New Horizons Women’s Care is an incredible practice, and its new Mammography and Breast Ultrasound Center featuring SimonMed Imaging is outstanding. Last year, I saw Dr. Karen Ragaini on the advice of my primary care physician. I was extremely pleased with the office staff and with Dr. Ragaini. Everyone was efficient and friendly. It was easy to get an appointment right away and Dr. Ragaini was on time. A very pleasant experience at a very scary time! I probably won’t have to see Dr. Ragaini again, but will be glad to do so if the need arises. Still, the office has kept in touch with me - ongoing proof of the practice’s commitment to patients - and recently let me know about the New Horizons Women’s Care Mammography and Breast Ultrasound Center featuring SimonMed Imaging. So, I asked them if my primary care physician could write orders for the Center to do my annual mammogram. Another wonderful experience! The office staff coordinated with my primary care physician, sent for all my old mammogram results, and set up my appointment. I didn’t have to lift a finger! The Center was ready for me on time and I was very pleased to be given a cotton gown and allowed to change right there in the x-ray room. No changing in a bathroom, storing my clothes in a locker, and then waiting around in a paper gown with other patients in paper gowns. I was in and out in a flash and felt like a person, not like a pair of disembodied breasts. If you need a gynecologist or any sort of gynecological imaging, do yourself a favor and call New Horizons Women’s Care and its Mammography and Breast Ultrasound Center featuring SimonMed Imaging.

I really wanted to like this place. Twice now I was prescribed medication that contains allergens. Twice.

Worst Ob I’ve ever been to. Was called back in to a room and waited in the room for 30 mins before the doctor came in. Doctor was in a rush, did not take time, asked very little questions which I thought to be unusual being a new patient. Most awkward experience getting a simple swab done. ItTook 7 days to find out results to a culture swab which most places can tell you same day. To only be prescribed what they already prescribed me then was told to use Something I am allergic to. They literally took my insurance money and I’m still experiencing the same issue I was experiencing 7 days ago. There was no willingness to help me and basically left me hanging... Do not waste your time here

I’ve been a patient for four years now and it’s an amazing office with friendly staff. Providers are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I would recommend to any family or friend in need of a quality OBGYN.

This practice specifically the Ahwatukee location has some of the best Doctors who care so much about your care! On top of just the great doctors all their staff is awesome too which is rare to find an medical office !! So, it’s very refreshing finding an office with both, great efficient staff and doctors too! I also appreciate that they know how to problem solve nobody is perfect but knowing how to correct the issues makes all the difference! Never left having a negative experience

I have gone to all of the New Horizons Women's Care offices and love them all! The doctors are all very kind and sincere. I saw them for the birth of my last child as well as continue to see them for things that are now relevant as I age. Best doctors and staff hands down!

I’ve been to other locations and I have great experiences, but since I wanted to be seen the same day I had to go to this location and I saw dr Aspen Bradley. Worst experience! She was flying out of the door I couldn’t even finish my first question!!! And I kept the rest of them to myself to ask from my own dr! She didn’t even told me what the medications she gave me are for !!!! And I had to ask Pharmecy! I don’t recommend her at all! If you want a dr who take time and not just there for money skip her

New Horizons Women care is amazing ! The doctors take there time to listen to you and really go out there way for your needs. I would recommend them to anyone !

A year and a half ago I disliked some of the office staff. I gave birth to a baby boy and the care team at the hospital and in the office was kind. The problem was a couple of the administrative assistants. Today, everyone was friendly. I really appreciate Dr. Ragaini and her thorough yet expedient abilities. Love NHWC! I’ve primarily gone to the Ahwatukee location over the past 10+ years but also visited the Chandler location during my most recent pregnancy. I love the doctors and staff. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments and have never had to wait very long to be seen. Dr. Bradley-Wolfe is amazing, as she was my primary doctor through both of my pregnancies. I’ve also seen Dr. Ragaini, Dr. Ghandi, and met several other doctors while I was in labor with my son - all are wonderful. I would definitely recommend NHWC!

I love love loveeeeee this office! From the moment you walk in and see Emily in the front office to sign you in to checking out! The staff seriously makes you feel at home! They remember who you are and I swear it feels like family. I see two doctors Dr. Ragaini and Boag and BOTH OF THEM MAKE MY EXPERIENCE SO GOOD! Recently I delivered my first baby neither of those doctors were oncall so I delivered with Dr Adams and oh my god I loved her as well! I honestly only ask to speak to Emily as well when I call for schedule. Truly cares for the patients and her job.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just thought I would share how great my experience with New Horizons Women’s care has been EVERY TIME I come in. Let me start with when I first walk in, it’s such a pleasant environment, small office and very personal feel to it. Which, it is not often you get to go to a doctors office and get treated as an individual not a number or just another “patient”. Let me just say Emily makes all the difference in providing that experience, she not only greets you with a big cheerful and warm smile she greets you by name. By my second visit she was greeting me by name as if I had been coming there for years it is rare experience to have in the world of healthcare these days and I Hope whoever is in charge knows how valuable someone like that is, you couldn’t of picked a better person to have as the first impression of the office, she is incredible! Besides the staff exceeding my expectations both when I walked in and even when I was taken back to be roomed, Dr. Ragaini was also such a breath of fresh air. I have never felt more comfortable as a patient and eager to entrust someone with my care. Every single visit she listens to me and she is more than willing to answer any of my questions (no matter how silly they may be). The staff is good but long wait times. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and I've been sitting here for 45 minutes while multiple other people who arrived after me have been called in. I hate having this type of experience at a doctor's office.

Nice and Welcoming Place

I had a very good experience with Dr. Karen Ragaini. It was my first time visiting her office. She discussed various treatment options for the issues I was having, including navigating my high deductible plan — something so many of us now have to figure out. I did not feel rushed as we talked through the pros and cons of each approach. Although I was simply referred there to talk through this one issue, I will likely be switching my gyn care to their office instead of my PCP office. Very thorough care.

Dr. Ragaini is the perfect example of what a health care provider should aim to be. She listens, is thorough and knowledgeable and provides excellent care. She is down to earth and makes her patients comfortable!

Front desk girls are super nice, friendly and caring. Sonographer was patience and very nice too.
