I
have
to
give
props
to
Adam
and
Tim
in
the
operations
department!
They
were
both
awesome
with
handling
a
few
minor
concerns
I
had.
It
literally
took
me
over
a
month
to
have
the
same
type
of
concerns
with
the
club
in
Goodyear
address.
In
Goodyear
I
had
to
speak
to
the
operations
manager
several
times,
the
General
Manager
several
times,
and
a
few
other
people
in
the
operations
crew,
before
anything
was
done.
I
really
appreciate
these
guys
addressing
my
concern
immediately,
like
several
other
Lifetimes
have
done
and
not
putting
it
off.
My
only
suggestion
is
to
add
to
their
daily
check
list
to
at
least
once
a
day
or
more
please
try
to
visually
inspect
the
spaces
in
between
the
wooden
sauna
benches
and
the
space
around
and
behind
the
sauna
heaters.
I've
been
to
Lifetime
Athletic
clubs
across
the
entire
U.S.
I
have
often
seen
band-aids
and
pieces
of
plastic
wrapers
etc
in
between
the
wood
benches
where
there
are
gaps
for
air
ventilation.
I've
also
seen
plastic
bottle
caps
and
the
rings
of
water
bottles
very
close
the
the
heaters.
When
your
in
a
room
that
is
180-190
degrees
you
really
do
not
want
cheap
inexpensive
plastics
sitting
inside
for
prolonged
times
periods
ie
several
weeks
or
more.
Even
after
a
very
short
time
period
to
soft
plastic
can
start
off-gassing
"viotile
organic
compounds".
In
lay
terms
that
means
potentially
harmful
fumes
in
a
confined
space
with
little
air
ventilation.
Most
people
unless
they
are
extremely
hypersensitive
to
chemicals
will
probably
not
be
consciously
aware
of
what
they
are
breathing
in.
However
after
speaking
with
Doctors
who
specialize
in
detoxification
and
sauna
manufacturers
that
make
medical
grade
saunas
for
people
with
severe
health
sensitivities,
I
can
say
they
would
not
think
my
request
is
over
the
top.
They
are
in
agreement
with
me
this
is
something
that
is
not
ideal
to
be
an
in
a
sauna
room.
I
realize
that
they
usually
keep
the
work
crews
pretty
busy
here,
so
thank
you
for
you
patience
and
attention
to
detail.
Update:
Hello
is
this
the
General
Manager
that
has
replied?.
I
had
something
else
I
wanted
to
address
and
not
sure
who
would
be
best
to
mention
it
too.
I
have
to
say
after
having
been
to
Lifetime
Athletic
clubs
all
over
the
country
probably
well
over
30
or
so,
I
was
a
bit
surprised
about
one
thing
with
the
setup
here.
I
understand
this
is
a
more
of
downtown
location
compared
to
most
Lifetime
Athletics
that
have
more
square
footage
to
work
with.
So
I
am
trying
to
have
a
little
bit
of
understanding
that
the
gym
layout
is
probably
different.
However
I've
noticed
a
lot
of
residual
noise
to
the
point
that
it
is
a
bit
stressful
and
unnerving
for
me,
when
I'm
in
the
sauna
of
there.
Aside
from
that
it's
great
and
I
love
it.
It's
to
my
understanding
that
Lifetime
Athleticthletic
mostly
has
a
policy
about
not
dropping
weights.
I
think
I
heard
there
might
be
an
exception
for
free
weights
near
the
Olympic
mats.
I'm
wondering
if
that
is
directly
above
where
the
men's
locker
room
sauna.
I
often
try
to
go
and
use
the
sauna
for
number
of
health
reasons
one
of
them
is
to
help
with
my
PTSD.
This
stems
partially
from
my
Military
service.
So
I
realize
that
loud
noises
like
this
and
the
way
the
lockers
seem
to
almost
automatically
slam
shut
in
the
locker
doesn't
frazzle
most
people
and
put
them
on
edge.
I
can
say
in
all
sincerity
it
has
been
quite
difficult
for
me
at
times,
when
people
are
not
thinking
or
being
mindful
about
how
they
close
the
lockers.
I
mention
to
this
to
one
of
the
younger
operation
staff
members.
I
asked
him
if
he
could
please
check
with
his
manager
about
installing
felt
tip
stoppers,
designed
to
dampen
noise
like
that.
Apparently
the
manager
had
told
him
to
just
try
to
be
more
mindful
about
how
he
shuts
the
locker
doors.
I
appreciate
that.
However
I
think
most
staff
members
would
be
hard
pressed
to
try
and
remember
this
as
would
other
members.
It
just
isn't
something
most
people
think
about.
I
think
some
people
almost
close
them
aggressively
it
seems
like.
I
think
because
it's
a
bit
smaller
sized
club
that
noise
is
also
a
bit
amplified.
I
will
edit
this
later
