Plenty of street parking available, takes cash and card and serves food during the day and Tea till close. There are some cool seats in the windows sills, but otherwise a few two-tops line the walls with some comfy chairs to complement them. The music is chill and the ambience is great! And what a unique place...where else will give you free tea for simply picking up some trash from Grand Ave? It's this kind of stuff that's lacking in this world! Plus, the tea is DELICIOUS and thoughtfully steeped/brewed. There is a great selection available on the boards, but they also have a "build your own tea" area with lots of cool options to choose from. Not a tea expert? Totally fine, just ask all the questions you want, as the staff is friendly and ready to help. Plus, they're open late on weekends! Really dig this cool and unique space both for their tea and food offerings as well as the creativity and love for the community. Please swing by when you're in the area--definitely recommended! Just wanted to come back here and add that today I had the frittata with arugula salad and "seedy toast" and it was delicious!

Adorably quaint tea shop in Downtown Phoenix. This place is knows tea! They had a huge selection to choose from and each flavor comes with its own steeping instructions. I had the blueberry matcha with oat milk. It was just sweet enough and the blueberry didn’t overpower the matcha. The seats near the window are the perfect place to work remotely for a while, highly recommend.

This is the tea house I've been waiting for. It's a perfect mix of traditional tea service and modern, fun tea concoctions. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Service is always great, parking is free (unlike most other places downtown), and the ambiance is chill and welcoming. Seriously, one of my very favorite spots in Phoenix. Definitely check it out!

Such a great place to relax, hangout with a friend or alone. My Senior brought me here to share this wonderful tea cafe shop experience and capture it in her senior photos. Delicious tea.

I have never seen a business so catastrophically stab themselves in the foot - ChaCha’s Tea Lounge has been a favorite of mine and my friends for years. It was a bright, safe, and fun daytime place to hang out and have delicious teas and local baked goods. Now “Meraki” or whatever doesn’t even open until 11, and the space is dark. Who asked for a kava bar in place of our beloved tea lounge? No one I know. And word is that the former staff of ChaChas have all left due to new management. Not a place I’ll be returning.

I love that Cha Chas is a late-night friendly and relaxing place. It used to feel very homey, but the new renovations make it seem less so. They have a large bar now that dominates the space, getting rid of half the seating, and got rid of all the cute things they used to sell like tea sets, tea blends, and pins. There's also less of the plant entry way setup that I felt was so welcoming. I'm glad they kept the two window setting areas and hope that never changes. Maybe once they've settled in with the new bar setup, it will feel more cozy. Hoping for the best because I truly do love this spot which is why I still rate it so high.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Real nice chill vibe, the service is TOP TIER, and super friendly staff who is very knowledgeable of their teas. My first visit I had the Blue Monsoon. It was so good I had to order a second. My second visit I ordered the Brown Betty which is absolutely delish! I also tried the salted chocolate chip cookie, and my visit today I had the chocolate chip banana bread. Both were absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! I saw that they carry lemon hibiscus bars, but they were sold out. I definitely want to try those out on my next visit. This will be one of my new go to spots.

My wife and I wanted a late night (9pm is late for us) coffee with pastries. We looked up a couple of coffee shops and came across this cute space. To begin with our experience, the hours are wrong online, they have new hours posted on their door. I'm not sure if it was because we came in 15 min before closing but the lady at the cashier seemed to be rushing us in a rude way. We ordered our drinks, I ordered a dirty Chai with oatmilk and my wife ordered their "earth day" (matcha with coldbrew). We have a habit of ordering our drinks with light ice only because regular ice tends to melt quick and dilute the flavor. Turns out this shop charges .50 more for light ice. I never understood why shops do that. We also ordered a couple of pastries, a pumpkin muffin and an oreo donut. They were good but nothing special. We also tried their coffee cake but again, nothing special. The shop itself is warm and inviting but I wasn't impressed with anything we ordered. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

My wife and daughter made me go here and I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. The staff were very friendly and were genuinely glad that we were there (don't see that much anymore in other places). The donuts were great. Best of all, the tea was excellent! This review is written by a coffee addict who is looking forward to another tea at Cha Cha's the next time he's in Phoenix.

