It looks like we no longer see doctor to resolve our issues beside that they see patients like resources where they can get chance to charge their insurance by trying to involve them though many referrals we don’t feel like we need or labs. The doctor I seen did not know even what brings me there for I scheduled for annual physical exam but he treated as if I was coming for medication review. He did not check my ears or eyes it was a horrible physical exam I ever had.

The provider as usual was excellent; however, after she saw me, gave me instructions and recommendations she said the nurse or assistant would be right in to give my prescription and appointment docs. I waited 15 minutes, sick of waiting, I decided to go see what the hold up was, well I found the two assistants chatting away, without a care in the world. I asked them if I could leave and the one with the ugly blond bangs said "oh I will just be a about 5-10 minutes to schedule your future appointment and print your appointment documentation " she asked me to go back in the room. I said I'd rather wait right there where they were, she already had the documents in her hand, she got up and gave them to me. I told her "that didn't take 10 more minutes did it"? She rolled her eyes at me and said "nope". They deliberately wasted my time and made me wait. Again, the provider is an amazing knowledge, caring woman, the assistant with black hair and blond ugly bangs, was rude, lazy, and unprofessional.

This is a great place to go for all your medical needs. The pharmacy is available for mphc clients which makes going to the doctor easier. Marianne Tortora is a NP and I absolutely love her. I will not see any one else for my med care.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service we received. My granddaughter was seen the day prior and was given a lab slip for fasting labs the next day. Saturday we went fir labs, it was then discovered the name and orders belong to another patient. The service was so great she looked up the correct lab orders and we were seen immediately. That was going above the call of duty. Empowering herself to go the extra mile for my granddaughter. I sure wish I had her name. You know who you are thank you for a job well done.

Easy to schedule and get in, phone scheduler, front office and medical assistants were great. I saw Dr. Gaddam and was disappointed. First time here and the appointment was for an annual physical, she listened to my lungs and that was it. No evaluation of ear/nose/throat/lymph nodes. Nothing. Felt like she could not wait to get out of the room. I gave a list of prescriptions, she ordered 1 incorrectly, did not ask about where to send the Rx order so I had to work through correcting that. My husband saw a different doctor and had a much more thorough exam and was more satisfied.

I've been using mountain park center for over 20 years. I have trusted the clinic with 5 of my 6 pregnancies and am now transitioning into the next phase of my life with them. Thank you for being there for all of our medical needs and I hope to have many more years visiting our doctors and medical assistants.

For a family of four Mountain Park at the baseline location ensures we are seen together or at least back to back per the rules of only 2 patients at a time. They take their time looking at many appt times to make this happen and honestly that initial interaction of their full support and understanding is why I travel far. This clinic has no respect for its patients!! I am a diabetic. I ran out of my medication and it needed a prior authorization but I had to see the doctor first so I made appointment and saw my doctor. She said she was going to send in the authorization. She wants me to see the pharmacy clinician for my meds. This woman cause she is NOT A DOCTOR, stopped my refills and stopped the prior authorization for my Januvia, diabetic medication!! Who the heck is she to do this?! My diabetes has already gave me a heart attack, open heart surgery and my bladder does not work has become atonic, and my stomach, I have neuropathy in my hands, feet, stomach,! But thei personal thinks it’s just fine to take away my medication that was working!! The pa nurse to Katie Bear are rude and condescending!! They don’t know anything but they do call you to go see them and leave your money!! Im so very disappointed on the unprofessional way this clinic is run!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO NO ONE THAT HAS SERIOUS HEATH ISSUES!!! Even the clinic manager, Juan did nothing!! He was going to call me back and NEVER DID!! Or they call and say call the clinic but when you do the operators don’t know why your calling so it makes you look stupid!! Im so angry and hurt that they just don’t CARE!! No THANK YOU!! You can cancel my supposed appointment on Wednesday 8/31!! I WILL NOT GO BACK!! I called my insurance and asked for a different clinic and doctor and let them know why! I’ve already given you too much of my time and I don’t have any more time to give you!! I already spoke with Juan the clinic manager and NOTHING!! I don’t need your excuses or your nurses laughing at me because I’m upset!! See so professional!!

