This place is only open til 11pm. I’m paying a premium fee and these guys can’t even keep their doors open for 24hrs. I get off work at 10pm and by the time I get to the gym they are already closed. I’ve waited for months for this gym to open up just to find out that they aren’t even open 24hrs. Like every other lifetime fitness in Arizona. Don’t tell me that Lifetime can’t afford to keep the place open 24hrs either. It’s 5 additional hours guys. Hire 5 people. One security guard, one person to check me in , one to watch me lift , one to walk around and one to clean just to be sent off by the same person that initially greeted me. How much is that. 5 people times 15$ an hour times 5 hours is around 400$ plus utilities. Come on guys. Imagine you get an additional 5 members just to come work out at night .... that would cover your expenses. That’s it. They spent probably around 10 million dollars for this place and they are worried about the possible 2k which might be the difference in keeping it open for an additional 5hrs. Don’t be a buncha cheap yahoodis and open the place up. Respect your return customers and keep up the 24hrs that every other lifetime fitness has except the prime location at Biltmore. Pure garbage man! 😤

So I guess we now pay a premium to swim with roaches in the pool…great location, great facility but remember, there’s never just “one roach”. Update: Weeks later, changed my review to a one star because there’s another roach only this time outside of the pool. We did not sign up for this among other things.

The wet areas in this gym are very poorly maintained. 2-3 of the showers are routinely down. Sauna, Cold Plunge and Steam room are rarely all three in operation. Not enough staff to keep clean towels, maintain cleanliness. The gym very quickly loses its appeal when you have to navigate the gross shower areas day after day. Visible Mold, bad smells, etc. For this facility, location, and price point, management has done a laughable job. Although there is great potential at this location, the current conditions are one I would advise to stay far away from. The issues at this club should really be escalated to a higher level manager

Ye, I'm good. Don't take COVID seriously, go for it. However, do not ignore an executive order and choose to keep your business open despite the outcome that closed spaces has on the public during a terrible time. Especially since Arizona has the second most cases in the states. I can't comprehend how you have such little regard for human life just because you need a few more dollars in your wallet. Like many others, after this terrible choice you have made, I will be cancelling my membership, immediately.

This gym should be a 911 to corporate. This is the highest costing diamond club in the valley and they are failing all around. One, they can’t keep staffing so in turn there is never towels in the locker room. They have an attendant currently walking around handing out towels by request vs just folding towels and putting them on the shelves. There is 3 showers currently not working. The water pressure and piping at this gym has been getting worse rapidly. The issue here is that no one in management uses the facilities to know if anything needs maintenance. They rely on members to complain. This is the worst business motto. I currently could go to LA fitness and get people who care more about the shower area. From a business stand point, the management here needs to tell their regional manager what’s going on so they can actually get support. The reason this gym got ranked 2 stars is that it has a nice gym floor, pool and classes. The rest of it needs 911 support. I also hate writing this right now as I enjoy a few members on the management team here but this is not ok.

Not taking COVID-19 seriously! This gym refuses to close as required by state law during a PANDEMIC. They are endangering the health and safety of their customers and the general public. They seem to think they are above the law and basic human decency. I am so disappointed in their behavior. It is shameful.

Really like the gym classes and the instructors, but am really disappointed by the management and the frequent premium increases of $20 at a time. Initially when I joined during covid, the food and drinks were much more reasonable priced. There was also live music on the weekends. Now it seems overly crowded and hot in the summers. And the regular increases in rates is really frustrating. I joined in early 2021 for $300 for me and my husband. He hardly goes so we took him off the membership. I was told that was an option when I first joined and that I could adjust to $200 a month. In Dec. 2021, the front desk staff told me that it'd be $225 for just me and the only way that they could honor the $200 was if I removed him permanently. So I agreed to that. A few days later they came back and said actually they can't honor that rate. It's now been increased twice since that and will be almost as much as I was paying for both of us for just me. I have friends that have gotten discounted rates and have reached out to management but they do not seem to care about their members.

LT has some incredible clubs, however, this location is very poorly managed. Constantly raises rates while diminishing services. Locker rooms are often flooded with wet floors, bandaids near hot/cold plunges, dirty towels everywhere. Not uncommon to have zero towels in the locker room, and more often than not, missing amenities like hair dryers, lotion, shaving cream/razors, etc you would expect at any other Lifetime “athletic country club”. Over the years we’ve had non functioning AC in the summer time, weights unorganized and in the wrong places, missing soap dispensers, broken and or green hot tubs, no clean towels in locker room. They won’t forget to increase your dues repeatedly though!

