Great overall location. The baristas make great drinks and are always happy to help customize and make perfect for you. The only issue I have is the parking lot. The drive thru makes it impossible to park anywhere, and many times I have just left amd gone elsewhere. People need to learn to order ahead and park to go in, it would help this spot tremendously.

So I was sitting at the intersection waiting to turn into the Starbucks and when I did one of your employees named, Hillary noticed me pulling in and already had my coffee poured and was waiting for me. The service at the store is amazing and so is Hillary’s eyesight, apparently! Lol!

The Starbucks in this frys lacks customer service. Rude and unfriendly. They seem like they hate being there and are always snarky. Idk if it’s their first job but they need training. It’s not like it’s fast food.

Hillary came to my rescue and used her sixth sense to tell that I was unhappy with the way my drink was made. I’m super impressed by this, therefore, this Starbucks kicks @*$$!

Never had a Starbucks be so consistently late with my mobile orders or take so long with in store orders. They have seemed short staffed/inexperienced since they opened. Maybe hire more folks or provide additional training?

Starbucks in general not a particular store, is a rip off! So I had 239 points, got extremely sick for 3 months. So I go to the app and find out that "Starbucks" took back my rewards points of 35??? NO MORE STARBUCKS FOR ME! Much better coffee rewards out there!!!

But I usually enjoy coming to this one over the larger, brick-and-mortar establishment that is in the Fry's parking lot. The people are generally much nicer and definitely more professional, and you don't have to wait an hour for a Venti, white chocolate mocha with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. But when I ordered my sweet, frothy, decadent, sweet,hot coffee concoction, I was nicely told that the coffee maker was being worked on (cleaned), and they were not able to make the specialty coffee drinks but did I want a cup of regular coffee. I looked at the machine, and sure enough, a very young teenage boy was arm deep in the coffee maker. To say I was a bit disappointed is an understatement. But I was also a little peeved. Who exactly thought having a guy come out in the morning to clean a coffee machine at a Starbucks coffee joint was a great business idea? I think closing time would be a much better idea for cleaning any food equipment. That's when I had to do it when I worked fast food and managed a Burger King and a McDonald's. Why on earth would you clean a coffee machine at a coffee shop in the morning???? As I said, maybe I'm the only one who has an issue with this, but when a customer wants something, it seems like the business should be prepared to provide whatever product it offers. But I still like the people better here. They're still more friendly and nice. And you still won't be disappointed if you choose this one just make sure their machine is not being cleaned. Lol

Unless you have been in North Korea or on the moon, you know what is going on at Starbucks.. I have never had a bad experience and I know what I am going to get before I get there..