I love this feminist, progressive tea lounge tucked in the middle of an artsy neighborhood. I come here to meet clients as the space is quiet. I love the earthy feel and tea selection is enormous. They have anything and everything flavorful, fresh, craft tea. One of my favorite spots in Phoenix. Metered parking in the front and free parking in the back lot.

This place is a gem! I ordered delivery from here yesterday and it was so delightful, it was the first thing on my mind this morning. Ordered delivery again today and purchased a beautiful matcha tea set with delicious matcha ready to prepare 💚🌿💚 Since I can't leave a review every day, I'm editing this one. Went into the shop today.. I could cry it was so magical. The products, art, energy and beautiful manager memorizes me. This is what a good business looks like. I couldn't be happier and more blessed by the experience. Thank you so much!!

The cha cha’s tea Lounge is my second time here, and I will be coming back! I have been looking for a healthy alternative to replace my coffee cravings, and the teas here are the ones. The range of teas and matcha drinks, hot or iced, is endless. The flavor combination is exquisite. You can create your own blend of tea with the available loose tea leaves they have in stock. They will blend your tea creation to make your drink. The first time I came here, I got the vanilla rose latte iced with oat milk and agave syrup, which was delicious! This time I got the sick puppy hot tea with natural honey because my throat felt a bit icky; the warmth of the tea helped smooth my throat, which made it feel better. The lounge area has a calmness to it with the natural plants surrounding the cafe, which is a great place to rest and relax and enjoy a great cup of tea.

They make one hell of a breakfast Sammy. The coffee was great as well. The inside was very chill with lots of great places to sit and work or chat. As a big boy I didn't feel to cramped like I do at some hip coffee places.

This is going to be a very hard pass for me and I don't recommend it to anyone else, at least not for food. I ordered the tot waffles, which in the pictures look delicious and it's something unique to the vegan breakfast game. Well unfortunately per the woman on the phone they are in-between management and have no way to update any menus at this time. So you'll need to order at your own risk, they no longer have potato waffles and you'll be getting frozen hash browns for 15 bucks instead. The guacamole was the worst I've ever had, reminded me of a poorly made version of the packaged stuff you can buy at the store. The carrot bacon was burnt and disgusting to say the least. My biggest reason for this rating was their bait and switch game was met with a "sorry, we're in-between management" and no refund was offered for the false advertising. I didn't even get into the fact the food was inedible or the rest of the side items were poorly made. I am honestly just flabbergasted and I'd recommend they shut their doors temporarily and clean house, then maybe just try bringing in a whole new crew and menu. This shouldn't even be operating if they're struggling this bad with quality and menus.

Absolutely wow. Quaint, peaceful, hip artistic little spot with an extensive matcha and tea menu. We ordered shakshuka hummus and the mcGregore from the all day breakfast and both were some of the yummiest things I've eaten in a while! We also got the matcha coconut rose latte and golden milk with cold brew, both great. It's mostly vegan with some dairy/egg options. Plenty of parking, seating options, but the vibe is the best. If I'm ever back in phoenix I'll make sure to revisit!

The best tea I've ever had!! I recommend trying the rose vanilla matcha latte. The flavors perfectly balance each other out plus the matcha is amazing. Their blue dream blueberry matcha drink is a dream. I love it so much 🫐🍵😍💙💜 but why did they recently become cash only? My coworker showed up to pick up drinks for us on her break but didn’t have cash and couldn’t even get a drink ☹️

What's not to love about one of the few places to get a solid cup of tea in Phoenix? Better yet, what's not to love when the entire staff is super friendly and there's a variety of amazingly tasty baked goods on offer? They're not fully moved into their new digs yet, but the service is still at 100%. Stop in, grab a tea, choose from a wide array of milk options if you're going for a tea latte, and convince yourself that tempting donut is health food because it's vegan.