I have a deep affection for my gym, but the continuous increase in membership fees has been a cause of concern. Considering the already high cost of living, it seems I may have to make the difficult decision to terminate my membership and seek an alternative fitness center. This decision saddens me greatly, as I primarily utilize the weight room for my workouts. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that I am unable to access the recovery room, even if I wanted to, as it requires an additional $150 membership fee for entry, which adds to the overall frustration.

First weekend of opening has been bumpy. The promised valet parking is no where to be found. Takes a while to find a parking space. The group fitness check-in iPad gets locked out. The main phone line goes directly to voicemail and no call backs. I'm having trouble getting a hold of a live person to cancel a spa appointment. The coveted InBody body composition analyzer is not connected to their cloud for customer data retrieval, and it wasn't set up for printed result neither. The spin classroom has poor room acoustic that made it very difficult to understand what the instructor was saying. The positives? The gym is brand new and centrally located. The group fitness instructors are fantastic and fun. Life Time Biltmore really missed the mark after months of delay on its opening weekend. For being in the luxury athletic space, it is currently seriously lacking in value. Perhaps the overall gym experience may improve once the initial rush calms down and the parking situation gets sorted out (maybe?).

The Club has the best amenities in town BUT they poorly maintain the wet areas, so it loses the appeal due to a grossness factor. The dues are very expensive and the members are definitely snobs, but the amenities really *would* be the best in the city, if they could just RETAIN a proper cleaning staff and pay them appropriately. When I first joined, the wet areas were impeccably maintained. It was so clean and refreshing; I felt my money was spent well on a lifestyle investment. But the prior cleaning staff is nowhere to be seen now- I can only assume low pay motivated them to leave. I saw no locker staff last time I was there from 2-4:30 pm, prime-time. Yuck. Unfortunately this Club is far more concerned with building and expanding their brand than actually maintaining the properties that they already own and receive revenue from.

Nice quality machines and facilities. For the price I was hoping for more space. From 4-7 PM it's very busy, difficult to get a machine & very little space on the weight floor. The layout of the machines/weights is cramped. No cold or scented towels available, the complimentary beauty products are from a mid-tier brand (Soap Box). Unfortunately this is the only premium gym operating in Phoenix, but if an Equinox opens up I'll be switching.

Solid gym and we enjoy coming here however things that should work often don't such as the hot tubs and shower heat; for the membership price, the management doesn't pay great care or attention to detail (app classes that you can sign up for are not always accurate, etc.) Better than LA Fitness if you can afford it UNLESS you like to swim laps - LA Fitness is better for lap swimming as this gym does not have a true lap pool and is often filled to prevent lap swimming. The family changing room can be a bit creepy as sometimes couples without kids and single men without kids use the space and it isn't as thoroughly cleaned as other spaces. It is less crowded than LA Fitness but can still be challenging to find equipment during peak hours. The childcare center is EXCELLENT (and 5 stars.)

I cannot express how impressed I am every time I am at this facility. The employees keep a high vibe my favorite one of which is Nicole at the front desk! No matter what is going on she always has a smile on her face and she is spreading those good vibes! Thank you so much Nicole! You are the reason I recommend all of my friends should sign up here! Riley up front is THE BEST. He is always such a huge help!

I'm so happy this lifetime finally opened. The gym is beautiful, all the machines are brand new, the locker rooms are impressive. Overall every staff member I have encountered has been amazing. I've taken a warrior sculpt class, and a couple yoga flows that were heated. I enjoyed them both immensely. There is something up with the acoustics however, it's incredibly difficult to hear the instructors as the sound is muffled. The only drawback is the pool. Unfortunately there's not a separate pool for children, so it's a bit hard to relax by the pool with a bunch of screaming children splashing all about. I'm just a grumpy old lady, I'm sure it's great for parents to be able to unleash their children and relax themselves.

I join the this gym in March when it opened And unfortunately that’s when the coronavirus hit the United States. Life time did close down for a short time and that was the right thing to do. Unfortunately with a second wave they feel they’re very differently about it. I could understand if this was a mom and pop gym but it’s not. Workout facilities are supposed to put the peoples health first, I don’t feel they are doing that when they remain open Even after our dumb governor Closed gyms.

