I'm not impressed. The service is close to non existent. They refuse to give the items that are promised when booking. Basic utility like toothbrush you won't be getting. And they really don't care if your unhappy, I've been met with a few shoulder shrugs when mentioning it to the staff. Like it's not their problem. The pool is also closed, and they say nothing about when it's up again. Nor do they warn you about it before booking. I do not recommend this hotel, and wish i could a refund on the executive suite 👍

First time staying at the Grand Tower Inn...and won't be the last time. I'll be honest...the first look gives me the thoughts of "uh-oh"...the lobby is a little dim...too dim for my liking...especially where the elevators are. Anyhow, we booked 2 rooms...one superior...and an executive suite...both have a very nice layout. Big windows make the room very nice and bright. Both rooms have the view of a highway giving a city vibe. No matter how classic the hotel looks...but cleanliness is their priority. Every time when we're back to our rooms...it seems like we have just re-checked in. Bathroom is all clean...the bed was made as new. Hotel people are kind and very helpful...from the security at the entrance to the lobby and the room attendants. The price is also unbeatable...the only thing is that it would be very nice if the curtains and those chairs and couches were clean. Well...I am sure they were left during the pandemic and the dust must have gotten to them. It can't be noticed (except for the white curtains)...unless you slap the couch...that's when you see the dust flying out. Another hotel that I would consider going back to.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed in !!! We arrived quite early to the hotel and the standard check in time is 12 PM to 2 PM but the lady at the reception was super friendly that she gave us room without charging us anything extra at 9 AM !!! I am very thankful for that and apart from that the rooms were really very clean and view was awesome from the room. The pool water was super clean and workout area was also really good !! As we required halal food, we had to go to NANA Plaza and it was very easy to reach there. I am definitely going to the hotel again whenever I visit Bangkok !

Good service by the staff at the lobby and room service. Location is a bit off from main hotspot area with more food, shops and malls nearby but the latter can turn to be rather noisier. Hence its a trade off. It has a nice solid gym with plenty of equipments (5 treadmills, smith machine, leg curl + extension, benches, dumbbells, stairs climber machines etc). Breakfast with super limited food choices at lobby area, a cafe at level 23 and pool at 24th floor (maintenance currently).

Really happy with my stay. Big clean rooms with a lot of equipment and an amazing city view, strong wifi. Just some of the staff I personally would fire. No smile at all, no 'hello' when I came for the first time. And that woman also did not want to show me the room. She only gave me a flyer and said 'here are pictures of the rooms'. She also did not talk much so I didn't know what would happen next and how long I would have to wait. Please reply if you want to know which staff member I mean

Froendly staffs. Clean rooms. And affordable price. It located little bit far from entertainment centers of Bangkok. But around there are plenty good restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately when I stayed there I was difficulties with my food and left collarbone that is why I couldn’t get to much around. During my staying there took place an event. That is way it was very busy. There was iron and iron table on the floor.

There is no public transport pass by front of the hotel, but can request to the staff to assist. The room is quite small and old fashion decor. However, the rooms and inside the hotel were clean. Hospitable staff and willing to help. There is no hairdryer in the room. but request able. Breakfast is not variety but tasty. Anyway, it is considered worth the price paid. Recommended for people who don't like crowded area.

Upon arriving at about 9 pm , it took at least 30 minutes to checkin , initially they couldn’t find our booking ! We go to our room , , no cups , no tea , no coffee, The air conditioner remained on a high temperature all night . The shower had no cold water, only very very hot , so you couldn’t actually stand underneath, just splash as it was way to hot . The next morning all we wanted to start the day was just a cup of coffee , at the restaurant we were turned away being told we had to purchase the full breakfast. Then at night time once again we’re turned away as there was a conference on and it seemed all other guests were ignored. On our last night it was pouring with rain - again we could not get a meal at the restaurant. So l had to go into the torrential rain to the one and only restaurant next door , Not at all impressed with customer service at this hotel. Nice pool , good gym

Booked three nights in August . Upon arrival, after a long journey, were notified that the warm water system does not function. The receptionist offered no alternatives, not even that the hotel would pay for our taxi to the alternative accommodation we booked. The worst service we got in Thailand, truly doesn’t represent the country’s hospitality.

Aspen built for quite a while I can say that this hotel is affordable with a spacious room. Facilities are okay in terms of overall big swimming pool and equipped with all kinds of working out equipment. You can feel that you own the hotel if it wasn't on high season kind of deserted but that's what I like.