Made an appt for sports physical, for 1 child. The person making the appt, told me it would be at a specific site. Upon getting to the appt, I find out they scheduled me for another site. We were there for 2 hours. Unacceptable. Also, Tuesday a representative was at said child's school, told us a backpack and gift card would be issued, upon a finished exam. Her appt was Friday and then said they had given them all out a week ago. So why would a representative say they had them and then the clinic say they had been out for a week. I didnt go just for that but they told my chold, thos would be given to them and then said child was super disappointed. Horrible communication on their part. If my child's regular Dr was available in the time we needed, we would have just gone there. They were not, so we had to deal with this clinic.

I'm really proud to be a patient here at Mountain Park Clinic The Dr's here at the clinic make you feel cared for They seem to care and not prescribe medication you really don't need. Ive been to clinics where they prescribe anything just to get you out the way Please excuse me for being so blunt but that's the way people got treated on the lower parts of town-again I apologize for putting it so bluntly.... Just, feel's real nice when a Doctor makes you feel cared for God Bless All Doctors.....

Doctor Nancy is such a sweetheart and we enjoyed our visit with her. She is an excellent doctor for your child / children to visit. Wait time was good I didn't have to wait long soon as I checked in my baby was called.😊😊

I can’t even go into details about this place. There isn’t enough room. They don’t know how to schedule appropriately and will cancel your appts upon arrival. They also have lied to higher ups in the state about their practices. You can never get a hold of anyone and it seems impossible to get your health records.

My doctor had very good bedside manner and was very personable she listened to me took notes and took care of my needs. The front office was very helpful and personable as Thank you doctor.

People are so incompass. Went from Chandler to there. They won't left a finger. Doctor was great but all three office for dental won't make a call. Don't care you have migraine can't hear or see. Horrible place. I wouldn't trust review. If you need help or accommodation for email or need other options. I wouldn't deal with all of these people just to see the doctor. Maybe when karma happens they experience pain or tough life they can be little willing to do their job. Nevet ever going there. Had bad experience primarily doctor Tempe. Need to find a small places

I am impressed with how fast they were able to get me on tonight. My baby was sick all day and got worse at night and they set me up with an appt over the phone to quickly get us in less than 45 minutes. The nurse was too loud with her voice and my baby cried around her but with the pediatrician Pam, she was kinder and gentler and quieter and my baby liked her.

I love the fact that Mountain Park has late appointments. I got a physical at 6 PM which is amazing and I got excellent care. The doctor actually sat down and talk to me. I was not rushed or felt rushed. everything was clean the front desk people were pleasant. I work very long hours but because of the ability to have evening appointments I too can prioritize my health. Thank you Mountain Park.

I was treated with respect and the nurse was very nice and I could tell she enjoyed her job. My doctor asked me questions and let me explain, she asked me questions about my medical history and asked me if I was current with my immunizations and asked me if I wanted to take the shots for what I was not updated for. She was very nice and I actually felt good from the time I got there to the time I left.

Receptionist staff and nurses were very nice and respectful. I feel like the doctor was in a rush. He didn’t care what I had to say and didn’t take it as important just brushed it off. I don’t feel like my child was treated. She still sick and very miserable. With horse cough mucus in her chest. I was given no directions on no home care. And no real reason to why she is peeling her whole nail off.