Disappointed by the quality and the service. It definitely doesn’t live up to its hype. This is the worst tea and cake I’ve had. The pick up was chaos, the server didn’t remember people’s order, and you just go when they leave your drink at the counter. The london fog tea was so diluted, I couldn’t even taste the tea. It tasted like milk and water. The cake was so stale, and dry. Almost too hard to even cut into with a fork.

The service is great, the tea is very good, they have local natural honey and the baked goods are some of the best I've ever eaten. The employee's and patrons seem to be good people. A young patron helped a homeless woman find a better place to stay since she did not feel safe at the local shelter she was at. This was my first time seeing such an act of love. I definitely recommend this place for the healthy food and good spirit residing there.

Cha Cha’s Tea Lounge is a gem in Phoenix. The community there is incredibly inviting, open, and welcoming. Their tea - forgive my French - is freaking amazing. There is a tea for everyone here. Doesn’t matter if you are black, white, gay, non-binary, introverted, tall, have red hair, missing fingers, have extra toes, one leg, you get my point, Cha Cha’s is the place for you. I can’t think of a better place to go when I want to feel better and meet amazing locals. Peace.

The good: They have a spacious and shaded outdoor space with outdoor tables to enjoy your desserts/drinks. I tried the orange jasmine fruit tea with light sugar and thought it was very refreshing. I liked the pieces of orange pulp/chunks inside. Their drink menu offers a lot of options that include both caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks. Their food selection includes desserts and a few savory snacks. Rather than cheese foam, they have signature "mousse." They also offer cool add-ons like agar pearls. Their drink menu offers unique combinations of flavors and ingredients that I haven't seen at other boba shops. The bad: The interior of the store is very small and there is maybe 1-2 tables inside for dining. There was no option to choose the size for my drink and there was no option to choose zero sugar.

Some places are just good food and drinks. Not often do you come across a business that's exceptional in every way. High standards, really care about their cliental. It's personal and professional service. And they put that kind of passion into their menu as well. I really like this place. Thank you ALL for just being so warm, inviting, caring, all inclusive and going above and beyond for everyone.

LOVED visiting this place! It was my first time visiting and all the staff were so kind and attentive. I visited with a friend and when we mentioned it was our first time we received guidance on drink options and flavor combinations. I loved their seasonal southern style sweet tea and my friend got a lovely concoction crafted per her requests of both interests and elements of surprise. I would love to come back to enjoy some of their menu meal items as I saw others enjoying their lunch that afternoon and everything looked so tasty. I look forward to my next visit.

I love this place! I found it by accident waiting in line for a Friday the 13th tattoo event next door. The only matcha drink I’ve ever tried was the Starbucks one and I did not like it at all, which is confusing because I don’t mind green tea itself. I tried the blueberry dreams iced latte with oat milk! It combines blueberry matcha with vanilla. Let me tell you it was so so good I had to come the next day for it, and then the day after that, and then the next! I tried their Earth latte as well which was really good! The lounge itself is really cozy and I can imagine even cozier on a rainy day. :)

My friends and partners had told me about this space for about a year now, and I finally went about 2 weeks ago. Not only was the barista on top of it, knew their menu, recommended the perfect tea blend for each of us but, the lounge itself was beautiful. I imagine it was probably THE hangout spot B.C.(before covid) The diverse artwork on the wall, the quirky and eclectic collection of teapots, french presses, and rad merchandise. The ambiance was so warm and welcoming which was perfect for the cold weather that night. I had the Kava w/ coconut milk & agave instead of water & honey. I also bought a blueberry lemon scone (not pictured). All of their pastries and treats are vegan! So if anyone was looking for a vegan friendly sweetie, look no further.
