My
wife
and
I
decided
to
try
Rusconi's
for
restaurant
week
and
we're
pleasantly
surprised.
The
food
was
great
and
the
service
was
excellent.
However,
there
was
only
one
problem.
It's
was
just
barely
warm
and
some
of
my
wife's
potatoes
were
actually
cold.
We
didn't
complain
because
the
flavors
were
so
amazing
and
we
just
couldn't
part
with
the
food.
It
was
fairly
busy
but
not
crowded
at
all,
it
was
6
in
the
eve
and
starting
to
pick
up.
My
wife
had
the
salmon
and
I
had
the
scallops.
Both
had
excellent
flavors
and
were
prepared
well,
just
were
not
hot,
or
even
close.
I
can
tell
by
the
crowds
and
the
clientele
that
this
is
a
popular
spot
and
they
have
tons
of
regulars
so
Rusconi's
will
do
well.
But
we
probably
won't
be
back
because
we
drive
by
The
Gladly,
The
Collins,
Beckett's,
Chelsea's,
Buck
and
Rider,
Vincent's,
Tomaso's
and
Tarbell's
to
get
there,
so
it
would
have
to
be
off
the
chain
to
get
us
out
of
the
neighborhood.
It
was
probably
just
a
one-off
situation
but
just
another
metric
of
the
highly
competitive
nature
of
the
restaurant
business
and
how
one
experience
has
a
tendency
to
define
a
customer's
visit.
But
we
wish
Rusconi's
well,
they
have
an
excellent
product
and
obviously
an
avid
following,
good
luck
to
you
guys
and
ladies.