My first experience was 11/17/23 because I decided to go for my therapy services again so I had to see a new PCP. I won’t say names but this what not a great experience I’m coming from having the same PCP for yearrrsss and I felt more welcomed by the nurses and medical assistants. The PCP kept interrupting while I was explaining somethings about my health considering this is their first time seeing me 🤨. She had a undertone of judge mental and her eyes kept drifting towards my stomach. I’ve been working a lot so I never looked at the appt notes but I just did and it piss me off. I will be either going back to my old doctors office that’s further away or getting a new PCP 🤨 she kept rushing and I understand high patients but bro you don’t have to cut me off when it’s medical related. This PCP is why people don’t come to the docs office to get regular check ups as I did 😑 and what piss me off more is the reason I needed to see a therapist was not even emphasized I asked to see one and she acted as tho she was concerned about something specific as if I didn’t already ask to see one for an entirely different reason and her reason was even more offensive

Like the staff, I just hate how they take so long to call you in and then leave you waiting again when they put you in a room. Wish they would start at the time of your actual appointment time and not leave you waiting even more. Over all good place.

Why do i spend 20 minutes completing the medical form if when I come in I basically have to do it all over again? A 10 am appointment i checked in at 935 finally seen at 1105 for a freaking 5 minute consultation. The facility demands that their time frames are respected, however, my time the patients time is totally disrespected. There are too many facilities available for me to have to accept my time being taking for granted. Not to mention the intake errors that I to correct every visit. I had pleasant contact with the young lady, that gave me my covid shot and paperwork.

The only good thing about this place was the PA that saw me for 6 minutes. She was kind and provided great care. The same can’t be said for the rest but of the people that work there. I filled out my forms online to “make my wait time shorter” but was still in the building for an hour and 20 minutes. I was in the exam room for 20 minutes when a nurse went in there and said l“I didn’t know anyone was in here.”. It took them another 25 minutes to get someone to take my blood pressure and temperature. After my consult with the PA I was told to wait for my paperwork before leaving. I waited another 20 minutes before walking out without my paperwork. I took my siblings here for a checkup a while ago as well and one needed a vaccine. To cut the story short, they didn’t bother to ask for names and vaccinated the wrong one. Only come here if you’re absolutely desperate for medical care.

Usually its a good experience. But last time i went to the dr was 11/3/23 and seen a different dr who isn't my sons normal dr and he did care for my son he was rude and didn’t prescribe my baby any medicine and my son’s condition got worse. He told me that to keep an eye on my son. Kept complaining about my sons weight instead the issue i was actually there for and said don’t give my son pedialyte although my son has been having diarrhea. And he said for us not to return til my sons 2nd birthday which is 4 weeks from now! Im upset because since we left my sons appointment his condition got worse.

My Daughter and me had a great experience here. From the receptionist (he was very nice) to the Doctor (Dr. Wood has such a great personality and very helpful). This was our 1st time there and this place did not disappoint. Same day appointment, and it was fast and easy! I do recommend this place!

I got in and out of my appointment fairly quickly and all the staff was nice but when I got to the lab for blood work, it took forever. I would recommend going in the morning when more employees are there. NP Perry was relatable and very personable

We really appreciate the staff at Mountain Park Health Center on 7th st/Baseline Rd. The facility always appears clean and maintained and the nurses are very professional and interact well with our children. Our Pediatrician, Dr Elizabeth Perez is AMAZING and has been an absolute blessing to our family! Thank you all and God bless you!

I like that everything needed is within one building. I like that there are multiple locations I can visit depending on where I am that day. I love that I can meet with the same doctor each time to establish that connection. This place has been great and I know will get better over time.

I love Mtn Park. I go there, my 4yr old since birth, and a lot of my family members. I love the providers too. Except the one from our appointment on 4/25. She can kick rocks with no socks. Sometimes you get good care from providers that still have the passion to help people. And sometimes you don't. I'll never see that provider again, but i won't leave Mtn Park. They've been too accountable for me to leave. Its a great practice. It's just unfortunate some providers are sorry and tired. But thats everywhere now, right.

Very polite, friendly & attentive staff & Dr. Gaddam. She isn't in a hurry to get out of the room. She listens to every complaint you have & totally takes care of you. I love this clinic!

