This has become my new go to ice cream place. Prices are good, the soft serve is great, and the hours make it an easy option when many other places have already closed. I went with 3 friends over the weekend and it was about 10 dollars for all of us to get soft serve cones.

We've been here a number of times. We will not go again. No matter what you get, no matter how cool it is outside, it seems even on a cool day the ice cream is melted. We have had sundaes and cones and they are always melted no matter the temp outside. I get that ice cream melts on a hot day and even over time on a cooler day. There are other places we go when even on a hot day the ice cream doesn't melt this quick. Last time I got a flurry or a sundae here the candy bar toppings were frozen solid. This ruins the taste, the texture, and the experience. Maybe refrigerate the toppings, but don't freeze them. Not to mention the sizing of cones, sundaes, or flurries is not consistent even within the same order on multiple occasions. The taste of the ice cream itself is not great and is all overpriced. Bottom line... don't ruin your day or night by going here and overpaying to get all messy and sticky while losing half of your ice cream as it melts all over you and your family so you have to go home to do laundry and take a shower. Save your money or take a nice drive elsewhere where the ice cream may cost as much or less, but it doesn't melt all over your family, it tastes better, you can enjoy the experience, and won't have to go home early to do laundry and shower.

My friend told me to come here. I think this just might be the happiest place on the planet.

Variety of hard and soft serve. Prompt friendly service, great prices. Board was out with clear prices and choices. Our family ordered hard hard and soft serve --all were generous and tasty. Outdoor seating was nice, but is in full sun, so hot! Looks like a shade might go up for the summer, which will be nice. **Update 5/30: returned this afternoon and the awning is up and outdoor seating in the shade is great! We'll return.

Always a good time at Tones! They do take cards, but have a sign that says cash is preferred. Easy to follow/read flavor and product type list. Theres a large variety so something for everyone. There's only every 1-2 people working when I've stopped by, but when there is a line it does move quite easily

Best ice cream in CNY!! Lots selections. Outdoor tables & chairs to sit and enjoy or take out. I'm from California visiting family. I prefer this to Sunshine ice cream.
