Just spent 3 hours on the phone with 3 different people trying to get an appointment. Had to explain I'm pregnant in my last week of pregnancy multiple times to each person, only for them to continue to try to force me into an eligibility appointment. I explained multiple times I don't qualify for the government programs they offered to help me apply for and would be paying cash for an appointment myself. Ugh. When I finally got someone on the line who understood the time sensitivity of my situation and that I would be paying out of pocket she was able to get me approved right away for an official appointment tomorrow morning. After researching the doctor they scheduled with me I called back for clarification as she was listed as a psychiatrist not an OB. When I called the call center again tried to tell me I need an eligibility appointment. I explained we'd already been given an official appointment time and didn't need an eligibility appointment. He then looked into my chart and said, "oh I see your appointment for next week?" "No, my appointment for tomorrow." I replied. No record of my just scheduled appointment. Omg. Incompetent. Don't give this place your money. This is the most disorganized health center I've ever dealt with. Don't work in health care if you can't listen to your patients, schedule them in a timely manner, or match then with the right type of doctor. Clearly this is a management and training issues. Fix your business mountain park health or you won't have one.

I would like to say Angel, Dr Amma Edward’s medical assistant was just amazing. Angel was able to get me in for clearance quick for all the test I needed done before surgery. Also she was very compassionate, and very sweet to my feeling. Knowing I’m about to have surgery for the second time on the same shoulder was upset, stressed but Angel put a smile on my face. For that I appreciate her and especially her hard work to get me in quick. Dr Edward and I haven’t met yet spoke over the phone. She was also kind and made sure everything got done. I’m use to going to the Tempe location but I will now go to Van Buren location because of how great they both were. Look forward to meet Dr Edward’s one day. Thank you Angel for everything your amazing and hard worker and I appreciate your kindness.

Bless you if you have an ailment that causes alot of pain or might even be life threatening because it takes a month or more just to be seen by a doctor let alone if you're primary care doctor is here it could take a couple months to be seen by them if ever if you can afford to be seen elsewhere I would highly recommend it.

Missing a star because I specifically told the phlebotomist the Dr said not to do the lipid panel. I got my results in and due to not fasting its high obviously. What upsets me is now I'll be charged for something I didnt want yet. Everything was great other than this staff is friendly.

The care in person is great and there is always a prompt opening for the kids to be seen- but referrals, prescriptions and insurance approvals are a hassle. I’ve been to 3 different locations over the last 6 or 7 years and I always have to do WORK to get things confirmed or corrected. This experience happens at Gateway pediatric, gateway women’s clinic and gateway family medicine, baseline women’s clinic and pediatric as well as Tempe location family medicine. Currently waiting for a call back that I have requested 2 times in the last 2 weeks plus an unanswered email about the referral for my 4 month old son. It’s very frustrating to have such good care but such poor administrative services because I don’t want to find another dr. We love our drs and nurses here but the other side of the business is a real bummer.

Doctor Sy and Dr. Ugorgi are awesome! Dr. Ugorgi talks directly to both my children (ages 7 and 13), and builds a great relationship with each one individually. The kids love the outdoor playground! I love that it's covered, and has a water fountain. Arizona is too hot for uncovered playgrounds so this one is perfect. There isn't a slide, but there's many cute play obstacles that both kids just love.

I am an adoptive parent and the doctor didn’t respect this fact and kept making references to that fact, read the room. Once someone acknowledges this ask if it’s ok to have these “discussions/questions” openly with the child there listening to the entire conversation. Now my daughter feels even more displaced and different from her family, we had to talk about this experience the whole car ride home and together as a family when we got home.

I have never waited more than 15 minutes and everyone is so friendly. The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and thorough.

I love going here! They are always nice, try their best to get all of your concerns done in a timely manner & the office is nice and huge! They don’t shy away if you come with multiple issues and they ensure you have all of the resources necessary to figure out what’s going on. Love them!