I like the facility. It's clean and new and in good shape and well designed for the patients. I've gotten good attention here and the doctors have generally been thorough at explaining and answering questions and giving me what I feel I or my children need. I've also been able to get through to talk to a person pretty easily as compared to other places we've gone. I would like a little better response right from the doctors and not so many middle people. It's hard to communicate real needs when having to deal with people in the middle, especially with people who don't know any answers and can't help at all except to send messages and hope you get a call back at some point, which hasn't always happened here. Though they have been good and sending referrals and prescriptions promptly. I really appreciate that.

Check in was very easy, staff very polite and knowledgeable. The waite time was short, to be placed in the exam room. Dr.katherine Bear, was my new Doctor,she was very nice and professional. My appt is never on time. They want us here 15 mins before and but can never be on time. If my appt starts at 6pm and I am here 15 mins before my appt should just be getting started at 6 I shouldn’t be waiting in the lobby past 6. It doesn’t make any sense, the doctors are good doctors but no one is good with the time

I had many complaints I’m past years but recently they’ve been doing marvelous! The wait time is reasonable and the change of staff has been wonderful. The front receptionists are friendly and non confrontational. The Medical Assistants are courteous and are quick. Doctor Holland has been my go to for my children for years now! Very informative and non judge mental ! Great job guys!

Dr. Carter is amazing, all of our children see him. He’s very through and takes his time to see each patient. It was also refreshing during the newborn follow-up to care about mother’s overall well-being. Saw the lactation specialist, behavioral health rep, and nutritionist all in one visit. Most times Mom’s are forgotten after birth, so it was nice for them to genuinely care. Best Dr in town.

5 stars to the Dr Perry and her Medical assistant. It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr.Perry. She truly listened to my concerns and made me comfortable. I’m so happy to say I will be back soon. I just wish they were not overbooked and the Dr had more time to talk to patients.

First time to the clinic. I had a lot of medical issues that needed to be addressed, They were definitely addressed. People there are very nice and professional and I highly recommend this facility. And my doctor Mini was awesome I will continue to see her. I am glad I chose this facility for my medical issues and my health.

Front desk told me that I couldn't get my flu and COVID-19 booster, gave me a later appointment. I did get both when my Dr. said that I could. Shame on front desk. Anyone that comes should be able to get any shot because so many people will not come and get protection for us all. Don't Turn People Away that are trying to keep sickness down.

My sons pediatrician is Carter absolutely love him. Tells me all the information I need to know even before asking. My son had seen three different pediatricians before seeing Carter & he just has a different vibe I never went back to any other.

I have tried other dentists for my 4 year old. And all I know is I choose to drive an hour each way because they are just better. They have pediatric x-ray and all things for children to get proper dental care. The doctor and her assistants are extremely nice and so good with my daughter. I can't say enough good about them to express how grateful I am for how amazing they are with my daughter and always have been.

My first time going to the Mountain Park Clinic at Baseline location and I was very pleased. The nurse was very helpful and showed that she cared for the patients, Dr. Bear was amazing. Dr. Bear listen to what I had to say and then she recommended some alternatives so that I can get the best treatment possible and fast. I will definitely go back to this clinic. GOOD JOB!!!

The representatives were very polite and professional and got back regarding appointments on same day. The only issue for me is everyone needs to be on same page regarding the need to establish service before other services. This will save time for both perspective patient and clinic. It would also help if given choice of male or female because male preteen patient had issue with check up & female doctor. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you!

I sat for 45 mins until I was called back to see the provider. Once I was seen by the provider and the I believe she was a medical assistant was they were great. They actually was the best part of my visit. Then the lady that gave me my summary and next appointment gave me another paitents paperwork and once I realized it they made me wait 30 mins to get my paperwork and never received an apology for the mix up or the wait. I've been coming to mountain park for a long time and never had an bad experience until yesterday.