This gym is the best! The people that work here are super friendly, positive and encouraging! Michelle that works at the front desk always greets you with a smile! The facilities are clean and equipped with best gym equipment! Also I have taken most of the yoga classes and every class is unique and teachers are great! I’m happy to be a part of this community and would tell everyone how amazing Life Time Biltmore is! Thank you

Tried this gym today and was interested in a membership. I would leave this location for the same reason I left the last Lifetime location I was a member at. Wet room and showers are kind of a joke for this price point and level of club. They are dirty, hair everywhere, low on towels, multiple showers not working. (I thought I was an idiot I could not get three showers to work) They do not offer cold eucalyptus towels like competitors in the area. They are more concerned about posting an annoying amount of notices throughout the locker room about “suitable attire” throughout the wet area. They promote people to wear clothing in the wet areas as a result the floors are dirty from street shoes and the sauna floor is black. They should take note from other clubs in this price range. (Equinox, Village health clubs, etc.) Equipment is nice but overall it’s an extremely corporate environment. I prefer other clubs in this area that offer the same amenities for an equal or lesser value.

I’m from out of town and came to this location since it was the nearest one to me. I’m a lifetime member back home and wanted to check out the other lifetime clubs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. This location is by far the most beautiful lifetime I’ve came across yet. All the equipment is new and they keep the club very clean. My favorite feature is the cold plunge, as well as the rooftop pool. Very nice club. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely sign up no hesitation. Thank you lifetime!

Modern and spacious. Since it is pretty new, it’s much more updated than other Life Times in the area. The rooftop pool is landscaped very nicely and has great views. I only wish it had a hot tub. The indoor one is nice but it’s always nice being outside.

Tie your shoes right bc this gym will knock your socks off! I’m from out of town & I have been to my fair share of lifetime but this one takes the cake! Melissa at the front made our experience swift and simple with a warm smile and outstanding personality. I would pay triple what they ask but don’t tell them that 😅🤫

The gyms amenities like cold plunge, sauna, steam and hot tub are rarely functional and has gotten progressively worse over the years. The cold plunge when “functional” will be green like a lagoon often! The basketball court has been non functioning for a month and prior to that had non stop leaks from the ceiling. The dues keep increasing but the facilities keep deteriorating which doesn’t make sense. The expectation isn’t if the facilities are functional but how many of the amenities won’t be available on any given day. I’d highly recommend you consider a different establishment as it doesn’t appear that client experience is a high priority for management.

For some reason my Yelp reviews were moved to "not recommended", I think because I check in on the Yelp app so frequently that their automated system believes I work at the gym, which I do not. This is an honest review from someone who has been a member at this location since day one. First, I will say that Brittany in the salon is five starts. She does a great job on my nails and really cares about your experience. She is wonderful. The equipment at the gym is mostly functional and new. It has everything I need to complete my workout. I wish they had more squat racks, as those fill up quickly. I don't mind paying a higher premium for this club; I think for the most part it is worth it (although they have raised my rates twice in the last 10 months which is kind of excessive - but since I use my membership so much, it's worth it for me). The gym has had some issues with cleanliness over the last several months. I will say things have gotten better a bit recently, but there is still room for improvement in the bathroom on the second floor. It seems to be ignored. The fitness floor needs to have the carpets by the stair machines deep cleaned, as it smells bad by the stair machines closest to the Jacob's ladder machine. Sweat dripping off of the machines being left to dry into the carpets for months and months has taken its toll. I do see employees periodically wiping off equipment, so I think they are trying but probably don't have enough help. The towels need to be replaced - many of them are brown or have stains on them. I don't really use the main locker room, but it has seemed ok when I quickly stop in to wash my hands. I have been a member since they opened in March of 2020. Since that time, I have asked them to please consider doing something about the intense heat and glare that comes from the sun in the westward facing windows during the late afternoon. I learned that they tinted the windows, which unfortunately did NOTHING to reduce the heat or glare that you are forced to endure on the stair machines during the hours of 3pm to around 6pm. They need to invest in shades like they have installed in the space where they do classes. The stair machines are the most popular cardio equipment at this facility and only two of them are usable during the late afternoon due to the extreme heat. This also contributes to the temperature of the gym which is often times hot in the summer months. Bella and Val at the desk are nice people and seem to enjoy working at Life Time. Bella seems genuinely interested in feedback, but I'm guessing she can only do so much to make things happen. I think most of the people they have working at the front are pretty friendly now, with the exception of one man who I will just call "pants" (if you know, you know). He does not like to acknowledge members and almost has an arrogance as if he thinks he's better than the members at the club where he is employed.