I like how the front office is prompt and caring. The comfortability and transportation I've been able to have is also a bonus. Clean enviornment and positive workplace. The only complaint I have is providers. Some of the woman providers one my son see's and one i've seen twice I've felt like the providers are quick to want to leave. Not ask questions. Not sit down. Not have concerns and base individual care off of "everyone" and what they think is general to all kids or all women. I don't think they are very careful to detail, and it would be nice at very least if i didn't feel like my visits were always rushed because often I leave with questions unanswered or feeling like I didn't get the full care I deserved. I've had a provider walk out on me for saying I didn't feel like my diagnosis was correct and that I had further concerns. It feels like sometimes providers are only looking for a way to get out of visits. And when it comes to my kid, it becomes an issue where I want a new provider all in all. We have previous health conditions in the family which are constant concerns for me that are never looked into. I need that assurance and attention to detail

I had probably one of the worst doctors here named Priyanka for pediatrics. You would think a woman would be more understanding. Good thing for her other staff that were very kind and made up for my whole experience. She’s short, condescending, and kept saying I was doing everything wrong and I just had my baby 4 days ago with an unplanned C-section. I left crying that day and I will not be returning to her.

They helped me and my daughter so much. I had no insurance no money and my daughter was super sick. Even gave me like a coupon thing for the medication. The dr there was so compassionate and sweet

I went into the gateway clinic yesterday with a lot of issues after not being there for over 2 years. I received some news I'm not sure how to handle yet, but I saw PA Lilly Siegal and she took extremely good care of me and actually listened to me. The whole team took great care of me and I'm extremely grateful for all their help. I'm going to be a lot of them, but I couldn't be happier with the team that is helping me through it all....

The building was very clean and staff was helpful, they even brought me a water. My Dr. was a good listener and very resourceful, I enjoyed my conversation with her. Overall my care was excellent.

I love their clinics and they have really good providers. I appreciate how affordable MPHC is. I’m leaving 4 stars only because they often make patients wait 30 minutes to an hour for the provider to show up in the room. I wish they respected patient’s time better and not double or triple book people.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a new prescription for medical supplies that I need. To begin with I was never notified that Dr. Cory callister was gone. That's when all the issues started. It seems like you guys the "professionals" don't know how to fill out medical documents correctly. Like how hard can it be to fax in a paper correctly the first time. I don't know how many times I've been going back and forth with you guys but you need to get it together. Do You want the patients doing your job too? Don't have enough training? Perhaps new employees I really don't know what the issue here is hoping for a resolution quick.

I was recommended mountain park by my fiancé. The staff was awesome, I was able to get right in, and they even have a lab on-site so I didn't have to go find a lab on my own. Results were fast and the mobile app is amazing and convenient.

Went for my initial visit I was rescheduled in a timely fashion to another provider the same day! I saw Dr Norbath. He was thorough, he listened to me and was very kind. The staff was great and thorough with medical history and I am so glad I chose Mountain Park for my primary care!

Went in today for my first in person appointment with Dr. Davis (before we would only do remote appointments due to the pandemic) and I am beyond satisfied. Walked in and was greeted and directed to the right lobby for check in and both staff members that checked me in were quick, friendly, and answered all my insurance questions without all the complicated insurance jargon. The lobby and rooms were all clean and neat and the check in process (including paper work, insurance verification, and waiting to be called back) took less than 15 minutes. The nurse that checked my vitals was also friendly and quick and Dr. Wayne Davis is a phenomenal doctor. He values everyone’s time and was swift in coming into the room for my appointment. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions, took care of my requests, and provided follow up instructions for my next appointment. Great office, great staff, great doctor, and overall great experience!

Their service has always been absolutely exceptional. I found them in 2013 when I needed emergency dental care. Since then, I have continued to receive the same excellence in medical treatment. The lab is there on site and I do not have to take a separate trip anymore to get lab work done which is very important to me. They arrange my cab rides and yesterday when my cab did not show up timely to take me back, they even called me an Uber to go home. Thank you so much!

I have been coming here for the last couple of years, honestly this is the best clinic I have ever gone to. From the Doctors I’ve had to accurate test results. I’m more than satisfied with mountain Health Park, I am always taken care from calming my anxiety to getting well educated on health stuff. I am able to confide in this clinic with results and can I just that Dr. Karen who made me laugh was awesome and to Medical Assistant Loretta who is sweet y’all are the best! I took my grandmother to her new patient appointment this week and the service was amazing. Jozette Rubio, the provider that treated her is amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail and gave advice on how to better my grandmothers wellbeing.

