    walmart is always great place to shop. since their price is affordable and alot of choices. Just took a while while checkout. they dont have self service checkout. Alot of stuff lock on the glass rack, and hard to find people around to open the rack and get the stuff

    I came here at 615 pm to buy a bike I waited till 730 pm for someone to remove the lock at the bike I asked for help to 4 employees no knows who can help me . Employees walking around chatting or watching tiktok. Terrible experience.

    Scary when you walk in. Some of the workers are rude. Dirty, messy, and there is always 6 or 7 workers load hang by the women section. And some of the workers you can't see their visit or their name tag.

    I went early in the morning and there wasn't any lines!! I know it was only 8:30am but that Walmart is always packed when I go during the day so I was expecting it to be somewhat busy. But we didn't have to wait in line at all! It was so much better going at that time!!!

    I love Walmart, but you really need to find a location that is good for you within your limits. There is always an issue, or rude employees at this one. Not all the time, but it definitely makes you drive further to have a better shopping experience.

    What can you say about going here during the holidays? BUSY! Was in electronics and the department was a hot mess. I'm sure they were doing their best but only 2 people were working and like 20 people were waiting. I couldn't find what I needed, didn't bother to ask and moved onto the food items and just paid and left. Not the best customer experience.

    I went for a curbside pickup, found the signs for pharmacy curbside pickup, and waited there. Turns out there's another section on the opposite end of the parking lot for regular pickup. Could have been better marked, but at least the pharmacist was nice on the phone when I called and he told me. Also the staff who came out to my car was super nice.

    Got the rudest cashier today. Like no greeting no meeting eyes no nothing. He was counting cat food cans that I was purchasing and I alerted him that they were two different brands so to different prices that didn't seem to sit well with him once he started taking them out the box he was no really gentle at all but not completely slamming them down. Dude had a attitude. This was OP# 008053 on terminal 9. couldn't tell his name cause his id was flipped backwards. But he definitely needs to learn some customer service skills dude looked like he really didn't want to be at his job.

    If giving zero stars was possible I would. I’ve been waiting for my curb side pick up for 30 minutes. Checked into the app still waiting. The number that is listed the calls are being forwarded. No one is answering the store number either. This is ridiculous. Target would never.

    This location is okay. It's crowded almost often. Normally, I can find what I need to purchase at this location, more times than a few other locations I shop. I was rather disturbed the last visit when I wanted to purchase a loaf of bread. The shelf was limited. The bread I picked up was sticky. The shelves need to be cleaned. In addition, the refrigerators need to be clean. It spelled like sour milk. Not good.

    This particular Walmart could really be much better. Lines are ridiculously long. Instead of all registers being open only half were. This seems to occur often at this Walmart. At least the one employee that I spoke with was helpful. This Walmart is definitely not one of my favorites.

    Everything and for everyone, its staff also shows education, but it's unfortunate to see how the Managers do not value the time and person of their client's because with a lot customer there are the fewest cashiers. Really, this action it is very poor for a billion-dollar company.

    Very unorganized some of employees . Have bad attitudes like they don’t like their jobs and they assume everyone is thieves plus all the shelves are mostly empty and i had to wait over an hour in line to wait for a can of spray paint to be found because the store clerk was in the back of the store getting my paint and she told me that she was taking the paint to the front of store and it will be at register 16 when I came to front to register 16 after I was finishing shopping I ask the clerk if she had my spray paint and she said what spray can I told her the young lady bought it to the front and she said she don’t know where it is so now I’m standing there looking crazy in line with other people standing behind me I was getting angry because now not only i been waiting to find out about my spray paint and it was taking my lunch time away from me so eventually they found it hidden in between the shelves behind the clerk counter this was unacceptable I will not give my business to this Walmart at this location ever .

    Absolutely HATE this Walmart. Always so crowded and very hood. But it's closest to me so sometimes I have to run in and out to grab something. Be prepared to stand in line no matter the time of day. The parking lot has plenty of parking but it is sooo chaotic. People selling items and hanging out. I rather drive farther than to stop in this Walmart.

Could have been better marked. I purchased an substantial amount of goods last night from this Walmart for the first time online. Today I'm here waited in the pickup area for my goods just to find out that my merchandise was given to someone else. On the website it clearly states "Have I.D. available at time of pickup". Well......what happened?? No one thought to ask for identification so that the pickup can be confirmed??!! THAT WAS HARD EARNED MONEY AND A 90 MINUTE WAIT FOR A WASTE OF TIME. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! It's millions of dollars poured into all walmarts everyday from hard working people. This type of thing should never happen. That's what order numbers and identification is for. STOP BEING LAZY, JUST ASKED!!!

    Unprofessional. Your signs mean nothing if I’m already there and I see pickup stopped at 5 something. Couldn’t that have been communicated not with a silly little sign. back to KOP Walmart or just back to target where they allow pickup until close

    Never enough cashiers. This store would hugely benefit from self checkout considering they are short staffed EVERY SINGLE TIME. Store is a mess boxes everywhere. Security is kinda aggressive. All in all, terrible Walmart. Here's the icing on the cake, my daughter asked if she could get a candy bar, I said sure. She went to grab one and there was roach in the box 🤢 Hand down worst Walmart in Philadelphia and it's not even close. Greeter doesn't even greet, probably because she's confused why you would shop there.

