Just
spent
3
hours
on
the
phone
with
3
different
people
trying
to
get
an
appointment.
Had
to
explain
I'm
pregnant
in
my
last
week
of
pregnancy
multiple
times
to
each
person,
only
for
them
to
continue
to
try
to
force
me
into
an
eligibility
appointment.
I
explained
multiple
times
I
don't
qualify
for
the
government
programs
they
offered
to
help
me
apply
for
and
would
be
paying
cash
for
an
appointment
myself.
Ugh.
When
I
finally
got
someone
on
the
line
who
understood
the
time
sensitivity
of
my
situation
and
that
I
would
be
paying
out
of
pocket
she
was
able
to
get
me
approved
right
away
for
an
official
appointment
tomorrow
morning.
After
researching
the
doctor
they
scheduled
with
me
I
called
back
for
clarification
as
she
was
listed
as
a
psychiatrist
not
an
OB.
When
I
called
the
call
center
again
tried
to
tell
me
I
need
an
eligibility
appointment.
I
explained
we'd
already
been
given
an
official
appointment
time
and
didn't
need
an
eligibility
appointment.
He
then
looked
into
my
chart
and
said,
"oh
I
see
your
appointment
for
next
week?"
"No,
my
appointment
for
tomorrow."
I
replied.
No
record
of
my
just
scheduled
appointment.
Omg.
Incompetent.
Don't
give
this
place
your
money.
This
is
the
most
disorganized
health
center
I've
ever
dealt
with.
Don't
work
in
health
care
if
you
can't
listen
to
your
patients,
schedule
them
in
a
timely
manner,
or
match
then
with
the
right
type
of
doctor.
Clearly
this
is
a
management
and
training
issues.
Fix
your
business
mountain
park
health
or
you
won't
have
one.