Good gym for working out. All the machines and weights you would need. Always get a great workout. HOWEVER, major issues with membership management. My DUES WERE RAISED TWICE IN ONE YEAR. When I asked for more information I was transferred back and forth from corporate. Still waiting for a call back from corporate as to why I was chosen for a dues increase while others were not (that was 5 months ago). Some people get their dues lowered if they talk to management. I didn't. Guess I don't know the right people. Still work out here but wish they did a better job of taking care of their members. I did complain once about the cleanliness of the locker room which still tends to be clean and not clean with some amenities broken at times like the steam and sauna. Overall a great gym just needs better management.

Very nice gym in a convenient location. However, it is often overcrowded and not the cleanest. The alpha classes scheduled during peak times using most of the squat racks is very frustrating. It feels like the gym isn’t big enough at times. The locker rooms and especially the restrooms in the locker rooms are dirty and smelly every time I’ve been there. Overall, it’s a nice gym but not the premium experience I would expect for the price.

Very nice, but the only difference between Lifetime and a LA fitness from a practical perspective is Lifetime has a cafe. I just joined this location within the last week and was very impressed! As a young working professional I can utilize the space downstairs for business purposes and then enjoy a workout whenever I am finished at my own leisure. Locker rooms are nice and tidy, your stuff feels safe and secure. The rooftop pool is a nice place to wind down after a hectic work day or a nice place to bring some friends for a decent priced cabana on the weekends! I am very pleased with the over all use I get out of my membership for a fantastic price! I have referred several friends and colleagues to the gym and they plan on joining soon!

This is the newest Lifetime in Arizona! It’s there flagship location with the newest design. This is the double diamond 💎 level club! Lifetime Fitness/Athletic is the gold standard in fitness facilities!! More than a gym, it’s a luxury athletic resort located at the Biltmore Fashion Park on Camelback Road. Here you’ll find a rooftop pool and beach club, an expansive fitness floor, group fitness studios, upscale locker rooms — 105,000 stunning square feet. Pro Tip; set aside at least two hours to relax in the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and cold 🥶 plunge. Amazing sunset views from the third floor outdoor area! Plenty of activities to choose from, weights, cardio, classes (HIT, yoga, spin, and group circuit), basketball, third floor pool, relax in the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge. There’s also plenty of space to relax on the third floor outdoor and the cafe. The third floor has incredible views of the mountains, come in the evening for a glorious Arizona sunset view.

I Love this gym! This facility is beautiful, the amenities are excellent and most importantly, the entire staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Cam and Johnnie who are always very friendly and welcoming. The locker area is always extremely clean and well kept. High quality equipment, weights and squat racks (7 or 8 squat racks). The pool and the view are beautiful and the cafés food is actually quite delicious. Lots of choices! It feels a lot like a country club with an awesome gym. Highly recommend Lifetime Biltmore

I am a current member here. The facilities are very nice. Customer service has been good, but paying a premium does not exclude you from the typical "gym" treatment in terms of hidden fees. We were told child care while at the facility was no additional charge, only to find out it is a $75 per month when we decided to have our 6 month old supervised in the kids' facility. The $75 is not unreasonable, but the lack of transparency is an issue. Just be sure to ask all the pertinent questions when signing up for a membership. EDIT: Life Time handled my issue internally last week after I talked with their Member Services coordinator. Changing my review to 4 stars. We will be customers for a long time.

1st day open, and they really hit the mark. Unfortunately, several will be disappointed to hear that the Valet parking service that was up sold to founding members does not and will not exist. I wish the guy at the front desk was a little more sensitive to our disappointment in hearing this. He kept asking if I meant BALET? Still going to be a great place to workout and unwind, just not a huge fan of bait and switch.