    Go the extra distance to another location or perhaps Target instead of this precise location. This is Walmart’s prison location. Everything is locked away yet You can never find an employee with a “key” to access your necessary needs. The plants in the garden area are always most certainly dead. There is no self check out! As for the lines to check out arrive between 6a-7am in order to get out the store by noon, that’s on a good day. The less than 20-25 items line is worst than the regular line. Wait time 24hrs, literally that’s how long you’ll be waiting. The alarm when entering the store goes off when you breathe wrong. The carts need WD-40, there are no decent carts at this location. The 1 star is generous it’s only given just to write this feedback. My tip: don’t stop, keep driving!

    Cheap items , has everything you need in one stop! Can be very packed at times but I love Walmart !! They should have more lines but soon robots will take over ! And I notice prices are getting higher, it’s sad people are hardly getting by as it is !!! I can spend hours just walking around and looking and getting things I don’t need and forget the things I do need !!

    Disgusting location. They have a man illegally selling puppies outside and they do nothing about it. That man needs to be arrested and should not be selling animals from his car. Walmarts management and security does not care and still allows this man to sell puppies in terrible conditions

    They never answer their phones, always only 3 lines open with many employees standing around doing nothing but laughing and joking, the curbside pickup never has staff you have to go in wait in long lines to get your items and they substitute even when specified not to. The customer service is always closed I have been trying to return something for a week I went at 8:30 pm they were closed I went at 7:30 pm the next day they were closed I tried at 7pm and they were closed I asked what time customer service shuts down and they told me 9pm when I was standing in their face at 6:45pm with the light off in the service desk area. They make their own hours and times. How does their district manager or regional manager allow this to go on. How is this store manager to location still allowed to manage this staff. I live 3 lights away but I will drive 20 mins just to avoid this Walmart location.

    Love Walmart. They had everything I wanted. Only problem was the lines are sometimes too long. They can have 3 or 4 lines open and will not open anymore. They're either short on help and need to hire more people or they don't have enough money to pay for extra help.

    If you bring your own bags or you have to pay for bags that are reusable and the cashiers do not bag your items anymore so now we have to pay for bags and we have to bag our own things when we go to Walmart now The Walmart I was in everything was stocked in the wrong shells and people do not want to help you get things out of lost cabinets they feel like it's a bothersome to them and Walmart is really going down the hill as far as all this stuff with the bags and customer service is very poor.

    Speedy/express line is not fast at all... it's always someone older just slow at the register moving like molasses. On top of that be having issues with checking customers out and then have the nerve to be rude.

    The worst place to go and stop for anything it's dirty never have bags sending their customers out with all the personal Goods and then want to stop you at the door to check your receipt I'm just wondering why when you sending everybody out with no bags to put their stuff in corporation that big you should never go through that you spend $100 $200 in Walmart and they can't have the decency to give you a bag to put your items in I will never go to that Walmart again Adams in the boulevard I advise you not to go

    I rarely go to this location but it was the only Walmart in the area with the product I needed. It is always crowded with just 2 or 3 lines open (one of the reasons I rarely come here) and the store as a whole is just not organized and inviting as other Walmart locations outside of Philly. One good note, my online car pick up purchase went smoothly.

    I went in walmart with a air conditioner I bought that was too small..the cashier was so nice Asia was a little upset she had to tell me I only had 30 days to return it and I was told I had 90.. she than went to get her supervisor and she could not return because of the 30 day..she then went to go get her supervisor to help me further.. The manager gave me my refund through gift card.. she was very understanding and saw I read the sign about 90 days with or without reciept...She was a great example of how to satisfy a customer..She had a accent and was pretty. I forgot her name that fast but I will see her again at the rosevelt blvd walmart..

    Well Walmart isn't what it use to be...dirty, the layout of the store is terrible..then people with no manners...Drives me nuts.... And what is the deal with some people and not being able to remember you are not the only customer shopping and share the lane...don't stop in the middle and have a blah session...or just rude. And this store is the WORST for keeping shopping carts in the store when u walk in. I have to go back into parking lot and grab one... and the traffic right out front is cross at your own risk. Need to have a security crossing guard..

    I was so pleasantly surprised at this Walmart. They actually had a greeter(as opposed to just a receipt checker ready to tackle like a bouncer) It was my first time here so I was unfamiliar with the and when I asked an employee where something was they actually told me a precise location instead of glaring at me and telling me to download the app. The employees I spoke to actually seemed to like their jobs and appreciate the fact that the business relied on customers which is in total contrast to the Columbus Blvd store and their "Go somewhere else if you don't like it"attitude.

    It was ok, very busy place lacking lots of stuffs like household goods and car detailing products such as McGuire tire shine, amoroll, etc. there was none at the time I was there. Also there’s always a long line to the cash register. Be ready to set at least 1 hour aside in line to the cashier.

    It's okay they have most of the things that the rest have but this Walmart never has enough shopping carts or cashier's so of the staff is helpful but more rude ones including the manger Young black gentleman maybe anything between 20something -30something he doesn't ever have his name tag so I don't know his name but I don't know how he is a manager & if you want to send money if they don't feel like doing it they tell you the system is down but then I'll go to another person who looks like they willing to work & they gladly do it people pick what they want to do the funniest part is can you ask someone for help and they answer you this isn't my department everyone gives you that then why are you in that department... But it's near many stores I have to go but I try to go in at 6am when they open so I don't have to deal with the madness there...
