Today I sit at Dunkin Donuts for teaching my son his exam. It was a good time and nice, not too crowded.

A small non air conditioned mall near Victory Monument and next to Phyathai 2 hospital. The toilets were in serious need of cleaning during my visit and not fit for use. It's obvious that this place is suffering a lack of business due to covid, with quite a few shops shuttered and few customers overall during my visit. There is a large car park with limited free parking.

Expensive parking fee (free parking for only 3hrs no matter how much you spend there) no wonder a lot of shops are out of business

2nd floor and 3rd floor almost has nothing. Only ground floor has some restaurants to eat (MK, KFC, etc). Car park is quite cheap, only 20 baht for 3 hours if purchasing less than 300 baht.