I absolutely love Lifetime Biltmore with all of its amenities and services. Johnny Mak is the best! He is a highly skilled professional trainer that has been working with me on achieving my goal to be conditioned to enter as a Marine Corps Officer. He is very attentive and with his background in sports medicine makes sure that I am safe and recovering well after intense training. Amazing gym and experience. I am a new member at a Lifetime in Orange County that hasn't finished construction yet, but I wanted to experience Lifetime and workout while on a recent business trip to Phoenix. Sy and Bella were incredibly helpful and friendly and helped me with a guest pass so I could get a workout in and experience Lifetime for the first time. The gym was beautiful and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience solidified my decision to leave my existing gym and join Lifetime. Thank you Sy and Bella for your help, your professionalism, and for allowing me to enjoy your facility while on the road. I would highly recommend this gym and especially this location.

I love this club. It is absolutely stunning and the moment you enter you feel the elite vibe. It's the best place to recharge, invest in your health, and find good community. Where ever I visit in the club whether it's the sushi lounge, kid's department, spa, and cafe I feel all the warmth from the staff. It was so easy to get connected even to the trainers who are all over!! I'm also always seeing people cleaning and keeping up with the demands of such a spectacular place. I've visited all the other Life Times in the valley and there is NONE like Biltmore. It's your one stop shop for all the things you need.

While I joined LifeTime last summer, I wasn’t working out or going to the gym regularly, partially due to the pandemic and other part lack of motivation.  While I was recovering from COVID-19 I received an email that October was member appreciation month and I had two free training appointments.  I had my initial introductory session with John Dromms.  I was impressed quickly as he wanted to understand all of my symptoms from COVID-19 and how I was feeling at that moment.  He also invested time to understand my family medical history and my own.  John set up a program tailored to my needs and goals, which also included nutrition and eating healthy.  I started my journey working out with John twice a week, wanting more I moved to four times a week in December.  My body, health, my mind and my life continue to be transformed!!!!  What started off as my journey has extended to my family as my husband now trains with John and our healthy eating habits are having a positive impact on our son Cole.  Thanks to John Dromms I am LIVING MY BEST LIFE EVER!!!!

My husband and I just went to Lifetime at the biltmore (on 10-14-20 at 7 pm) and experienced the worst customer service from the man at the desk. I’m regretting not getting his name. We were trying to sign up and wanted to take a tour. He was extreamely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I really wanted to sign up tonight, because Lifetime is running a special promo on joining that ends tonight. He said he wasn’t aware of any promotion and I showed him the emails that I received stating that there was a Prime or Fall sale going on. He ignored me and refused to even try to get someone to show us around or take a quick look around because he said he was the only one there. That may have been true, but he could of been a lot more friendly and helpful about it, or even called his manager to show us around. He acted like he could care less if we signed up or gave Lifetime our business.

Today I had the pleasure of taking a guided tour of this amazing facility with Ms. Nicole Timko. She was so pleasant and professional. I did not feel pressured in ANY way. The gym features the best in state of the art equipment. I cannot wait to start working out there. This place is the best gym in the entire state of Arizona. They thought of everything!

I love this gym and everyone on staff! Georgi was especially helpful in directing me to the cycling studio and pointing out other amenities the gym has.

I live right across the street from this lifetime, and I was a member years ago at the one in Tempe and I will say this one is far nicer. Also if you’re complaining about the price of the club then you probably can’t afford it. The staff has been awesome, it’s never really packed, the steam room and the cold plunge is also great. Only thing I wish was that the hours were better, but overall it’s a great gym.

After being in Tucson for several years and going to Sierra Fitness in Cat Foothills, I had forgotten what a great gym looks like. I am so happy to be back as a member of this gym. I was an inaugural member in Sandy Springs and cannot say enough about this gym! HIGHLY recommend!

Life Time Fitness in the Biltmore center (2502 Camelback Rd., Phoenix Arizona) is second to no place. It is well staffed, very clean, has lots of exercise equipment and a ton of classes. Personally I love the steam room and cold plunge pool and a sushi bar. On the roof they have a beautiful pool with a view of the local mountains, cabanas, loads of lounges and pool service. What more could anyone want in a fitness club.

Beautiful club, the stone and tile work are next level. The cold plunge was great but crowded. Love the extra shower heads. Haven't seen that at any other lifetime in the country.