I love Mountain Park Health Center!! My experience there is like no other! From beginning to end they are friendly, respectful, informative, and genuinely caring. The staff, including the security, the administrators(the girls that check you in), the nurses, and the doctors are all the best I've ever encountered. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've had 2 visits so far with this health center and the provider has taken care of me properly and quickly no long wait in the lobby and no long wait in the examining room.

They have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs and the needs of my children. I love that you can have your chosen physician, or choose another if you need an appointment sooner and your preferred physician is not available.

I like the mountain Park clinics. I always get a person when I call. They respond promptly. The facilities are clean and new. I like the doctors, 9/10 are reasonable and kind and not condescending. I like that there's a lab on-site. I like the locations, they are in places where they are needed. I appreciate that the doctors all take my insurance and they write referrals for specialists without hesitation when it's needed. Sometimes when I have problems I've seen PAs there and they haven't known what to do, or sometimes they seem to have bypassed relevant topics. MDs do the same thing though sometimes, in general, and in other places too. Everyone's human and nobody knows everything. It can feel frustrating to waste appointments though. They do refer to specialist easily though, so I appreciate that.

I would love to say. Amy my doctor here at this location is truly amazing. The other Dr. Rubio is so unprofessional unpleasent, no bedside manner and need to have her license questioned/Revoked immediately., but thank you to some of the other stsff and again to Dr. Amy

I.have had 3 doctors here, all I would be happy to say were just great! When they move on I actualy miss them. But that is how it should be. Staff is both friendly and professional. Even the contractors that take blood from are fun people to be around.

I really like this place from the moment I walked in all the staff is really nice then how they run the appointment was so quick and thorough I was able to see every doctor that I needed such as dietician, behavior health all in one and got all my blood work done in one place so convenient for sure loved it.

The pediatrician and Medical Assistant were thorough- first time visit just to give my son a missing vaccine and they checked his state record. He was actually missing more than one vaccine. It was my first time having a televisit the staff were great at guiding me on what to do and what links to press. We saw Dr Ugorji for the first time since our usual doctor (that we like a lot Dr. Wang) wasn’t working that day. Dr Ugorji gave us an amazing consultation and was a wonderful visit, since it was for my teenager daughter. She went deep into symptoms and things that have worked in the past and things that could work in the future, new perspectives and reviewed things that we need to try again. We’re very pleased with her and we always love this clinic, it’s clean, fast, modern, and super close to our house.

We always loved Gateway Pediatrics. They cared for our first born from birth to 3yrs and also our twins from birth to 1yr. However a few years ago we lost our doctor. He moved states and we have yet to find one we truly connect with like Dr. Shauh. Our eldest who is now 5 had to get staples from his head removed and we wound up with a pediatrician we have never seen before. She was amazing with out son. Then N.P. Estrella has always been sweet, kind, caring, and such a joy to have our kids interact with we enjoyed her dropping in to say hi to the family ❤️. It's nice to find a doctor's office that feels like family.

Options tend to be limited for patients who are covered by ACHCCCS, but Dr. Preet Mangat is truly wonderful! She never seems rushed and takes time to listen to patient concerns. I would highly recommend this physician to anyone. My health has improved since I have started seeing Dr. Mangat, and I partially attribute this to her attentiveness.

Until a lot of shity doctors lately, I was so happy to go here. From the moment I walked in the door everybody was very friendly very helpful. The wait wasn't long at all all the nurses were very nice very welcoming. Doctor Heidi was amazing.

I have been with Dr. Rachel Sy at Mountain Park Gateway clinic for a decade. She is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 64. She diagnosed and treated me better than anyone else in my life. In general MP is top notch for all peopke.

My child has been sick with a cough since mid December, I went to this location with no insurance yesterday and was directed to spend $35 more after the $75 for an xray exam. I was denied by the provider for medication for my child who still has a chronic cough. I will sure to contact corporate.

DR VAN IS HORRIBLE AS WELL AS THE MA. DISGUSTING CLINIC. Highly advice to keep your infants far from this place!

It was a bit difficult at first to connect through the portal I set up, so I called the medical office and I spoke to three people and no one had a clue what to do. Then I received an text message with a link and it didn’t work either and shortly after the doctor called. There must be a easier way to do a virtual appointment.