We got lucky that from whole trip we booked only 5 days on this property. In short , pool is closed for 3 months already and it will be for at least 2 more months but they didn't bother to inform their customers before arriving, there is no room service, restaurant is closed in the evening, receptionists didn't speak English, other staff barely, breakfast finished at 9:30 even on the weekend, selection of food for breakfast terrible ( only uncooked sausages and cold fried eggs ) . Rooms are very very old, bathtub from WW II and not the good ones. For 24 floor building 2 small lifts .... From 7 rooms that we had in few there was no hot water, WiFi was poor in term of speed and signal strength. We just wanted to share our bad experience so that other people don't make the same mistake by booking this property!!!

The hotel isn't modern but it does the job, rooms are fine, staff great and nice facilities with a decent gym. However location isn't great, if getting a train in you will definitely need to get taxis to and from transport as the trains are about a 20min walk. Also not much in the area so you will need taxis to get out to eat.

Well over priced I thought by the end of my 2 night stay, the pool was closed and the bottled water was not replenished each day also your not allowed to enter the restaurant in the morning for a coffee unless you pay for the full buffet breakfast witch I did not want then to be told there is no food served during the day apart from breakfast, bear in mind for the size of this hotel you'd think they'd serve food from a set menu. Also in the room there is no information about the hotel like WiFi code and how to call reception. There is a kettle and 2 glass but no cups so you run the risk of pouring boiling hot water into a glass and if you want more than hot water in the glass you must provide that yourself. Check in and check out was made very easy but no discount for the pool being closed

It's a older hotel that has related limitations. Few electrical outlets, and no power strip for additional electronics needs. Weak Wi-Fi, an older TV with poor quality reception of available channels, no Netflix, YouTube, etc. The pool shown, and one of the reasons I elected to stay there is not open. The foods illustrated are not what is presented for the breakfast, and apparently there's no continually available foods in the hotel throughout the day. There's a kettle, but, no coffee, tea etc. There is a refrigerator, a very comfortable mattress, and daily cleaning. It was a good price for Bangkok current market. It's a beautiful hotel, as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Tower Inn Rama 6 in Thailand, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel combines modern luxury with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, creating a perfect home away from home. The rooms at Grand Tower Inn Rama 6 are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The attention to detail in room design and cleanliness was evident, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their dedication to providing excellent service added to the overall positive impression of the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel, offering a panoramic vista of the city. The facilities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch, enhancing the overall experience. Whether you're in Thailand for business or leisure, Grand Tower Inn Rama 6 is a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location. Five stars well-deserved!

Very bad staff at the reception. Site was showing that they have rooms. Then we arrived at the hotel at midnight but then they charged us 10 times more than what was showing . Please don’t come here

This was the view from my room, it's a great hotel and the pool is located up on the roof. Location is near the highway and not too far from Chatuchak market, bus no.3 takes you there.

I'll start with the little bit of good. Being an older hotel you get a lot of room for the money. I had the executive suite and it was fine. Now the really bad. They claim a restaurant and room service and have neither. A major inconvenience and false claim. They still blame covid. When I got to Chiang Mai the much less costly hotel I had there had both an open restaurant and room service.. I guess no covid there. I'd stay clear of this hotel.

Well placed for Bang Sue Grand Station . For the rest it's a bit secluded. The personal are courteous , but at this time (Covid) not much is opened.

Best hotel for cheap price. Tuk tuk available for transportation nearest MRT @1km radius. 7-eleven nearby. Overall great stay & view of Bangkok city. Pool @24th floor.

Great staff, excellent service. Rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast is mediocre, cold rice soup and cold fried eggs, great coffee. It is located in an area of commerce so not ideal for tourists

The great thing about this hotel is the pool. The room is decent, not good and not bad. They change towels, bed sheet and fill up all amenities everyday. Staffs are supportive.

Great place for an affordable price. We stayed here when we had to go to the immigration office and it provided a pool, gym, hot tub and sauna! The room was nice too very modern and clean. Check in is at 2pm but we arrived at 7am and had a room by 8am! The local area doesn't have many places with English writing and we were ripped off by a restaurant so be aware.

great price, breakfast was (very) good. Personal was correct, communication was not always easy but in Thailand it never is. Cleaning boy so friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, not crowded, really nice, if you get creative you find some shadow. The location was not great, but taxis are so cheap, and necessary quite independently of the location sometimes, that it is still a great deal. Hotel has a shuttle at 10,12, and 14 to station Ari. The neighbourhood is so Thai, you can have dinner and massages for Thai prices. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

I booked one week and enjoyed the stay so I booked another week. The room was very nice and service was good. A thank you to Tong at reception, she was very helpful and made sure our stay was great. Will stay again when I'm in Bangkok.

Went there for an event held at the ballroom. The simple Thai dishes were extraordinarily tasty.

I live in Chiang Mai and stay here whenever I am in Bangkok. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, but a short taxi ride to the city center. Everything you need is in walking distance. Special thanks to Tong, the guest service manager. She is the best!