I have to give props to Adam and Tim in the operations department! They were both awesome with handling a few minor concerns I had. It literally took me over a month to have the same type of concerns with the club in Goodyear address. In Goodyear I had to speak to the operations manager several times, the General Manager several times, and a few other people in the operations crew, before anything was done. I really appreciate these guys addressing my concern immediately, like several other Lifetimes have done and not putting it off. My only suggestion is to add to their daily check list to at least once a day or more please try to visually inspect the spaces in between the wooden sauna benches and the space around and behind the sauna heaters. I've been to Lifetime Athletic clubs across the entire U.S. I have often seen band-aids and pieces of plastic wrapers etc in between the wood benches where there are gaps for air ventilation. I've also seen plastic bottle caps and the rings of water bottles very close the the heaters. When your in a room that is 180-190 degrees you really do not want cheap inexpensive plastics sitting inside for prolonged times periods ie several weeks or more. Even after a very short time period to soft plastic can start off-gassing "viotile organic compounds". In lay terms that means potentially harmful fumes in a confined space with little air ventilation. Most people unless they are extremely hypersensitive to chemicals will probably not be consciously aware of what they are breathing in. However after speaking with Doctors who specialize in detoxification and sauna manufacturers that make medical grade saunas for people with severe health sensitivities, I can say they would not think my request is over the top. They are in agreement with me this is something that is not ideal to be an in a sauna room. I realize that they usually keep the work crews pretty busy here, so thank you for you patience and attention to detail. Update: Hello is this the General Manager that has replied?. I had something else I wanted to address and not sure who would be best to mention it too. I have to say after having been to Lifetime Athletic clubs all over the country probably well over 30 or so, I was a bit surprised about one thing with the setup here. I understand this is a more of downtown location compared to most Lifetime Athletics that have more square footage to work with. So I am trying to have a little bit of understanding that the gym layout is probably different. However I've noticed a lot of residual noise to the point that it is a bit stressful and unnerving for me, when I'm in the sauna of there. Aside from that it's great and I love it. It's to my understanding that Lifetime Athleticthletic mostly has a policy about not dropping weights. I think I heard there might be an exception for free weights near the Olympic mats. I'm wondering if that is directly above where the men's locker room sauna. I often try to go and use the sauna for number of health reasons one of them is to help with my PTSD. This stems partially from my Military service. So I realize that loud noises like this and the way the lockers seem to almost automatically slam shut in the locker doesn't frazzle most people and put them on edge. I can say in all sincerity it has been quite difficult for me at times, when people are not thinking or being mindful about how they close the lockers. I mention to this to one of the younger operation staff members. I asked him if he could please check with his manager about installing felt tip stoppers, designed to dampen noise like that. Apparently the manager had told him to just try to be more mindful about how he shuts the locker doors. I appreciate that. However I think most staff members would be hard pressed to try and remember this as would other members. It just isn't something most people think about. I think some people almost close them aggressively it seems like. I think because it's a bit smaller sized club that noise is also a bit amplified. I will edit this later

I honestly feel safer here than going to the grocery store. People are constantly wiping things down even if someone hasn't even used it. Special shoutout to my trainer Vernon who has an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience and has gone above and beyond in training me not only through covid but through a couple surgeries. I've been in fitness for 10 years and just after one month my muscle mass has gone up and body fat has gone down. He always has a plan but is always quick to modify if I need to have an easier day or harder day. He has made doing weights a lot less intimidating, sends me encouragements and honesty has been such a God send this year. Really grateful lifetime has such an amazing team who in the midst of so much instability in their jobs has been positive and uplifting.

This club is nicer than all other clubs in Phoenix area. Clean and upgraded. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is nice and pretty. I also like their classes. Kids club is organized and my daughter enjoys their classes a lot. I’m happy with everything here other than the price of the membership. But you get what you pay for.

I really like this gym and think it was worth the wait. Pros - new equipment, a wide variety of classes, awesome amenities overall. You don't come here for just a workout, it's an *occasion* and it feels like one too. Cons - Parking is tight and while I love love love the rooftop pool, there always seem to be a bunch of noisy, water-splashing kids around. If the pool were restricted to 15 years old+, that would make a world of difference. They really detract from the relaxing, lounging experience that you would expect from essentially a resort-style pool. Also the rooftop pool is the only one available, there's no official lap pool for any true swim training. While they offer a ton of great classes, I do think it's absurd that they charge $175+ for unlimited access to their special "alpha" or "gtx conditioning" classes. That is literally more than the cost of membership itself.

This place has hired shady people that use false pretenses to steal money from people. Wouldn’t recommend going here or trusting their staff if they hire people like Joan Lewis.

