Awesome shop! I went in for a watch battery replacement. I have a citizen eco-drive. I left the watch for 10 minutes to get battery replaced, came back in to find out that the watch charges with sunlight. They could have changed and charged me for a new battery but instead they just put the watch under a UV light for me to give it some juice. Honest and great service! I will be back here for all my future needs! 😎😎

Walked in the same day, got my beautiful silver with Labradorite pendant fixed up really nice. They have a lot in their cabinets to look at as well. Very pretty rings. Watches. And security. I felt very welcomed 🥰 I shall return if I ever need a fix for any of my other jewelry. 🙏💫

I've been in a few times. They're very reasonably priced, give great service. The watch repairs are very good, and with excellent customer service. I bought my wife a new watch when I came in to get another of her watches repaired. The lady replaced the battery before she boxed it up. And it was at a very fair price. I will be back, and highly recommend Watch N' Save. (my only gripe is that they're only open three days a week- so I have to schedule each visit).

I highly recommend this jeweler for repair work. I stopped by on a whim yesterday because I had accidentally broken an inexpensive ring that I really liked. I figured I would see how much it would cost to be repaired. The jeweler himself spoke with me and he was so kind and helpful! He fixed it right on the spot in minutes! Going in I mentally prepared for having to just replace the ring because I made a real mess of it and figured the cost of the repair would far exceed the cost of the ring. I was pleasantly surprised and am so grateful to be able to wear my ring again. Thank you so much for your kindness! I don’t normally post a lot of reviews but I tried this jeweler for the first time. I was impressed with their customer service and their follow through in calling me when my item was done. I was very hesitant to leave my wedding ring at a new jewelers, but the gentleman at the counter made me feel very comfortable and safe. The price on a diamond and prong was very reasonable. When there is going to be a delay they called me immediately. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a beautiful diamond wedding ring for my husband. It was on sale down from 2750 to1560. We loved this ring until, weird, one of the diamonds cracked. We had it replaced and they put a much larger and milky diamond in which we were not happy with. They offered to replace it for another 300. I took it instead to Michael's Jewelers on central and the diamonds turned out to be fake. Please do not shop with these crooks. In reply to below response from Watch and Save Jeweler. Thank you so much for the generous offer. I am able to get one letter from the jeweler who repaired the ring as this was months ago and I had no response when attempting to contact you by phone or in person. The stone was not missing as it was channel set, cracked in half, and was removed by your jeweler. You retained that stone. We were told that the $60 charge was for your time as the stone was under warranty when we brought the ring in for repair. I look forward to speaking with you and resolving this matter.
