I normally don't have issues here but tonight must be one of those nights! Took over 15 minutes in Drive thru received order went home opened my box picked up Burger to bite and Large Blonde strand of hair was there! My Dinner and appetite ruined waited little while drove back to Culver's sat in line for over 15 minutes again smh. Got to Window asked for refund was told to wait end up 5 more min. Manager Sandra comes hands me Money, I said can you give me coupon or Drink for all the trouble gas & time she says no I gave you ur money so rude what a Joke after all that you should want to compensate someone you caused a hassle for! After that she asked me for my name & address which is dumb u should ask for my phone number will contact Corporate.

The food is usually very good but the customer service definitely needs attention. The general manager is great but the younger staff here need to step it up and do better. Last night was busy and you could clearly see the frustration on the kids face at the window.. he slid my card and didn't say thank you or even make eye contact. He then he quickly shuts his window after saying pull forward. Didn't get to ask him for ketchup or anything for that matter. Please do better.

Great spot to take kids, family or eat a meal with a friend, plenty spacious seating arrangement and opportunity to eat outdoors. French fries hit the spot. The fish was a cod fillet battered and fried, not overly, extensively flavorful but still good, if you know what I mean. That's basically the style of fried fish they serve so I was not disappointed. Huge pieces of fish. I ordered three piece and ate one, and saved the rest. The frozen strawberry lemonade was extremely sweet ..I could only handle small spoonfuls and took the rest home to add to my smoothies this week. It was a shimmery sherbet consistency and probably more something a kid who likes sugary stuff would enjoy. My friend loved his root beer float and felt the ice cream was above average. Nice staff.

Too busy trying to upsell than getting the actual order correct. Had leave my car in the drive thru once delivered and go back in to ask for it to be made right. Pretty poor drive-thru experience all around. No plans on returning.

Who else loves Culver's Butter Burger. My favorite is the mushrooms Swiss, I'd highly recommend two stack even one patty was not enough for me. Aldo the Custard is amazing, my favorite is the Turtle Sunday.

Cashier was NOT friendly at all. She did not look too happy at her job. She did not smile at all. She just looked miserable! My ice cream was served melted already. We came in at 5:30pm, with few customers but still got our ice cream in no rush. We will not be coming back.

My husband loved the burger and pretzel balls. I thought everything was okay. A bit pricey for a fast food. Staff were all super nice. Restaurant was quiet on a Sunday, still in covid, night.

9/28 @ 430 pm. My fist time at a Culver’s and honestly my last. The girl at the speaker was polite but very hard to hear. As she was waiting to take my order. I told her I have never been to a Culver’s and what did she recommend. A long pause was at the other end and replied “ while the burgers are good..” I asked if she had any recommendations and she told me she didn’t really eat there. So I ended up getting the advertised burger which was the “perfect pepper paring “ with onion rings. The onion rings were half salted and the other half got all the salt. The burger was bland in taste. I also asked about the concrete mixer and which one was best, and she said I can pick whatever I wanted in it. Agin I’ve never been here so a little help would have been nice. Unfortunately my Dr Pepper was also flat. And the young man who brought my food out was nice but the thought of him possibly packing my food up and bring it out. With torn and soiled gloves was a turn off. The amount I spent I could have spent less and continued down the street a bit further and had “In-n-out”.

Our food was delicious and the register person was helpful with explaining the mixer and the replacement of frys with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Delicious, hot meals and fast drive thru service in uptown Phoenix. Will make many more trips here.

We are from Oregon and don't have this delightful treat available. We had heard from friends about Culver's burgers and custard so we made it a priority to stop in during our trip. We were not disappointed! The service was SO friendly and helpful. The burger was amazing. The chicken tenders were delicious (aren’t all chicken tenders the same, you might ask. Before today I might have agreed. But somehow these were tastier and more tender. They were fantastic). And **THE CUSTARD*** it was heavenly. But what tied it all together was the fantastic service. Without the lovely ladies taking the orders, making suggestions, and delivering the food this would have been just an Okay experience. Instead it was great! THANKS for a lovely meal!

Culver's along 7th Street and Camelback is among our favorite. Foods are always at their best. Crews are very courteous and the dining place is well kept and clean as always. Their Banana split is among my boys ' favorite.

This is a step above a normal fast food restaurant. Choose from delicious burgers that are smashed and fried in butter for the best flavor, or unique salads, Chicken tenders or fish and chips. Counter service is fast and friendly. Just place your order and go sit down. They’ll bring it to you quickly. I love their Sourdough Melts. The sandwich is a perfect combination of a Grilled Cheese and a Burger with delicious grilled onions. Their Custard is made in house and is creamy and delicious. Our Turtle flavor was packed with Pecans, chocolate and caramel. Culver’s has quickly become one of our favorite casual restaurants. Highly recommended.

Always a favorite when we travel. Pretzel bites and cheese curds are great. Burgers are fresh and custard is awesome. Wish they offered there 3 flavor special more often.

My mom went to get me spicy tenders a little bit ago. When she came back, the box that should have had the tendies was filled with pretzel bites instead. I started yelling at her and literally knocked the pretzel bites out of her hand and pushed her out of my room.

I have driven by Culver's many times and always said I was going to go. I'm from the Midwest so I know the restaurant. I have to say the food was great, the persons at the drive-thru were great, and wait time was small. I had a hamburger, sweet potato fries and and some custard. It was all hot and fresh. If you want a great, quick meal, Go Here!!