I used to work out at places with cheaper monthly rates and now that I can afford a more expensive monthly premium I am glad I did. For me, personally, the gym has never been to crowded to workout on the things I choose. I have enjoyed the two classes I have taken and the instructors were quite good. The shower and locker room ammenities have been wonderful. The only downfall has been covid with us now being forced to wear masks and losing a lot of the ammenities. However, I will not dock Lifetime for this as they really are not at fault for it and don't have a choice. Oh, and the rooftop pool and bar area are fantastic!

Beautiful full service gym. Anything and everything you would ever want in a health club Is provided here. Extremely well maintained.

If you want the typical crowded and you don't care for world class amenities ,cleanliness and engaging with professionals who love what they do and are ready to assist you this is not the place for you. There is no comparision with this place, I wouldn't train anywhere else. This is a a premium health and fitness resort where you will get what you pay for-in results and service!

I have been a member here for a full year now coming 5-6 days per week and it is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, the experience has slowly been on the decline throughout 2021. I have discussed concerns with the staff on two occasions, but not much has changed except the prices increasing for new members. Below are a few of the main issues. Overcrowding: The gym has become a zoo and there are few times it feels like the capacity isn't being pushed to the limit or beyond it. I'm not sure if this is due to too many members, more people leaving the house and less fearful of Covid, or maybe work from home declining and forcing everyone to go at peak times again. It is most likely a mix of all of these. They recently reorganized the weight room in an attempt to create more space, but this has only shuffled the problem around. There is rarely a time I go without needing to change a workout or waste time waiting for equipment. Alpha Classes: These are group classes that are conducted multiple times per week and always during peak times like 6am-7am on weekdays or 9am-10am on weekends. It is a significant factor in the overcrowding issue and it is increasingly frustrating for a majority of the membership to be impacted by 10 people. During these classes every power rack except for two are reserved for the class, which is very limiting. I should not have to plan my whole week or workout around a small group at this type of gym. Cleanliness: One of the highlights of this LifeTime is the locker room facility that includes showers, a cold plunge, a hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Lately there has been a noticeable lack of consistency in the upkeep of this area. There are regularly towels left all over the place and as of my last visit at least a third of the showers were inoperable. The cold plunge has also been discolored many days. Again, they are probably overwhelmed with the number of people. This morning there were six people in the small hot tub at once. I imagine it is difficult to keep up with. There has also been far less attention on the cleanliness of the weight area. During the height of Covid everyone was diligent about wiping down equipment and there was LifeTime staffing frequently doing so as well. This is understandable and somewhat out of their hands, but still disappointing. At the end of the day this is still a very nice gym and the location is excellent. There are really no comparable alternatives in the area which is why it is so popular and people are willing to pay a premium price. I am willing to continue paying the price as well, but it would be nice to see some sort of plan to address the explained issues. The concern is there is no real pressure to do anything as long as new people keep joining and there are no competitors. I will update this review if anything does change.

I've been a member of the Lifetime Fitness Biltmore location since just about day one. I truly can not say enough good things about this place. From the cleanliness, to the unmatched amenities, and roof top pool, this is without question an experience that can not be found anywhere else in the valley. The staff is exceptional and the club has a community feel to it. If you can afford a premium club, this is the one for you. 10/10

I recently had an issue paying for coffee and snack with my membership app. Reilly in the Juice area was awesome and connected me with Olivia at the front desk and the problem was solved by noon. Super responsive and pleasant. Excellent customer service skills. I always feel like am entering a five star resort!

I am writing this review just for Maria at the lifespa, she deserves more than 5 stars because I have never been so happy with a haircut and the color she made for me is perfect! Not only is she a great conversationalist, but she loves what she does and is by far one of the best hair stylists I have had. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she really took the time to listen to my ideas of what I wanted that I couldn't really show her, and recommended different options and I am so happy with my results! Thank you Maria! I will be back soon!

Same level of service if not worse. Some rude staff members. Courts are never angled or calibrated right. They have 1 less court than everyone. Rooftop pool and fancy locker room amenities are nice but not worth the extra money for the membership. A lesser monthly cost or some more incentive for the price should definitely be done.

My son (2) and I love coming here. The cleanliness, the staff and the Kids Club are fantastic. We really enjoy the pool and the overall family vibe of the place.