The food here was okay. The patty on my single Butterburger was not seasoned to my liking, but the toppings were fresh. The cheese on the burger was not melted, which sort of shocked me because I would expect this on a cheeseburger. The burger could also use some more condiments such as mustard or ketchup to help round out the burger. The crinkle fries were crispy and delicious with added salt. My Turtle custard sundae was good. The staff were friendly and great! I feel I got a lot of food for the price I paid. I may stop by again one day when on the way to the store or just because.

Very disappointed. I asked for my burger with no pickles and tomatoes but I did wanted everything else like bacon Lettuce tomato and cheese but instead I got a plain bigger. Also the lady in the window was very rude to my wife first and last time we are coming here .

Went to Culver’s and noticed 3-4 cars pulled forward in their drive thru all waiting for their food. Figured that they may have had large orders and that’s why their food took a while. Immediately after ordering (small order, just burger and fries) they told me to pull forward in the drive thru and wait as well. It seemed like they were telling that to every single car as eventually there was about 7 cars in the drive thru waiting for our food. No one was given their food at the window. The worst part is that I waited over 20 minutes to receive my food. A 20 minute wait is unacceptable, you go to a drive thru expecting things to be quick. Store # 415 on Camelback road needs to step it up. Terrible way to run a business.

Great food, love this place!

I drove my neighbor there she loves their burgers & onion rings. If smelled delicious when we walked in. Since I already had eaten dinner I just got dessert. I had a chocolate shake which was good but, some whipped cream on top would have made it great.

There was an error on my order, yet when I came inside to get it fixed, I was really taken by their reaction. The Shift leader in charge listen and without hesitation nor friction corrected my order and replaced the items missing at no charge. This is customer service at its finest no hustle and taken accountability. I'm definitely going back. Thank you Liliana. 😊

Had a great experience at this location. The food was freshly cooked, hot, and properly prepared to my liking. The Drive-thru Server(s) did a good job, on making sure everything was in the bag, that I needed to enjoy my meal. Thank you Culver's.... keep it up!!!

I think this was only the 2nd time I've eaten Culver's food. Definitely the 1st and only time we ordered and ate at the restaurant. From the moment we walked in I had a feeling it wasn't going to be a good break from staying home and cooking. The jumbo shrimp weren't so jumbo and consisted mainly of breading. I had a side bowl of chili and it was too hot to eat for the first 10- 12 minutes after they brought it out. The ordering was disorganized. The food wait was too long and overall just nasty tasting food.

Fish plate was so good. Didnt have to ask for ketchup, tartar sauce, or butter. They know what they're doing. Came with COLESLAW, dinner roll, fries too. Excellent service .👍👍👍

I love riding my bike down to Culver's to see my favorite cashier, Chad. He's the exact kind of friendly face you want at the front to greet customers and take orders. And He makes the best custard. ;)

I find it disappointing they just show an "ad" for Culver's on their TV now. They always used to play baseball or/or other sports.

I’m only leaving a good review because I love this place but the woman collecting money at the window was very disrespectful to me I did not get her name as she shut the window and turned around but other than that everyone else Gucci and my food good

01/08/24, 2:28PM The food is really good, but I had a sub-par experience with my order. I only ordered a single scoop of chocolate frozen custard and it took way too long to receive it. After I ordered there were multiple staff members just standing behind the counter on their phones while chatting to each other. A couple came in after me and ordered a single scoop of custard as well, and they somehow got their order before mine. I'm cool with staff members socializing and having fun on the clock, but at least make sure your orders are taken care of first.

Great food. Excellent customer service. I frequented Culver’s during my 2 month stay in Madison, Wisconsin. I was surprised to learn they had them on the West Coast.

These butter burgers have to be one of the best burgers you can get through a Drive thru and the service is always good

I was on a trip to see a friend in the Phoenix area . I live in Las Vegas and we don't have a location anywhere. I'm originally from Chicago and I eat at the restaurants all the time. So it was really nice to see that there was a location to get my fix.

Everything was excellent except for the parking lot lol 😆 We parked and went inside to get our food, when we came out to leave the line in drive-thru was backed up so we were unable to get out of our parking space lol it was a Saturday night during the dinner rush so it was no one's fault but just consider using the drive-thru too on Saturday nights lol

cheap food and the atmosphere here is very good. honestly my favorite evening place. the service was helpful and kind. the bill was good for what you get.

English Cod & Chips, but eat it there. Do the malt vinegar, the tartar, the lemon, the salt. Wish I could get another order right about now...funk...soul...brother.

Fast service and hamburgers served on a bun. The fries come in a paper envelope. The drinks include straws! What more could you ask for?

My burger was the worst. Burnt! The customer service was OK but we couldn't hear the girl talking in the speaker... I asked her many times to speak up. The Burger was terrible! It was cold, Burnt. The fries were cold too. We didn't travel that far home, every thing was cold. This place usually has great food.

Outstanding spot for tasty cheap food. normally i would have posted a pic but food looked so good i couldn't stop. definitely worth going back to. the bill was reasonable i would say. i can see why they have so many reviews.

Hamburgers are delicious!

I waited for almost 30 minutes and after going in I was told that my ticket somehow got lost. I was in no need for a scene but they need to be more organized.

Culver's is a new discovery for us... And it's great! As far as fast food level, burgers & fries-type meals... Culver's is the best, without a doubt. Have tried their deluxe cheeseburger, regular and sweet potato fries, and shakes. All significantly higher quality fast food and a bit more expensive than burger chains, but well worth the money. Very nice service too, and have never had an incomplete or error in order.
